Food is delicious. Service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Music in the background with backroom seating near a bar. Hidden from the sunlight, you have a great view of the street and Windsor Castle. Only a 5 minute walk from many major events.

My daughter is 2 and a a half and we come here atleast once a month for lunch and she absolutely loves it!

We stumbled upon this quaint restaurant, and can't believe our luck!! The food is absolutely 100% delicious, comes out hot, no waiting, every consideration from the waiter... to say this food is good value for money would be an understatement... incredible food, and we are definitely coming here to eat again.

Yesterday I went to Zizzi Windsor with my girlfriend and my little brother and sister. We were served by Aleena who was very helpful and ensured we were enjoying our food and drinks. Excellent service from her and I would definitely recommend the Ravioli and Pesto Rosso pastas.

Me and my boyfriend took his siblings out for a dinner at Zizzi’s in Windsor, and had the most welcoming experience. Our waitress Aceena was very helpful and looked after our table with care.

First time here at Zizzi’s. Food was absolutely amazing. Really good quality and came out fast and hot. Food was up to high standards and full of flavour. Really recommend the pulled beef Pasta. 10/10. The service was really nice and was greeted upon arrival by a really nice waiter. Had a smile the whole time and was quick and happy to serve us. The atmosphere was really pleasant and temperatures inside the restaurant were just right.

Robert had been amazing whilst serving us, a great conversation and easy going throughout the evening. Very patient and friendly, loved the experience after a long time.

Great lunch out special thanks to Sam for the great service will definitely be returning, the pesto rosso was excellent as well as the raspberry mojito! 🤙🏻🍹🙏🏻

We (family of 4) had lunch in Windsor over the Easter weekend. The staff were great throughout. We particularly appreciated that when our daughter didn’t like the bolognaise sauce, they exchanged it for pomodoro. We were happy to pay again but they did it for us with no charge. The staff were really nice people as well as efficient and effective.

We really enjoyed our meal at Zizzi. I had the new beef brisket stew, which was full of flavour and cooked nicelyy . My wife went for the lasagna and loved it too. One of the staff members, a guy in a white top, was really polite and welcoming—he called everyone “Sir” or “Madam” and made sure we were happy with everything. It was a really nice touch. We’ll definitely come back again, next time with our friends!

We use to visit Zizzi quite often, (Reading, Wokingham, London, Windsor) good food and good atmosphere… But tonight in (Zizzi Windsor) the service was terrible specially from a young lady who was more interested to talk then look and care for tables around waiting…

Gorgeous restaurant and very attentive staff

We had dinner tonight, 3 adults and 1 child. The food was good, however we can't say the same for the service. I had to ask for the children menu as we weren't given one, and the colouring pens. We asked for plain pasta with cheese on the side for the child, and we were given pasta with cream. No one ever checked on us and very little care was put in the service. We dropped a fork and had to ask for a new one as when we were brought the food nobody noticed. I had to go directly to the waiting staff to ask to have deserts and the bill. Even the bill, for two consecutive times we were given the wrong one! One of those having a full price for kids when they are supposed to eat for free. Wouldn't recommend this specific restaurant because of the terrible service.

They were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel truly looked after. Just as we experienced, it felt like nothing was too much trouble, and they made every effort to meet all requests, succeeding wonderfully. This kind of attentive and accommodating service really makes a difference. And the food? It was fantastic! The menu offers a great range of Italian classics, and everything we ordered was delicious and really tasty. Plus, the portions were generous, offering great value and ensuring nobody left hungry. It's clear they use quality ingredients and put care into their dishes. Overall, Zizzi Windsor is a lovely place that gets everything right – superb food, brilliant staff, and a welcoming vibe. Whether you're a local or a visitor, I'd highly recommend stopping by for a fantastic Italian meal. We'll certainly be back!

Extremely rude staff, especially the waiters. I’ve been to this Zizzi at Windsor twice, hoping for a better experience, but nothing has changed. The service is consistently poor, with staff showing no manners or basic etiquette. It’s disappointing, as the food is good, but the attitude of the staff completely ruins the experience. Management seriously needs to train their team in customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal with loved ones. The only downside was that they didn’t have calamari, which I wasn’t informed about until after I had placed my order and the rest of my food was already being prepared. It was a bit disappointing, but overall, the quality of the food and the welcoming ambiance made up for it. I would still highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Really enjoyed the evening. Great food and nice atmosphere. Of course one of the meals wasn't as stated on the menu but still enjoyed it.

Zizzi is always quality, service here was fantastic - really accomodaring of allrgies, labelled plates as allergy free. Loved the food, only hitch was bad seating option but as we hadn't booked on a Saturday night, can't complain. Tiramisu was so-so :/

First time at zizzi Windsor excellent food best service. Robert was very helpful and friendly.

Really delicious food, I recommend for people who love spicy 🌶️. We eat pizza, chicken Milanese, special garlic bread and chicken calabrese, special bread with honey and red hot chilli peppers…..you can find parking around the restaurant (a little bit expensive, but - Windsor) we also drunk a good wine (red and white) and everything was just perfect 🤩
