Costa Coffee in Windsor and Maidenhead

I ordered it at 10ish it arrived at 11.15ish. The hot chocolate was luke warm. Not nice at all had to throw it down the sink

package was dripping when received. one drink had tipped right over. drinks had not been placed securely into drinks holder : more on top of rather than into the holder

13 or so cyclists decended upon this Costa for elevensies and we were all amazed at the very efficient service provided by two young ladies. This is not a one off we have been coming here over the past few weeks. Good Service,

I ordered three large lattes, when they were delivered the lids weren't securely fitted.

I ordered three large lattes, two with whole milk and one with semi-skimmed milk. The problem is the semi- skimmed wasn't marked.

I popped into Costa, to grab a cup of coffee on my way to work. I placed my order which the manager took, after inputting the order into the till she walked off to answer the phone and never returned! There was another young girl on duty, who came over to the till... no smile, no hello. just rung it through and stood there! I had the £3.00 drink reward on my app, i scanned the app and the girl tried to charge me £4.00, i told her i had the reward on the app, she mummbled something and made no effort to check or change this on the till. I was running out of time and patience. I paid the £4.00. After taking payment the girl walked off and started counting the inventory in the delivery at he back. The manager was chatting away on the phone. I stood there horrified! Eventually i asked the girl whether she could make my coffee. she made it and passed me the cup, and walked back to her inevtory. The drink was made wrong, it tasted bitter... a bit like fairy liquid... absolutely appaled at the service and the quality of the drinks. I have had more than one issue with this branch and wont be going back again.... the staff are not friendly and they certainly do not know about good customer service, or how to make a decent coffee....

Costa is always good no disappointment

One member of staff left that can bothered to be friendly or use please or thankyou. Generally dirty, grubby and staff who seem utterly chaotic these days, and if your drink doesn’t taste right as with this morning, it’s an argument I'm wrong, go to Nibbles round the corner.

Caramel Apple Tart was missing (again!)

Was fantastic, the pigs in blankets toastie was awesome and the all day breakfast wrap is fantastic. Love the Hot Choc too, it was all amazing.

Convenient little Costa Coffee near the station in Datchet.

People who work there, Bianca and Banji, were kind, smiley and the coffee that they made was absolutely tasty.

I ordered three large cappuccinos and they may as well have been medium as I only received just over half a cup.

We really enjoy coming to this Costa and find the staff are mostly really friendly and make your drinks correctly, checking with you if they aren't sure of the order. There is a lot of seating available to its customers and it has a nice outside area. Overall, a lovely coffee shop!

If I cud give a 10 star I wud for service they are all amazing very good with kids here to make u feel so welcome my little boy Romeo has a fav person here cakes r amazing that much my little boy had the carrot cake for his birthday x

Received completely the wrong stuff. Ordered a Wiltshire ham cheese and pickle sandwich and a large cappuccino. What I received was an almost cold shrivelled up ham and cheese toasties and from what I can mate out a luke warm white americano. Won't be using this store again!

A good Costa, with a spread out layout with several quiet and cosy corners.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. Spending time to chat to customers and genuinely interested in listening to customers too. Breath of fresh air.

Don't like giving poor reviews but coffee was fairly average and tables not clean. It was a functional kind of place rather than an attractive one. The outside seats appear to be all smoking tables.

Absolute rubbish taking so far over 1 hour to deliver 2 toasties and 2 coffees how disappointing. Am I meant to wait all morning? Never again

Thanks to the two people who served me on Saturday afternoon, for making my visit entirely personal. Didn't feel like a chain of coffee shops but more like a boutique coffee shop, thanks to their great customer service.

I visited this coffee shop recently when meeting with a friend. Cam made us feel really welcome and so did his colleagues. They are a great team who made our experience very memorable which should be recognised by Costa Coffee. Well done guys and keep up the good work. Something's do go unnoticed by some, but not all.

Great little Costa with a hidden outside space

The lads who were on duty weren't the most sparkling of individuals, guess it's potluck as to who you get. Place itself was OK.

Oskar and the team at Costa Datchet are amazing! By far the best Costa I have been to. Always greated with a warm smile, friendly chat and amazing drinks! They are really made with love. Working close by, myself and my team visit almost daily and there has never been a time we have been disappointed. Thank you , you guys are the best!

Asked for 2 hot chocolates without any cream and got 2 hot chocolates with cream on the top plus charged extra for cream 🙄 served by Hanaah... don't think she knew what was she doing.

After feeding the local breed of ducks and swans just a few steps away, one can come here rest his/her/neutral legs and sip on a well prepared hot chocolate. Staff are warm and welcoming and prepared the goods in a jiffy. Store is clean and well maintained. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sandwiches and all the usual Costa stuff can be bought here. They also serve the seasonal flavoured drinks on Christmas. Parking is on the street outside in the marked bays or you have to find them in the local streets nearby.

One of the better Costa locations, a bit noisy to sit outside, although not unbearable. Inside is friendly, clean & comfortable.

The staff are fantastic, polite and also enjoys engaging in conversations with their customers. This Costa is located in the heart of Datchet which is right next to the train station which is one stop from Windsor. I highly recommend visiting them, and they also have a garden area out the back which is lovely.

Just popped in to get a drink for my daughter and wasn't sure what to get? The guy was so nice and friendly. You just don't see that anymore, he advised me what to get and made them to perfection. They looked better than the picture. He also made my little one over the moon with a super tasty iced tea. All Costa's should have staff like this. Simply the best experience I have ever had . Thank you and I will 100% be back.

Great to grab a coffee and sit by the river

I was sat down with my mother on the top floor doing some university work and politely asked what time they closed! One of the Staff Members told us they closed at 18:00. At 16:00, 2 hours before closing, the same Staff Member started making so much noise moving tables and chairs basically "closing the cafe" making very hard for me and my mother to concentrate on our work. The rest of the place is very nice and tidy.

Staff were so polite and welcoming. One of the nicest Costas I have been to. The staff were really lovely!!

Delievery doesn't always work which is ashame when I live in same village

Not all Costa’s are the same and this one is the best. They simply make brilliant coffee. Oscar has genius in those creative fingers and makes me a different animal In my flat white every day. Justyna and Oscar deliver friendly efficient service with a smile every time. Try for yourself. So much more than coffee.

Love this costa!! I work in datchet and go here alot and the drinks are always amazing as well as the constantly friendly staff 🤗 Rafi is so warm and welcoming my colleagues and I always love to go for coffees and sweet treats here where we are remembered and have great service every time!! :)

This is the only ciffee shoo I know of with an outside play area. Inside has a variety of quirky seating. Baristas know what they are doing and the staff is very friendly and gies the extra mile. By far. My favourite costa

Please bring back the Chesse and mushroom toasties as well as installing a little more training in to certain staff when it comes to manners. Please, Thank you's dont cost a thing. Was served on the morning of 18th August. Was polite from start, even bought my tray to the front to make life easier for the girls. But was spoken to as if being demanded then requested.

Very pleasant staff, and quick service. Was quite busy which makes me a bit nervous, but customers were respectful of distancing. Be good when the cake choice improves.

The staff are great, and the shop is clean, through covid most shops don't bother with social distancing but this shop makes sure everything is perfect, would definitely return.

Coffee you say? In Datchet? Look no further than Costa Coffee. It might be a chain, but the staff make you feel like you are in a fine Italian coffee house. It may used to have been the Morning Star pub but not it is five stars
