The Bilash in Bromley

I treated myself to a takeaway this evening- the first time I have not cooked in ages as I can't afford to eat out! After reading the reviews on the Bilash I decided to order from there. The order wouldn't go through online so I rang them. I was told that the food would be 45 minutes and it arrived in 15! The chicken balti was the worst that I have ever had! It was overcooked tandoori chicken thrown together with very large chunks of onion- awful I rang and complained but said that I didn't want a refund as the sag also and rice were great but just wanted to let them know and tell them that I wouldn't be ordering from them again. I can truly say that the man on the phone was not bothered!!

No longer Bilash. Now Green Chilli. Sorry I didn't enjoy my Curry the sauce was really gritty. Won't be using again. We are lucky to have various good Indian restaurants. Shall be using them instead.

We have honestly just had such a superb meal, I had to say how much I enjoyed it. The food was so nice, thank you. Very polite on the phone when ordering and delivery was on time.

We recently have found out about this place online. Very glad we decided to order based on the good reviews we seen. The food arrived on time and piping hot. Very tasty curries and freshly prepared food. Portion sizes are also good. Delivery is always on time and the driver is friendly. I would recommend to anyone in the Orpington area who wants a curry.

Superb. Best curry house in Orpington area by far. Not only is the food consistently to a high standard being purely a take away it is also competitively priced compared to others in the area.

Not the best experience - we only ordered for 4 of us and when I got home having picked up the takeaway there were two main meals missed out. I called to ask for them to send the others and was made to feel like I was lying. ‘Are you sure you’ve check everything’ and ‘thetas impossible as I put them in myself’. Then they said they wouldn’t deliver as they had no delivery guys that night even though they asked if I wanted my original order delivered. Finally when I got there to pick up the two missing mains, I was questioned again and again as if I was unable to count the main meals. What did I get for my troubles? Two free popadums. The food was good with the exception of the rushed tikka masala which was watery (I assume as it was missed originally).I won’t be revisiting

Recent discovery. Fantastic selection of mutton, fish and vegetable dishes that did not disappoint. We’d certainly recommend.

Ordered this evening following a recommendation, last used many, many years ago. Very happy - lovely food, delivered on time and reasonably priced. Small error immediately rectified. Will order again soon, ticked all our boxes - highly recommended, thank you.

We've tried numerous local takeaways in the last few months, and Bilash has been the best so far. Curries are always fresh and full of flavour, with good quality ingredients. The menu prices are also very reasonable which is a bonus!

Lovely little takeaway. So many options on the menu, great value for money and the food is always delicious. One thing I would say is to collect your order if possible, as delivery tends to take a while!

We have lived in Orpington for over a year now , having tried many Indian takeaways this is by far the best. We have not been disappointed in the quality of food, flavours, portions and service! We really have found a Ruby Gem 😁

good quality food reasonablly priced take away or delivery, can recommend this as never had a bad meal.

A friend recommended this take away and being about 3 miles away I phoned to check that we qualified. Being successful we downloaded the expansive menu.. our first experience was excellent and we have become regular customers. The variety and quality of the food is very good and the cost very reasonable. The delivery men are cheerful and polite.

We ordered through the Kukd website, which gave us a precise delivery time of 19.53. When we rang HALF AN HOUR later, the person on the phone offered no apology but told that the website timings meant nothing! So what’s the point exactly? The food came eventually NINETY MINUTES after I ordered it. By which time I was too tired and fed up to eat it. This place is a disgrace.

Had a takeaway from here and have used it before. The food arrived in good time and was hot but we were missing one of our rice dishes. On phoning them we had to agree to having it next time we order. Not a great solution as we had paid for it already.

No bad experiences after several visits over several years. Decent reliable service and good food. Prices also reasonable.

Where do I start, we have been using this place for over 20 years ! Abu- the manager asked “do you want this food or what ? After ordering food at 6.30, told would be 1hr15 , that’s ok, we thought, then at 8 told over the phone would we WAITa further fifteen minutes !!! Answer NO, would we drive down to get it, NO ! They never used to be so rude, the driver who turned up we have known for years, lovely guy very polite ashame he works for Abu! The food was DISGUSTING, no taste at all, as if it was thrown together at the last minute, King prawn Bhuna, I don’t think so, Prawns tough, mushroom rice, awful, tasted as though mushrooms were raw, what a waste of money. Will be asking for full refund. Chicken Jalfrezi, again tasted as though just thrown together, even the onion bhajis which are normally lovely, tasted raw. Shame bad service, bad manager, bad food.

We ordered takeaway on a Friday evening and having read some reviews expected a bit of a wait. It came before the expected delivery time and was delicious! Would definitely order from here again.

As previous reviews say the food is good but the service is absolutely terrible and this is the norm. You will not get your food when they say, Always add on an hour!!!! this is the last time we will use them!

He usado este para llevar un par de veces en los últimos meses y la comida es excelente, pero el servicio es deficiente. A las 7 de la tarde nos avisaron 50 minutos para colección, pero en realidad fue de 75 minutos. Normalmente nos recogerá, ya que supongo que será más rápido. Mientras espera fuimos testigos de un caos total, ya que el personal le costó lidiar con pedidos entrando y oído mucho rompiendo en la cocina. Llaman a las 8 de la tarde estaban siendo dijeron 90 minutos. Cuando llegamos a casa, encontramos un Bhuna Biriyani en lugar de una falta y un arroz- no la molestia de protestar, ya que no quiero esperar y la comida era excelente como de costumbre. Creo que puede utilizar, pero sólo si estamos dispuestos a pedir muy temprano o quizás de la semana.

Pida comida para llevar y te digan recogerá en 50 minutos que estaba en el año 1915 finalmente está listo en casa y conseguir que 845 hijas plato no hay que volver a ir y recogerla.

My first takeaway from the Bilash was excellent, on reading the review i was apprehensive but this restaurant was the only one who could deliver within the time frame i had, it was delivered quicker than they said and the food was very good, have used many times since, try them, you will not be disappointed.

Nos encanta este llevar comida, siempre es bueno, pero recientemente el servicio de entrega es terrible. Dicen 1 hora pero en realidad permiten 2 horas! Y el anillo a perseguir, de lo contrario nunca llegará.
