The best restaurants in Ludford East Lindsey East Midlands

Definitely a different afternoon tea - in a good way. If you want beautiful garden surroundings, peaceful countryside, personal attention, fresh home made produce then this is for you. First time we've had afternoon tea without scones! But it made a nice change as the other cakes and pastries more than made up. Would have loved a few more of the savouries. Well worth a visit.

Just what we needed halfway through our hike. Lovely pot of hot and tasty tea, with a roll for lunch. The sausage rolls were excellent too. They close on a Saturday at 1pm, so we just made it.

Nice village Inn with excellent hosts and great food and beers. Fairly regular pub/restaurant visitors and never disappointed.

Good food, good service, and pleasant surroundings. This pub is dog friendly they also provide a dog menu. A very large garden and car parking area. Food service piping hot. They have a selection of food, and if eating lunch time or early afternoon they have a very reasonable priced menu for about £7.50. Our order was for 2 meals and 2 drinks for under £20. We were on our final day in region, but as Seniors wished we had found this place earlier with our limited budget.

Just popped in for lunch. The young guy serving was so friendly and couldn’t have done more to help us. There were lots of things to entertain the children and the food came really quickly. We were going to stay for ice cream but they were such lovely big portions we were all full by the time we’d eaten mains!

Excellent breakfast, very tasty and well presented. Great service from the lady there. Obviously popular with locals as there was a nice small group of ladies meeting for coffee and cake at the next table. Just the place to set me and my mum up for the afternoon
