App said food was on its way, didn’t arrived for 1.5hrs after its was due, food was cold, rice was all stuck together, naan bread was doughy. First time I’ve ordered won’t order from you again

Main dishes were great - Lamb Paneer and Chicken Tikka Massala. Daal was the worst I’ve ever had - not even sure you could say it was a daal - more like water with a sprinkling of lentils. Was over an hour late. Possibly they couldn’t deal with demand of the promo offer they had on, but the daal means I’ll never try Zall again.

do not order from here. the food was disgusting. i took one bite and spat it out. the prawn was hard, cold and tasted really bad. the rice was hard cold and had a strange taste. didn't get the order correct and was missing half of it. stay away

Vile, ordered couple times very hit or miss, chicken had been overcooked and chewy also very watery and cold curry’s.

Been using Zall for years and used to be amazing but really gone down hill lately. For the second time in a row they have forgotten the rice with the order. Other items have been missing here and there in the past but we’ve just gone without. Half hearted apology and no rush to sort out. First time we waited an hour for the missing rice so obviously food was cold and pretty much ruined by then. If they’d said it was going to be that long to bring we obviously would have cooked some of our own, but we were assured it would be quick. Hoped that was a one off, so ordered again today and here we are with same problem. Shouldn’t be that hard to check deliveries before they go out the door and when mistakes happen they should be quickly rectified, but they are not fussed and on to the next. I know it’s only rice but kind of fundamental and my issue is more with how they don’t seem to care once the error has been made! And twice is a row suggests there is a problem :-(

Best Indian takeway in Bristol by a long way. Great value

King prawn starter was hardly a king prawn, more a shrimp in batter and cost £4.50 each. Main curry was just hot and full of chilli rather than flavour. Used to be a good restaurant but gone down hill and won't be ordering again after bad customer service when called restaurant.

Lovely food again , but unfortunately got order wrong

Normally good, but tonight bhajis were like biting into ghandis flip flop, and the poppadoms were like chewing a cows tongue. It arrived on time so I guess that was a bonus

Arrived before delivery time was great the food was lovley only complaint is the tandoori chicken tikka needed longer cooking but everything else was amazing . A must have is the potato aloo it’s beautiful

Delivered with a smile! Excellent saag paneer, tarkha dahl and badhonia. Highly recommend the zall biriyani special. The only complaint is we got a veggie karahi (pictured) and there was really only lots of onions, and a tiny bit of potato, carrots and peas. Being a main we hoped for more exciting amounts and types of vegetable Edit - ordered again and the methi is delightful. The veggie dansak had the same issue of zero types of interesting veg, it was spicy and mainly consisted of onion.

Our experience as follows: Missing dish of our order, wife’s favourite dish, all other items absolutely stone cold, had to microwave everything. Keema man bread had two pathetic pieces of meat in. Keema rice no meat at all. Tikka masala gluepy slurry honestly. Salad for onion bhaji would fit in an egg cup ! Rang restaurant over 6 times to get an answer and explained about missing dish, promised to reimburse but nothing. So really, stolen my money ! My first and most certainly my last. My Good ho

Ordered a chicken tikka korma but just got a chicken korma so wasn't what I was expecting

The food was good but unfortunately they forgot the Pepsi as part of the set meal. Never had a problem before and I do like their food but not sure I’d order again because I was missing an item.

They deliver when it suits them even if it’s 45 mins early. Waste of time asking for a delivery time. Won’t use again.

Can’t argue, good food delivered fast at a decent price! Chicken shashlick was juicy and full of flavour, generous helping of pinion and green peppers with nice fresh roasted tomatoes to help keep it all moist.

Really great tikka dansak! I say that as some restaurants can make it pretty dry. This one was not and I'd say was medium spicy which I don't mind. Too much heat kills the flavour imho? Definitely recommend!

Poppadoms were either undercooked or gone stale. Naan was small and most of the food was Luke warm.

Prawn Patia and Pilau Rice was amazing!!

Food was not as good as usual tonight. Onion bhaji was oily when you cut into it, and the chicken tikka was swimming in oil. Mango chutney was missing from the order, and the food was only just warm. we had to blast the food in the microwave. It was very unusual from this Indian takeaway. It must have been the chef tonight.

Saag Paneer was delicious as was the Peshawar Naan.

Half a bag of soggy cold chips is really poor. Use these guys all time. Super disappointed and will consider someone else next time

I haven’t ordered from here in a while as there’s others in the area I also like. Decided to order from them this eve and was a bit disappointed. Items were missing which is frustrating, they offered to sort, but would have been too late. The Shashlik was bland, quite watery and a little lacking on the chicken front and the naan wasn’t as fresh as I’d expect. They’ve been great in the past, probably just an off night, but it’ll be a while before I order again. Takeaway is expensive these days, you can’t afford to be mediocre.

I've had a few takeaways from Zall and they've always been tasty. This time they didn't give us the right naans and they were raw (I popped it in the oven for 10 mins). But the curry was excellent and the staff very personable and friendly when collecting.

Delivered it to wrong house and the guy at that address had to bring me my food as the delivery driver just walked off.

Second time I’ve ordered from here over 2 hours late

Have used this take away for many years so always good food but this time the meal deal didn't have the option to add the side that comes with it so left the restaurant a message to request the side but didn't receive it.

The food hasn’t arrived and their contact number isn’t correct so there is no way to contact them. I expect a full refund.

I think this restaurant is a scam…we have ordered from Deliveroo app but order was never delivered… but they updated the status as delivered… also the phone number given by them was not correct… it’s clearly a sign of scammers… don’t order and lose your money…. We have lost 30 bucks….

This was a horrible experience. The phone number was incorrect so couldn’t get hold of anyone who worked there when they delivered my order wrong without the Chicken Korma i had ordered so left with no way to get hold of them and nothing to do. Extremely poor service.

Brilliant service with brilliant food

Food was amazing, but delivery was rubbish. Ordered at 6.15, estimated delivery time was 7.05- 7.25, but was actually delivered about 8pm. I understand they were busy but they could have updated the delivery time to advise that it would be late (other restaurants have done this before). Hopefully next time, we won't need to chase.

Food was very salty !!!! Like someone over spilled the salt …….. the pasanda was good !! The rest literally went in the bin !!

Awful. Horrendous delivery experience- - guy would be better suited to a position not dealing with the public. Food nothing special . Was waiting AGES as delivery driver failed to find my central address. Won’t use again.
