Probably the worst and tasteless thing I’ve eaten, ordered chips and didn’t receive them, they said they’d send them straight away, another 40 minutes later then finally arrived after the 2nd phone call, 1 singular free popadom for the trouble, tasted of absolutely nothing

Thought we would try this new place, was 20 minutes late. The food arrived and I was the worst curry I’ve ever had.. madras and rogan Josh was the same colour (yellow) madras just didn’t taste like a madras.. chicken was like frozen chicken cubes from Iceland.. mixed kabab starter, all the meats were hard.. overall was very disappointing.. also overpriced.

Sadly, I suspect someone had had an accident with the salt. Too salty to eat.

So the Danzak was so hot I thought they sent a vindaloo by mistake. Imlke hot but wow that's insane. and it was for me so that's one unhappy eater. The salad on my kebab was boiled like soggy limp dead. check out my Google review for picture. not for the faint hearted. I wouldn't recommend. I now have grumble guts so I guess all the single name five star reviews are faked.

Third order at the end of a busy day. 1st & 2nd Orders were pretty good. Tonight's Order was truly shocking. Dried up tough prawns. Lamb was so hard & tough it was completely inedible. Both lacking in taste quality & flavour. Expensive & definitely won't be ordering again. The Balti Cottage at the top of Winsford is massively superior & you can actually watch them cooking in a very clean modern environment.

Alright! First of all I’m not a person who reviews a restaurant. But I’m writing this for people to be doubtful of their service. This review is posted on the same day of the incident. I ordered two chicken biriyanis with makhani sauce. It took about one and a half hours for the delivery to arrive. The surprising bit was when I told the delivery guy my concern about why it took that much time, all he had to say was “I don’t know anything, I just do deliveries and you should call the restaurant and not tell me”. Paid a pound extra for the makhani sauce to get some weird korma sauce which is super sweet (I don’t even know why someone would make a curry sauce this sweet?!). As an Indian myself I can differentiate between all the curries myself and I just really hope for all the British nationals to not fall for this nonsense thinking this is authentic. Not happy at all! :(

This was the worst experience ever over 2 hours before food arrived. And when arrived it was clearly forgotten order. It looked like it had been thrown together. £50 worth of food absolutely 💩💩will not order from here again.

Food was lovely. Lamb sagwala was delicious, and the best kebabs in the area. While the food was a little late, we had a courtesy call and the delivery driver was nice/apologetic.

one of the best kababs ive ever had. however the chips were abit oily (not a problem) which led the paper bag ther were in to disintergrate on touch. would recommend, but please get thicker chip bags

This is a great Indian takeaway, and the food is really good. Staff are really friendly. To be honest, this is the best in the Hartford/Greenbank (my opinion anyway). The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the breads could do with being a little thinner and crisper, but not easy to achieve when you have to bag them for takeaway.

Our 'go to' Indian. Really large menu and food quality is great. Delivery is usually 45-60 mins but food always arrives hot and fresh. Certainly reccomend Zeera.

Having been here a few times before we were looking forward to a tasty Curry. Tonight's food however was just alright due to no vegetables in the curry which was very disappointing especially when it said in the description it would come with veg.

Hands down the best Indian food we've had in Northwich since before lockdown. We've ordered twice from here now, both times on a Friday evening. The food is excellent, full of flavour and not greasy. We wont go elsewhere now 👍

The curry was amazing. We had lots of delicious dishes. And we loved them. Lovely and fresh. Only problem is the service is quite slow. It took 1 hour to get our delivery what we got. Not great service at all!

Food was very average and over priced for the quality. The samosas especially were clearly cheap, shop bought ones and were tiny.

Ordered from Zeera quite a few times and the food was consistently good and delivered fairly quickly. Tonight, 90 minutes goes by following an email receipt confirming my order and no delivery. Naturally I phone to query this and after several minutes of back and forth they state 'we don't have your order', strange as my bank account shows the order as pending. I asked for a reduction as a goodwill gesture (pretty reasonable request after waiting 90 mins!), he asks his manager and the reply was priceless 'next time you order explain what happened and we can look at giving you some money off!' Laughable. Well sorry but there won't be a next time. If the 'manager' valued my custom he'd of taken responsibility rather than let the call handler waste my time. Plenty of other takeaways in the area and I will now give others my custom who don't take their customers for granted. I am not the type of person to usually write a 1 star review but this was such an unprofessional experience I was gobsmacked at how little this business cared.
