Food was awesome. Best curry I’ve had in a while!!

The vegetable balti was nearly all potato and extremely salty

some of the food was much more bland than usual from gere, and it was delivered very late and not hot. didnt really enjoy any of it, but it was edible.

Ordered at 19:40 with a 30min delivery time - delivered at 20:45

£7 for Starter with 3 garlic king prawns and then some soggy meat samosas for similar price. Won't be using again

Oh dear - delivery order what a change ! Over an hour and it’s still being cooked - called and kitchen is busy, items are dry and Luke warm, no salad as requested , have loved our orders before before but won’t be in a rush to repeat

The food was very good & hot! The service was hit & miss,no organisation at all. Had to ask for cutlery & other things that should have been on the table. It was jam packed by 6.00pm on the sat. If you know you are going to be busy PUT MORE STAFF ON!

The food arrived extremely late, well over an hour after the original ETA. They never answered their phone when we chased them and we complained to Just Eat who sadly did nothing. We had given up on them delivering and were about to make something else when they turned up.

Our experience was appalling due to the terrible service . 1, Had to remove our own plates from our table for our main course to be served and glasses. 2, Three out of six plates for our mains were dirty and had to ask for clean ones. 3, Asked for extra mango chutney for our pickle tray and they said they would bring some but never did. 4, Asked for napkins no one brought them and had to go to the bar to get them. 5, Asked for a round of drinks and some water, had to remind them about the drinks before they brought them without the water!. 6, We were not offered drinks (except for when we first sat down) or asked if everything was ok and had to ask for anything we wanted. 7, One of the sides plate was dirty and a glass (I didn’t report number 7 to staff as was at the start of the meal and I understand sometimes that some things can be missed and it takes a lot for me to complain). They brought the bill to the table as we put our coats on and I told the waiter that I would come to the bar as I firstly didn’t want to discuss the problems that had occurred in front of other diners and spoil their meals and secondly to respect the restaurant. I spoke to 2 members of staff at the bar and explained all the issues. I was answered WITHOUT any apologies and was told that they were short staffed and that they deserve a holiday too (it was New Years Day), that their “white English” staff had not come into work which I felt had racist tones towards me as the race and ethnicity of someone should not even need discussion when I’m complaining about the service of staff who served me. One of the men who said he was named Alan Ahmed (when I asked for his name) was extremely rude saying that the issues were not really anything to complain about and I was being picky. We had spent just over £230 and there resolution after I told them I was unhappy was to knock approximately £10 off the bill. We have ordered online from this restaurant approximately twice a month for over a year probably nearer two and as a special treat decided to go to the restaurant. This will never happen again! The staff who dealt with me at the bar were extremely rude and need some serious customer service training and to learn acknowledge customers and apologise for their service and not try to excuse it. They have lost our customer through their lack of service and their inability to provide me with an apology. The chef deserves recognition for his food as it was beautiful however I will never even order online again due to this!

After 2 hours and 20 mins to wait for my order, been going to Zolsha for 9 years and never had an issue. Got told after contacting the restaurant its still in the Kitchen, then to be told its just leaving now. Took a further 20 mins to be delivered. Requested refund not given but message said we gave you something free from the menu, Which I didnt. One unhappy regular customer.

Missed one dish, sorted it quickly and sent another out with extras - great customer service

The deliver drivers were quite rude and assumed that I was “ an Asian girl” and made inappropriate comment. Not happy

Had a lovely time today at Christmas buffet lunch with Santa. The buffet food was the best we have had yet! The girls loved the bubble mocktails with pineapple bubbles. Santa was adorable and the books they received were great. Thanks all - a lovely experience 🩷🎅

ordered for here, took an hour and 20 mins to cone, when finally arrived we had missing itmes, we called the place up and told them and they said they would send some chips! no pont as rest of food would be cold (more than it already was), guy laughed down the phone at my partner, so we told them to come and collect it all and issue a refund, he agreed to refund and told us to request it over just eat, I did that and now they have issued a £5 refund and no other way to get my money back!

