Went to zizzis and was served by the manager Louise I think her name was and Sarah, both were absolutely lovely had us sat quickly even though they seemed to be busy, were very accommodating to our needs, continued to ask us how are food and drinks were made sure we were okay with everything, it made us feel very reassured, they had a laugh with us aswell, all of the staff were lovley but especially these two that served us. Will definitely be returning soon.

Very busy as there was a concert nearby. They had to turn non booked people away. How our waiter Piotr coped I’ll never know but he did. Every table was served. Lots of laughter and a great atmosphere.

Recent update: The food was delicious and our takeaway arrived in time. Can't complain.😊 We ordered from this restaurant several times. It used to be good, but recently they've been making their meals without care and the pizzas you can get from them are an absolute mess. They don't even bother to stretch the base properly, to cook with enough ingredients and the distribution of the toppings is done without paying any attention. Not to mention the wrong extra topping; apparently they cannot distinguish between two different types of chillies that they are offering. And they don't even fully acknowledge their mistake. Train your staff, Zizzi!

We've been to this restaurant a few times now and the food is anyways delicious and the service is brilliant. Served today by Sarah who we have met on previous visits, she's always so friendly she remembers my allergies and dietary requirements and is great with the kids!

Love the pizzas here, and their garlic bread is out of this world. Not only that put probably the best atmosphere for a pizza restaurant in Guildford. Only downside is compared to other pizza restaurants its quite pricey, but they do have vouchers quite often during the week!

Hadn't been to a Zizzi in years but this place was perfect for a meal out with a friend. The service was really fast, and the pizza was delicious! Will be going back again.

Good food - but made better by such excellent service. I was looked after mostly by a guy called Maddie - nothing was too much trouble, happy to discuss the dishes and advise, friendly whilst remaining professional. He made my visit outstanding.

It was 5 star, rood, service & atmosphere & Peter is the best waiter in the area. I would also recommend spaghetti pomadoro.

I have not been to this Zizzis before as it is a bit of a walk from the High Street.There were not many customers which was good so fairly quiet and service was good .Food was good as always I will visit again.

The staff in this Zizzi’s were very good . Our sever Mannie was absolutely lovely and very help . The other staff had to deal with a very difficult Customer and they managed to stay calm and considerate in the way they handle him .

Excellent food and exceptional service! We were a big group and all our food came out together and quickly. The food was all excellent, best Italian food I’ve had in a long time. We were served by Lizzie, she was lovely and managed our slightly chaotic group very professionally. She did an excellent job! Already looking forward to my next visit!

Zizzi in Guildford is in a great location, is very spacious and has an upmarket feel compared to other pizza restaurants on the high street. The food was really good, and our server, Mannie, was very attentive, knew the menu inside out, had a great rapport with the tables on his section, and did a great job. Exceptional service, good food, would definitely recommend.

Came here with my Aunt, food was absolutely lovely, Server Milly did an excellent job. Great ambience to the building, food cooked just a shy away from your table. Metal chairs with small padding not the most comfortable, but barely a complaint. Would definitely come again.

A superb branch of Zizzi much better than our local! Really friendly team offering professional and engaging service. The food was tasty as always, well presented and for me was the best “Sticky Pig” pizza I’ve enjoyed. We were restrained on this occasion and only drank sparkling water. However, the indulgence of the new Chocolate Brownie Sundae was too much to avoid…..yummy! Thanks to the team and especially to the superb Mannie (our server) who made the evening for us. We will be back soon.

We have visited Zizzi in Guildford for lunch several times and have always found the food and service to be excellent. The pizzas are freshly cooked and are large, but I usually bring my crusts home with me to eat later and the waiter is always happy to give me a little Zizzi box to put them in for the onward journey. We have been particularly impressed by a waiter called Piotr, who is very attentive and pleasant, without being intrusive. We've never had a bad experience here and look forward to returning again in the future.

Food is always yummy at Zizzis! Our server Siroun (trainee) at Guildford and her manager were lovely, very good and attentive. We often come to Guildford especially to go to Zizzis. And we are members of the Zillionaires Club which have great Perks!

The food was good standard Zizzi food, however it was very busy for a Saturday at 5pm so would recommend booking.

Jay was awesome; polite and attentive, we couldn't rate him higher. I'd never been into zizzi's before but will definitely return. The food was great, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
