Food was amazing as always, on time as always, but this time they forgot my naan bread. Missing an item is a major pet peeve of ours with takeaways and always ruins our meal.

The curry came on the verge of cold and was also lumpy. I am not happy and would like a refund

Order very very late, estimated delivery time was 30-45 minutes. It look 1 hour 10 minutes

The food is very acidic. They use a lot of lemon juice in the curry, which takes away the curry spices.

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE! The korma is discussing and the naan bread just taste like raw dough and after eating a few bites I feel instantly sick. And they forgot to deliver my coke! The only good thing was the chips

Absolutely awful food! Just received a takeaway and I have never seen a curry like it. Ordered the chicken tikka masala and it almost looked radioactive the colour of it. The meat also tasted as if it had been heated up on a microwave. I’m not even going to chance eating anything more than a spoonful. Honestly never seen anything like it before!

Been using this place for a long time. Last few orders haven’t been great. Food cold where it’s normally scorching. Aubergine bhaji, not fully cooked. Think it’s time to find a new take away

This is then second time I have ordered from Zeera and honestly the first was great and this time even better. The taste was amazing! The best Indian meal I’ve had in a long long time.

We were regular customers of zeera spice however, the last two orders from here have been tasteless, the chicken was hard, the aloo palak was a soggy salty mess. Won’t be getting from here anymore. Such a shame.

this was the worst I've had from you guys gutted as always spot on. the naan was awful like 3 day old stale same as poppadoms very greasy soggy onion onion bargie and Very watery korma such a shame especially as we are a family of 7 and this is a massive treat for us

all of the food was way too salty we couldn't eat it

we have eaten from here before but this has been the worst meal we have ever ordered, Salmon Shashlick (buy think it was cod as unidentifiable) was the brightest red as was the massala. Had people around and the whole meal was embarrassing, will not orfer again from here again, plenty of pictures taken if required

The food was tasteless & the chicken very dry, my son & daughter love Indian food & they barely ate half of their dish! I tried few Indian restaurants around Hayes but I must say Zerra Spice is by far the worst one - NEVER AGAIN.Don’t fall for the 20% discount, instead pay a little more and order from “I Naga”! Taste absolutely FANTASTIC

Worst curry we have ever ordered. Boiling hot, clearly microwaved. Chicken was rock hard as was our rice. Had to throw everything in the bin. Waste of money and food.

I never usually leave reviews, but this was atrocious. The “butter chicken” was some sort of tikka masala which they just threw spreadable butter into. When it arrived it wasn’t mixed, the butter was separated floating. Disgusting.

Didn’t like the korma taste or the mint yogurt and tikka was very greasy

We have been ordering from Zeera Spice for 7 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The food is always spot on, and they also work around my dairy intolerance, which is amazing!

Poor, complete order was cold the restaurant said “don’t order late as only one driver” also the main dish was missing they sent a vegetable curry instead of chicken bhuna so whole takeaway wasted as no main meal! Very unhelpful on the phone the next day they don’t care about customer service. I had to go to the kebab shop to get dinner for two out of the three of us they refunded the missing item only but what good is rice and chapati with no curry to go on the top! Never order from here they

Awful food. Please don’t waste your hard earned cash here, they truly don’t deserve it. The food was absolute trash. The rice was so bad we couldn’t even finish it, plus the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Very disappointing. If I could give a zero rating I would. Boycott at all cost.

I order food for take away , waiting more than expected. Rice was hard vegetables wasn’t cook well too as I found onions cooked and undercooked . Wasn’t pleasant experience as I m Indian food lover. Unfortunately I wasted my time and money

I've been ordering takeaways from Zeera Spice for the last two years and the food is always good. It honestly tastes _almost_ homemade. Plenty of vegetables, meat pieces are decently sized, fried food isn't "swimming in fat". I especially recommend the house specials (and chicken vindaloo, but that's personal taste). Always on time, always fresh, good value for money. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Chicken chunks over cooked, dry & rock hard. Sauce was tasteless. Naan had coconut paste in it & way too much of it. Onion bhaji’s were a flat patty of oil. Not normally one to give bad reviews but all except the rice went straight in the bin. Good rice though 🤣

Chicken curry came in watery sauce (like water really), tastes nothing like curry. Prawn Rice is awfully overcooked, no taste at all. I guess because I ordered at 11pm and it was their closing time they just decided to put leftovers. I will never order again.

Such as disgusting butter chicken and utterly tasteless chicken biryani, I don't think I would dare to order from them ever again.

The pilau rice is not pilau rice, it is white basmati rice with food colouring. The chicken was tasteless, dry and chewy to the point we could not eat. The lamb was also very chewy. The meal arrived cold. Not impressed at all.

2/3 orders have had chewy chicken. First order was really nice, next 2 have not been great due to the chewy chicken.

Food was very flavourful and didn’t have the layer of oil curry’s sometimes have. But the delivery time was bad. All of a sudden there was a change in time of my expected delivery which was an hour later with no explanation then it was still late. I was beyond hungry and ended up snacking so when it came I couldn’t fully enjoy it. Poor move. It says it was delivered at 1725 this was more as it was more like 1750 like my ring door bell shows! 👀

Unfortunately, as i am not glued to my phone, i didn't see that they tried to call me when they were outside my flat, so they took the food back. They didn't ring my intercom or knock on my door. Very poor service

The food was ok, the quality of the chicken was poor and the portion pieces were small. The ‘Green’ salad, consisted of tomato, cucumber and loads of tomato. It was my first time using this restaurant and I’m in no rush to use it a second time.

Pleasantly surprised. Although afew dishes arrived cold which was disappointing. Have ordered from here a couple of years ago now which wasn’t great. Thought I would give it another try especially as had a 10% offer on. I would place an order again I think and would recommend. Thankyou
