Great venue staff helpful, venue covid secure well pleased. Desi night with a few top English hits. Will come again. They have a cloak room for just a £1 which is helpful in this weather.

WORST club I’ve ever been to! Visited from Leicester for the first Saturday post lockdown! Horrible night! Rude staff! Traffic light party advertised from 10pm-5am but when we got there, they were not letting us in as there was an incident. After 40 minutes queuing we got in at like 12:30 am. DEAD inside! DJ rubbish, played like 15 seconds of a song then moved to the next all while talking over the song, then about an hour later at 01:50 the lights came on and everyone was asked to leave, only to be told it was now DESI night. WTAF? Will never ever come here and highly recommend you avoid this hole! DEAD DEAD DEAD! Regret 100! Wish we’d read the reviews and avoided this like a plague! Toilets minging as well

This is the worst place is Birmingham for Shisha it’s not actual shisha. It is actually a big vape. Rude staff. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. Asked for a refund too and they didn’t give it as they must be at a huge loss as we were the only customers. 🤣

Fuimos aquí el sábado pasado después de una cena de Navidad de trabajo con 4 amigos, después de una búsqueda de equipaje (normal), nos dijeron que la entrada solo era gratis antes de la medianoche si teníamos una pulsera de los revendedores que estaban parados en Broad Street. Nos pusieron pulseras y estábamos a punto de entrar cuando un portero me dijo que no podía llevar la chaqueta y que tendría que pagar para usar el guardarropa. Comprendería si me pusiera un abrigo de invierno grueso y adecuado, pero llevaba una pequeña chaqueta de cuero y era fácil ver que no había nada en los bolsillos. Ningún otro club en el que he estado ha tenido una política tan ridícula junto con un personal tan grosero y arrogante. Fui a moverme hacia un lado, pero el portero me agarró del brazo, sin dejar de pensar que soy una mujer pequeña, de 5 pies y 1 pies, por lo que no representa ninguna amenaza en absoluto, y me dijo de nuevo que tenía que quitarme la chaqueta. Cumplí y entramos, ¡solo para encontrar a todo un grupo de personas con abrigos gruesos! No solo eso, sino que a lo largo de la noche notamos que casi todas las mujeres estaban sin abrigos, pero a todos los hombres se les había permitido mantener el suyo. Hablando con la señora que dirigía el bar de cócteles, se disculpó y dijo que no se había dado cuenta de que la regla de la chaqueta solo apuntaba a las mujeres. Tal postura sexista seguramente significará que Zara no durará mucho tiempo, es 2018 y discriminar a las mujeres para ganar más dinero al obligarlas a usar el guardarropa es asqueroso. Un sábado por la noche a mediados de diciembre y todo el club solo tenía un máximo de 50 personas. Tal vez contratar personal que realmente sepa cómo interactuar con el público de una manera respetuosa lo haría popular. Zara, por favor, entrena a tus defensores sobre cómo tratar a las personas adecuadamente: las actitudes egoístas y el maltrato a las mujeres jóvenes solo aumentarán el gran porcentaje de críticas deficientes que ya tienes. Hay una razón por la que solo tienes 2 de 5 estrellas.

Me and my friend attended the Fun with friends event it was good night me and my friend were unhappy with the flyer advertising saying it was 2 for 1 cocktails got inside the venue to be told by bar staff not serving cocktails me and my friend were unhappy about that we be back again next time we ask on on entry

This place is an absolute dump! The door staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, the bar staff are lazy and the place is an absolute mess. Sort it out

Ivan approached us and let us know about the venue. Brilliant music and staff. Door staff and Ivan deserve a good mention for their good laughs and kindness, they put up with our drunken behaviour and i think possibly found us amusing thanks fellas

