We had a takeaway from Zara in Cadishead in October 2019. Really enjoyable, we ordered poppadum's with chutney's, 2 curries, rice, Bombay potato and chapatis. The food was lovely, large portions, the curies were full of meat, chicken and prawns. The House Recommendation Curry was really tasty with just enough chilli kick. We also got a free portion of onion bhajis and an extra poppadum. It came to a little over £20 and was great value. We will definitely use Zara again when we next want an Indian takeaway.

Been struggling to get good Indian takeaway's locally, although there are quite a few places to use. This is a relative newcomer, a year or two and quite close to us. The things that were good- it wasn't greasy at all and therefore reasonably healthy. The meat actually looked like it had been cooked locally rather than those pieces of ready cooked chopped meat you seem to get everywhere these days. At least it tasted as if the meat had been cooked in the sauce. The portion sizes were generous and the sauces were not as bland as other places. So basically it tasted as if they actually cooked the food for you. I had the Biriani, really nice. We had a mixture of spicy and medium curries and all enjoyed the food. The chops for starters were gorgeous! So I would use this place again. Keep up the good work, but we don't need any free coke, as we don't drink it thanks!