Preordered food at 5:30pm for a 7pm delivery. Food still hadn't arrived at 8:30pm, despite the restaurant accepting this delivery slot around 5:30pm. My husband had to go to the local store for food. Upon his return, the food then arrived with the driver over 1.5 hours late. We returned the food and requested a refund. We will not be using Just Eat or Zolsha again. The customer service is non existent.

If you like eating rubber wellies then this is the place for you. Possibly the worst curry ive ever had. Clearly reheated from days gone by. Definately not cooked fresh. So bloody unhappy. I wont go here again.

Ordered at 19:00. Meant to take 20 to 35 mins. Didn’t receive my order until 20:15 even though the app said that it got delivered at 19:45 which was not true. I rang to ask where my delivery was because the app said that it had already been delivered. They said that it automatically completes the order when it’s late but not to worry it’s on its way. But didn’t arrive until 20:15. Disappointed with delivery time.

****DELIVERY REVIEW**** Perfect if you fancy a plate of disappointment with a side of disgust. Chicken doner came without a salad, and no sauce. Naan was meant to be cheesy but it was plain and half-raw. Mint sauce came out of nowhere, as it was not in the order. Bubble tea was utterly disgusting, and should honestly be taken off the menu. Glad I had it delivered before actually dining in, now I know it is a place to avoid.

we've always order from Zolsha, but the last few times have been disappointing. the starter meat samosa chatt had no meat in it. The two mains were swimming in oil and very little chicken. not the level we've had in past. considering the cost, very unlikely we will order again sadly.

We were greeted,then he took a phone call and ignored us completely. Eventually asked us if we would like a drink. At the end of the meal I paid at the bar. The same member of staff then brought the bill to our table a couple of minutes later! Food was nice but very rude service

Quality & taste of the curries were disappointing compared to usual. The curries we ordered didn’t taste as described on the menu and one was completely inedible, we suspect they weren’t made by one of the usual chefs. Unfortunately it’s put us off from ordering with them again.

Awful, late food and cold when arrived

Amazing food!! So delicious - the staff were very helpful and managed to find me in the middle of nowhere. Really appreciate this - it meant I could eat some delicious food on my weekend away. When I return to Silsden I will be ordering from here again! 10/10. Thank you guys

Usually their takeaway is very good. Unfortunately tonight half the order was missing and what we got was rubbish. For the prices they charge you'd expect them to at least get the order right

Lovely meal with family. Friendly service and atmosphere, and good food. Recommend the paneer balti, palak paneer or rogan josh and takhar dahl. Sunday's has a buffet for great value. Though we chose off the menu to have a bit more veggie choice.

Amazing food and earlier than expected

we always order from Zolsha when we have a curry. I can honestly say this has gone downhill massively. Pakora was greesy and I ordered a rogan josh hot. my Mrs can't stand spice and even she could eat it. the curry was bland and it upsets me as this was my favorite curry house locally.

Great show from Zolsha tonight - issue with a road closure near them so they called, explained and kept the food piping hot until a driver came. Well done Zolsha - great customer service!

Reckon they delivered food spoke to the manager Alan and he said well we tried to deliver twice they never did he was so rude with me they have my phone number why not ring me it’s that easy’ I have used these for years and it seems to be a issue now so going somewhere else now

A regular take away for us from Zolsha and we’re never disappointed. All the dishes are so flavoursome and the poppadoms just melt in the mouth! Yum.

The garlic chicken korma is to die for! The chicken is so soft it melts in your mouth...not too spicy, just right. Superb authentic Indian cusine, do not confuse with Kashmiri food as served in Bradford,, these dishes are delicately spiced and full of flavour, not designed to blow your head off,. Excellent mixed tandoori grill, king prawn puree is superb - highly recommended.

Gorgeous waffles!! Banoffee, Kinder bueno and Terrys chocolate orange served with ice cream. Speedy delivery and friendly service. Would definitely recommend for a takeaway treat 😋