Firstly, I'll set the scene. A family of 8, sat, watched and enjoyed a football game. Meanwhile, a little lad, about 6 years old, outside, struggling to see the football on their multiple low quality outdoor TVs was helped by my dad to view the football on an LCD through the window because their family couldn't fit inside the pub. After queuing 45 minutes to get served at the bar I reported a pusher-in who hadn't queued. The staff said that wasn't their problem. I didn't take it personal. I figured they have a lot to do. Except then we got kicked out!! A mother, a father, 2 daughters, a son, a son-in-law, all in all a family of 8 was kicked out because AFTER the game, AFTER the bar kicked out, a hen party turned up. I went to the bar. I queued, quietly and patiently behind a party of 14 hens. I eventually got served. Didn't think anything of it. I took my drinks outside, to the family, where the HENS then put in a complaint about my brother and father - unprovoked, no-one else for them to pick on - and we got kicked out! All of us! Then the hens left! And the bouncers didn't let us back in!! That's a total of 22 customers OUT without an incident to account for it. Fine. For a bar with currently roughly 20 customers is happy to half their profits this afternoon, crack on. Also, my Dad ordered a burger before the game. He was "kicked out" after the game. The burger never arrived. Pretty little saving there for the company that's down 22 customers because some women fancied a laugh at our expense. Yeah, nice one.

I can rate it in negative if there was an option. Just coming out of this place after being racially discriminated by one of the rudest staff and the manager who talks for such ill mannered staff . Who is literally twisting and turning everything I said against me. They run a bar when asked for tissues, the girl offered a piece from the cleaning roll. And the other one, who seems to had least interest in her job took it to next level or rudeness. Right from the moment I walked in, all she tried is to get rid of customer as I found her chit chatting with fellow staff who apparently found sitting and eating in the service area. Tried to give all possible excuses to turn me away. And the place is run by a good for nothing manager by name Jason who clearly had no people management skills apart from watching customers on cctv and giving directions to his staff . Their reminders seems like threatening. No wonder why that place looks so dead now. Never ever will I visit this place again and would never recommend. But surely wouldn’t think twice before I share the worst experience I had in this place. When asked to apologise they turned back and point at me saying I was abrupt not considering the fact what made me say what i said. This place is dooming cause of the wrong ppl being in there.

Go it's not what you read on here excellent night staff friendly good drinks deals the bouncers are excellent friendly and helping and so is the manager who gave us free shots for our party. Keep up the good work

Bouncers and managers are disgusting me and my friend went in for a drink the place was practically empty they only had Stella on at £10 for 2 pints it is expensive, When we complained about the quality of the drink they took it off us and threw it down the sink. Then as I turned round there was 4 big security guys who immediately pinned me to the floor and ripped me outside and whilst being restrained with my arms behind my back to the point they nearly broke my arm they were then kicking me in the head and I had no way of defending myself My coat which cost me £125.00 was also damaged where they had ripped my pocket and I had to get it repaired. When my friend tried to stop them they punched him so hard it knocked 2 of his teeth out and bust his lip. Called 999 and got police to attend. I am getting them prosecuted for assault and ABH it's disgusting.

Me and my female friend got beaten up by the bouncers and they took our bags and jackets. All because they accused us for being drunk when we only had 1 drink. They kept on calling us Somalians. We ended up calling the police. Awful won't ever spend my money here again ..

So I had never tried shisha before and my friends said let's go here as it is down the road from where we work. We ordered the shisha and when we tried it, it wouldn't work properly couldn't taste a thing. We asked the lady if she could have a look at it in which she tried it and said it tasted fine. After trying again we were still unhappy with this and politely asked if we could just have our money back. The lady said she would need to ask the manager who wasn't in yet to refund us and wasn't due in for another half an hour. So we had a couple more drinks and when the manager arrived we were ready to leave and just awaiting for him to approach us. He asked if we were looking for a refund upon this he answered his mobile phone walked off and was chatting away on the phone. Come back and told us we cannot have a refund as the reasons we want a refund he does not agree with. Once we asked why he was wasting our time whilst taking phone calls he become very aggressive called us lesbians and hurling mouth full of abuse at us. I asked him why he was speaking to women in such a way and his reply was "because I'm the manager and I can." Please avoid this place at all costs, vile management. Also the beer was flat too!!
