Amazing food We had battered prawns for starters which are a must have absolutely amazing. I then had the teriyaki chicken stir fry and my husband had Jamaican chicken pizza five star 🌟 everything was perfect. The manager Staff are second to none and nothing is to much. 100% we will be going back very soon.

Ordered a gluten-free pizza. It was clearly on arrival a pre—bought frozen base which had not thawed before cooking, so went soggy in the middle when heated. Absolutely inedible. Not fair for gf customers. There was also no way to contact the Blackheath branch as no one answered the phone. My husband had to go and buy me a gf pizza from a supermarket. Disgraceful treatment of gf customers.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with our children and allegen needs. Such a lovely, family friendly place to eat with delicious food and beer. Definitely recommend!

The only downside is never try and order the special from deliveroo. It is advertised as £39 for 2 pizzas and 4 cans of beer but there is a catch ... there is no way to actually order two of the same pizzas. This has never worked on the Deliveroo site and no matter how many times they are notified about it, they simply do not change it. So if you want two pizzas that are the same .. with the beers .. you need to spend at least £55 as the special does not apply. So I just received a message from Deliveroo ... they advise to set a review of 2 or less otherwise, the issue on the Deliveroo site will never be fixed. This is a strange way to get the attention of Deliveroo especially since is really reflects badly on the restaurant. [response] - thanks for the response. This is a pretty poor customer service from Deliveroo.

Excellent pizza and the lunch time deal is a steal. £10 for any pizza, salad or chips and a soft drink. Will return.

Appalling service, exceptional food. Despite the delicious food, our experience was marred by disappointing service. Booking issues led to a confrontational start with the manager, who questioned our reservation, making us feel unwelcome. We waited excessively for service and had to flag down staff for drinks. Despite enjoying the garlic bread and generous portion of mussels, the lack of follow-up from the waiters was disappointing not been given the opportunity to reask for something we did not receive. Other tables received attentive service, while we were neglected. Even though we raised concerns about the service charge and ask it to be removed, we encountered a hostile ending to the day with the women’s attitude changing when I asked it to be taken off. While the mango beer and mussels were undoubtedly outstanding, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and how we were made feel.

Great food and service in a quaint restaurant in the centre of Blackheath. We ordered the seafood linguine and garlic, chicken risotto along with garlic bread and chicken wings. All the food was delicious and had an homemade feel to it. Our server Abdul was particularly helpful and polite. We will definitely be back again soon!

Fantastic service. Had originally denied my husband many an opportunity to visit here as I’d either wanted wine or cocktails. They do both! Great espresso martini. Really good selection of drinks, excellent priced beer owing to the brewery on site and the food smelled great!

When did the pizzas get a 3rd smaller ? Restaurant service as chaotic as normal but not in a good way. Still no black beer !!

We came to Zerodegrees, Blackheath a few times before because NO ONE makes a caramelised pear and gorganzola pizza like they do. We love the place so much we decided to hold our son's first birthday in the space upstairs. Shab liaised with us and answered all of our questions meetings all of our needs... nothing was too much. On the day Shab and the team were on hand, Mic was the go to guy helping with drinks, food and everything else. We had the best time, everyone loved the venue and food and the event will be something we remember forever and always. So many of our guests tried the range of beers and food and cannot wait to come back. Thank you Zero Degrees team and we'll see you soon

I invited friends at zerodegrees yesterday for my birthday and I must say I had the best time here! The place is lovely , they have great selection of beers, cocktails and food and the metre long pizza exceeded my expectations ( soft, tasty , fresh ingredients , it was properly made) The atmosphere was nice, it was busy but you could easily talk with your friends since it was not too loud. The staff is amazing , they are all very friendly and helpful , from the manager to the team , they all very welcoming , we received the best customer service. 100% recommended !

Great place with great beer! We booked a table for 2h but ended up saying for 6! Thoroughly enjoyed both the pizzas and the beers. The mango pale is packed full of flavour and definitely with a pint or 5. Pizzas were served very quickly (we were there at lunch time), although the beers took a bit longer than we'd expected each time we ordered another round. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back again!

