There’s a reason it was packed on a weekday. Lovely little village breakfast spot, everything well priced. Nothing fancy but then it doesn’t need to be.

Popped in for a few bevvies on a Sat lunchtime and had a lovely time. Manageress very friendly and had a nice chat with one of the locals in the bar. Dog friendly too. Super place

Beautiful remote location, cosy surroundings, and the food was delicious! Take layers and it did get a little cold, but the overall experience was wonderful.

By coincidence, we discovered this hidden gem, and it was an amazing experience! The food was incredible, with generous and satisfying portions. The service was excellent, making the evening even more enjoyable. We tried the vegan sizzlers, burger, and steak—all cooked to perfection. For dessert, we had ice creams and sticky toffee pudding, paired with a super delicious wine. Highly recommended
