Caffè Nero in Guildford

Coffees great but the slices of cake are a rip off, you see a full slicw thinking that s what you are going to get, turns out they cut it in half, like mate say it half before u put the price, dont get cake there it s a scam.

Never too busy, and window seats especially good looking out over high street. Fantastic service today from Stuart. I had an issue with a coffee, and he sorted it no probs. Highly recommend!

Service was dead slow but understandable as there were 2 trainee baristas and no one supervising them. We waited for ages to get our hot drinks and the coffee was average to say the least even though it was the new variety they were recommending, clearly trying to get rid of it!

Nice and cosy place for a break during your shopping in House of Fraser. Situated in the first floor and has sitting with beautiful view on the High Street.

You will find Neros in House of Fraser. Its very roomy, so even when busy you can normally grab a seat. Great coffee.

Nice but slow..even with just two ahead.of me trainee barista was slow. Supposed to serve two customers at once! Their mantra.know quiet time but exceptionally slow. Customer behind walked out muttering Starbucks!

When open it is a classic coffee shop but with a price

Patient and efficient service, great food, both hot and cold. BLT sandwich is a highlight as well as a range of desserts and pastries. Overall great experience to behold.

How very disappointing lunch was in this place. Filthy disgusting tables. If you can find any without dirty plates stacked on them it's a miracle. Absolutely awful.

It's a great little place to escape from the shopping around, with cute little views outside and down onto the main High Street. Still got that general Nero's feel that to it though