Pizza was yum, but there was a quiet a long waiting time despite the fact the restaurant was half empty. Mango beer was our favourite part of the meal haha, the desert we wanted was unavailable and we have been offered waffle which didn't impress us as we could get it easily from the shop. One of our purposes of going eating out is to try something new or have what you not gonna make home / can't easily buy everywhere.

Couldn't get lunch at first choice stop so returned to Blackheath to get some Zero degrees brewed beer and some food. Paid for first drink at bar then shown table next kitchen. Starter shared of squid, a little overcooked and too dark but maybe because of a disruption by a crew looking for some free food. We ordered 2 pizzas and because of the disruption had 2 more beers compd. However the bill was for a lunch deal we didn't order, which came with salads again which we didn't order, so including service nearly £60 for two pizzas and the squid starter with 2 salads. Suffice to say won't be returning too soon.

This is the second time we have had a lovely meal with our toddlers at zero degrees in Blackheath. Tonight we went for dinner at about six pm, we didn’t think to book and it was busy but the maitre/ manager was so lovely and accommodating, found us a table quickly, made sure he found two high chairs for the girls quickly, he kindly took the food order himself as he could she our girls needed their dinner ! The team brought the toddlers starters out really fast (on request) which saved the day ! The rest of the food was timely and delicious ( the children’s meals are huge ). Oh and one of the waiters saw we were helping the girls with their pasta and checked if we wanted our own meals brought over or if we wanted them to wait until the girls had eaten ….really sweet of him to check. Also Hubby had a lovely pint of beer as well.. Will defo be back ..

Very good value lunch deal. Tasty food good atmosphere and very good service by the manager. Unfortunately rather let down by a very surly young man behind the bar. Other than that a.very nice experience.

Lovely catch up lunch with an old friend. Staff excellent, friendly but did not hurry us at all. Food was very tasty and a good selection of wine and cocktails as well as their own beers. Much larger inside than I expected, with their own outside dining area upstairs as well for warmer days.

Christmas Dinner 2023 An excellent evening which started by being greeted at the door and shown to our table, spread with crackers and a free bottle of prosecco! The food was delicious, service was speedy having pre-ordered but we weren't rushed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would definitely book to go back for Christmas 2024.

Food requires more flavour (and salt), but the drinks and atmosphere kind of make up for it. Quite a cool place with brewing machinery indoors and some upstairs seats overlooking those steel equipment. Staff is super friendly and helpful, but remember the extra service charge does NOT go to them. So get it taken off your bill.

It was the best pizza we've had yet, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Came her for joint birthday meal with my Mum and family. We will not be coming back here again. We booked in advance and the service was terrible from start to finish. It took 1 hour for our drinks to arrive with no glasses. The starters actually arrived before the drinks, no cutlery to accompany the food. We waited a further 30 mins to get some cutlery! When we raised this with manager we were flippantly told there was a 1.5hr wait for service. Meanwhile the wait staff were standing around doing nothing. The wait to order the mains was another hour. Again when it arrived, no cutlery, no side plates. Given the fact it was a birthday celebration, we would have expected a sincere apology from the manager or a goodwill gesture to reduce the bill as a recognition of the incredibly poor service. We cannot recommend this place to anyone, unless the management take this feedback seriously. Please work harder and get the basics right.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ‼️ What an amazing place in Blackheath ! With such a variety and great choices on the menu anyone will find something they will love 💜 and really enjoy. It has special selection of beers which being brewed right there 😍 ( as it’s a microbrewery). We had Mussels, mushroom pizza, sweet potato fries, banoffee cheese case, brownie with marshmallows there were all absolutely DELICIOUS 🤤! Lovely decor inside upstairs, sitting area outside and on the “rooftop” lovely spacious areas also available for private hire ! Lovely service and people who work there absolutely a must visit place!

We had an amazing experience celebrating my sisters Big Birthday and would like to personally Thank Shab the General Manager for making the whole afternoon run seamlessly attending to our every need. Also Nic who worked tirelessly to serve twelve of my sisters life long friends. The food was fantastic. We all thought the celebrations could not have gone any better. Went here on a recommendation from a friend, unfortunately it was very disappointing, the starter of roast broccoli looked like it had had been thrown on the plate with some cottage cheese and it was soaked in what i can only describe an oily/lemon mix. We then had the kilo of mussels in the cream sauce which was bordering on warm, alongside a parma soggy undercooked pizza. There was plenty of staff on to complain to but getting there attention seemed to be a tad difficult, im afraid we will be using other restaurants in blackheath when were there again.

