Far and above the best Chinese in the area. The best Beef in Black bean i have ever had. Brilliant delivery service, the food is always hot. We cannot fond a better Chinese anywhere in Bristol

Delivery time kept getting later and later. When i called the resturant they were dismissive about the wait. The food was ok but the ribs were so dry they were inedible. Its definitely been nicer before.

Really disappointing. Found a piece of plastic in one of the wontons, the tofu & broccoli was overcooked mush and the chow mein overcooked and tasteless. Won't be ordering again.

The chicken on satay chicken skewers was pink. The chicken balls were slimy and the sweet and sour sauce was just coloured water. No flavour whatsoever. The only decent parts of my meal was the dry chicken chow mein and the crispy chilli chicken. But then I guess it’s because they’re both thin strips, so it was cooked properly

We ordered special chow mein, chicken fried rice with curry sauce, sharing starter for two and spring rolls. Whilst the food was delivered timely, the order was incorrect - the chicken fried rice was special friend rice (contained prawns, pork and beef) and there’s was also a pot of sauce which looked like curry sauce but clearly was some sort of peanut sauce. Whilst this wasn’t so much an issue of ourselves, it is clearly a big allergen risk to others so just a word of cautious to others. The food was okay but it wasn’t anything exceptional to be honest - certainly had better for much less.

Took a while to arrive but it was Friday night..The food was okay. The ribs were very fatty and probably wouldn’t order them again for there. But that my fault as I was being lazy and couldn’t be bothered to cook. 👨‍🍳 6/10

Absolutely rubbish! We ordered for delivery, nearly 2 hours later, still nothing. Tried to call numerous times and phone constantly engaged. Had to drive to go and collect the order, even though I paid for delivery only to find it hadn’t even been put through! Had to wait another half an hour in the shop before it was cooked. Turns out they just leave the phone off the hook so they don’t get any calls. And to top it all off, once I got home I noticed half the order was missing! The shop is dirty, full of cobwebs. These guys used to be fantastic, but they’ve really gone down hill fast. We’ve gone back to our old Chinese, so much better.

Food is good, but they promised 60 mins originally, but it took 2.5 hours to arrive in the end...

The food was great, good portion sizes and felt really fresh. Unlike with other Chinese dishes I’ve had in the past that were quite greasy and salty, this was the opposite. Would definitely order from here again

Restaurant mixed up the address when delivering and then tried to charge an extra £2 for delivery fee for a mistake they made, given that this was a large order it was terrible service and a terrible attitude from the staff. Food was also like warm upon arrival and was not up to standard.

Found metal shard in one of the meals, put us off eating any of it. I spoke to the takeaway and they suggested it was from the wok scourer.

Great food, great flavour, great choice of dishes, cannot fault anything we have had from this takeaway. Highly recommend them.

Originally told it would be arriving between 19:00-19:20 but at 19:37 I enquired and they extended the time to 20:00.

Bit of a mix up with delivery but down to the delivery driver. After calling Zheng they called the driver immediately to rectify the mix up. Mistakes happen, quickly resolved and my food was still on time, piping hot and delicious. Thanks Zheng 👍🏽

Usual good quality food, but I don't think it was freshly cooked this time, which is a real shame as it wasn't as hot or tasty as it normally is.

Usually this Chinese is great but today the beef in black bean sauce was terrible. The beef was tuff and there was not even hardly any sauce. I tried to ring the restaurant to complain but the phone kept ringing off. Very disappointed ☹️

They cancelled my order without telling me and left me waiting for two hours for food late on a Friday night and had to order elsewhere last minute. Also confusing website considering they have multiple shops around Bristol.

Don't think I've ordered from them before. Delivery was quick & hot. l ordered crispy chilli beef which was crunchy lovely, 2 very large spring rolls that didn't have that horrible aniseedy flavour, & noodles with real veg. Plenty for another meal or freezer. l will be ordering from them again.

Veg spring rolls were tasty, but the rest was mediocre at best. Really poor quality meat. Overcooked noodles. Couldn't eat the chicken.

My order never arrived and it never updated on the system past the acceptance. I was unable to contact the restaurant though trying 13 times.

Some of the food was lovely but other dishes weren’t great . Chicken curry ? I’m unsure if it’s actually chicken ? But the curry itself has a great taste .. chips weren’t very good ..duck/ pancakes were lovely and a nice portion size . Overall 6.5/10

I didn’t get the food I paid for not happy at all

I can’t honestly answer on atmosphere this was a delivery order. The food was tasteless and put me in bed all weekend with full on food poisoning. Spent £40 a mix of chicken chow mein, rice, prawn crackers and other goods - it should have been delicious. The service was very slow, and had to be chased several times. The delivery driver was apologetic and friendly, nothing wrong with that at all. The food was hot but was clearly reheated several times, again on chasing of the order. Food was ordered in good faith and I had heard good things. I will not order again but hope you take better care of other customers as I’ve lost my weekend unwell in bed. Still feeling generally unwell and very let down.
