Zara Cafe Burnley Limited in Burnley

Very nice place & owner until there's a problem & then you're not acknowledged with his normal friendly welcome as Hello Friend!! Gone in since for Takeaway a couple of times & won't even look or acknowledge me However took my takeaway order today & again no communication Gone from brilliant to not great, & today my takeaway is normally full & didn't today fill the bottom of the polystyrene tray There was a mix up a few months ago & who ever right or wrong he doesn't give me the time of day now

Great people really friendly helpful staff. Food cooked to perfection and always warm. Price right for any family meal.

Visited here for Sunday morning breakfast, for four of us. Great location, near to the bus station, for easy access. Everything thing you need for a good old English breakfast with plenty of size options and loads of breakfast choices. The same can be said about the selection available for both dinner and tea. Absolute plateful and fulfils my motto, QUANTITY, QUALITY AND VALUE.

Cheerful service all smiles i had plated cheese salad and pure orange juice Lovely fresh salad plenty of cheese yum on huge plate.

As soon as i walked in o was greeted with 5 smiling faces and friendly hello,s i only ordered a coffee,sausage,egg,chips and beans.Servic was very quick and friendly...lovely people.will definately visit again.

We've been to Zara Cafe a few times now and been impressed with every visit. All the staff are very nice, welcoming, polite, and perform their jobs with enthusiasm and a smile. It's a refreshing experience since so few café's nowadays have this hearty and homely feel to them in the service department. The café owner/chef bloke always gives a pleasant welcome to his customers when they arrive and leave, as do the pleasant female staff. The café always appears clean and bright, and the service has always been fast and efficient. The food is also very good and normally cooked very well (I like how they fry the eggs - you certainly won't get any snotty eggs here!). I've only really tried the Monster Breakfast and Spanish Omelette, and both have been very enjoyable. The only minor gripe I have is that the toast today was a little on the hard (perhaps slightly over-toasted) side. The portion sizes are very generous and good value for money. Table service is provided (which I always like), though you pay up at the counter, which I have no qualms with. I only wish that there were more cafés like 'Zara' with such a cheerful bunch of staff and hearty meals. Keep up the good work!

Been a few times when shopping in town. Excellent staff, very friendly and accomodating. Nothing too much trouble.