So this is my fav restaurant ever ..and I had booked Kline and mentioned it was for my sons 18th birthday. So let’s start with positive ..the staff are fantastic and bubbly .. But we where placed in a pretty empty restaurant on a tiny table cramped and against a pillar (I actually thought it was a wind up ) The food ..usually the BEST ever ..but the pizza and mussels where below average ..beer was great but overall it was just flat ..I had asked for a small cake when I ordered but alas nothing ..it breaks my heart that my fav place to go to is not the same ..is it under new management ? No idea but it just doesn’t cut it Again I want to hail the staff as they where great (but again why put me on a tiny table when there where tons of tables ) Hey ho ..

I am afraid that since new management have taken over, this is not so good now. Mywife and I went here very recently to check out the change to this place. They charge service charge even if you go to the bar yourself for drinks. On complaining to management this service charge can not be removed without the Manager himself. (05/09/2023 - last visit) This has changed again and now there is no charging service charge at the bar, it is not as full or busy as before, not too many staff and all new staff)

We live locally and hired the upstairs bar for a private party in August 2023 to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary with friends and family. The manager Shab was exceptional from start to finish, in terms of helping us to prepare for the party and the staff on the evening were equally as wonderful and attentive. We opted for the buffet menu of selected starters, meter long pizzas and side salads. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and there was plenty of it. We sourced our own DJ and had the room until 1am. The in-house beer and cocktails were flowing and it was the perfect venue for a party. Highly recommend.

Very good and varied menu. Different beers to choose from. We had the Charcuterie board, Seafood linguine and watermelon and feta salad. Food was tasty and good quality. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Would definitely go back!

Gone downhill since I last used this place. Part of my meal didn't turn up and they put Vegan cheese on my pizza that wasn't asked for. Very disappointed.

Booze were great, pizza not so much. For the prices you have, I'd recommend investing in a better, less chewy & less squeaky (thus fresh) mozzarella & keep your margherita OG, simple and not so herby. Dough balls were lovely!

Pretty good option for a quick pizza in a fun atmosphere (you are dining inside a brewery, so it is quite entertaining). Staff are friendly.

Jumped over from Clarendon Hotel and started with 'Our Mango' Beer which is very fruity, refreshing and appetizingly. Looking forward to taste the tasty food, which just was served right now...

Used to love this place. They used to get the balance of food price/quality just right, even in the face of inflation. That seems to have changed. Our latest visit will likely be our last. £80 for an 'ok' meal and a couple of drinks is too much. Real pity. I've been going here for over a decade.

The Czech Pilsner wasn't really a Pilsner, it tasted strange. The cocktail was nice. The place seemed untidy, especially the bar.

Pretty disappointing. Pizza was far lower quality than it's been since I started going there over a decade ago - base was poor, toppings were confused, and it didn't seem like the chef knew how to make Italian pizza. Staff (except for one who's been there at least a year), appear confused and not service focused.

If there was zero stars option I would have given zero. Service slow. Pizza burnt. Price unfair. Disaster. It was better some time ago. Now very bad. I won't come back I should have asked for at least discount the service charge because the service was simply absent and the pizza burnt, but I just wanted to run away asap after eating.

Food was good and friendly staff but had to wait over 40 minutes for our main.

Had an excellent lunch here with a large group of friends and family. Good service, really delicious food and very reasonable. This is a huge space but even though the restaurant wasn't full, there was a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Main course was very good pizza and the wine was lovely. Dessert waffles were nothing special. The waitress was excellent but the front of house man was slow at service and left us standing by the door a long time. Atmosphere was good but unfortunately there were some fruit flies which spoilt it somewhat

Was a lovely vibe shame my mains come out wrong and forgot one of my friends dinner but was rectified quick but no compensation but a great place to come to.

If you're looking for somewhere to go with good food but no customer service then Zerodegrees is the place to go. We had booked a table, waiting to be seated took a while, a waitress clocked us but couldn't seat us as it had to be the manager, once the manager came over went to sit us at one table which clearly wasn't ready for us, then handed our menus to a different waitress and told her to sit us at a different table, who then didn't say anything to us when we sat down. Seemed very unorganised, after a while, one waitress took our drinks order, a few minutes later someone else came to take our drink order which had already been taken, she then went to go when I said we're ready to order. Orders taken, the food arrived pretty quickly and was really tasty. We never had any other interaction with staff, never came to check if our food was ok. Waited a while for our plates to be taken once we were finished. Once we got our bill we asked for service charge to be taken off and I won't be booking nor visiting again.

Zero degrees is a lovely restaurant with good quality food and great service. I would definitely recommend having a meal there if you love Italian food.

Second visit for us and honestly can’t say anything negative. They have quite huge space inside, so enough space to get table. Regarding menu, great selection and affordable kids menu for 8£. Maybe they could add more GF options on the main menu, as there was not much options. Had Maroccan chicken salad. Good taste and massive portion!

I was in Blackheath for a long weekend with friends and we ended up coming here 3 nights out of four for dinner! The pizza was excellent, the beer was amazing especially the Mango IPA and the Black lager. The staff were very attentive and the manager really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London, would go out of my way to go back!

Pretty disappointed with this place. Loads of staff and very attentive, but when asking about the beer they brew on site, I asked two people who didn't really know. Ordered some courgette fries that was about a third of a fried courgette on a bucket full of leaves. There's cutting costs and then there is ripping off the customer. It should make the move to restaurant/insta spot (two things it does very well) and stop brewing. The beer was decent, but if your staff don't know what you make, then something is wrong.

Oh oh oh I love this place! Beautifully set in the heart of Blackheath! A Posh Microbrewery with Lovely Decor! The aesthetic is just Mwah! + This place Specialises more in Pizza & Beer, I got a Spinach & Pepperoni - my partner got the 5 Cheeses. Lovely Bruschetta & Dough Balls! Upstairs is lovely, they have a secret garden & lovely floral/foliage decor 😍 Nice staff 👍 - Our server did forget serviettes & cutlery for our table but she was so busy my partner just got them from her station quickly, drinks took a while. Overall nice place x

I accidentally ordered the wrong meal and when it came the manager offered to change it. I had no time so said I’ll stick with it. Half way through I had to go so asked for it to be put in a takeaway container and then the manager brought over the meal I was meant to order originally. Amazing service! Was very touched thank you :). Tasted great and lovely venue

Very delicious pizza and superb crafted beer! It has 3 floors with terrace and space to seat outside, you can see barrels where the beer is made which gives it unique experience.

We come here a couple of times a week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dan and Sharp always give us a great welcome. Food is good and drinks are reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit!

This has always been one of our favourite places, the food is amazing and we always have a good night. I also need to say a special thanks to Dan. He has been nothing short of wonderful tonight. He single handily has ran upstairs on his own on a very busy night. He made our evening even more special!

Great service…great venue…but do not go there for the food!!!! The most tasteless pasta I had in London! Even a supermarket ready-made sauce is more tasty than the pasta offered in this place. Make sure you go there for drinks ONLY

Really surprised and pleased. Went expecting one thing and left very pleased and full. The pasta dishes are wonderful.

Lovley food and friendly service. However I didn't realise it was dog friendly (which is fine) but I like that the waitress went over to the dog and was letting the dog lick her especially her hands. Luckily I had my food already, otherwise I would not of liked her to handle it after touching the dog. It's very unhygienic as she is handling food and should be more conscious of cleanliness.

This place deserves 5 starts for sure! I fell in love with Zero Degrees since the first time I walked in. The atmosphere of the place is so good. The staff are always so friendly and polite. You can see by their smile that they are happy to work there. The decoration is really beautiful. The food is great too. Highly recommend it.

To the place I give 5 stars but to the dj every time I ask about a song he said ‘I never heard about it’ and it was a song that was for weeks in the UK chart. He looked he put the songs he liked instead of what the dancers wanted. People were complaining 🤦🏽‍♀️

We eat here often, spacious, comfortable with tasty generous pizzas that can be customised to order. Great cocktails and beer brewed on site. Excellent friendly service and good value for money
