Excellent food very well presented (see the picture of the samosas). Spacious, busy restaurant, bring your own bottle with no corkage fee. A short walk from the sea front, somewhat South of the town centre.

Cold food, salad was brownish and limp. Nan bread cold and uncooked. Main meals not very tasty, a waste of £40 ended up in the bin.

Came down for a couple of days from Birmingham and found a diamond of a curry house. Absolutely brilliant. Will definitely go there again. The service we received from Ali could not have been any better. Everything was perfect, the food, the service and the cleanliness. Can not fault it in any way.

ordered over the phone on a MONDAY night to be told it would be a 1 hour wait for delivery 2 hours later, still here waiting for our food phoned the restaurant to be hung up on won’t be returning, awful service from start to finish, not the first time we have had a late delivery either!! usually something is missing as well, don’t waste your time. **update** foods arrived 2 hours 15 minutes later, freezing cold, poppadoms stale, missing items, hilarious really

The food is top notch, but if it arrives on time is another story. I dont mind waiting, but when I come to collect my food at the time stated, I don't expect to arrive just to sit and wait for an extra 25 mins. I also didn't appreciate the attitude over the phone. Ask one question about your order and you're suddenly made to feel like you're wasting their time. But the food is very good.

Food was nice, I'd give it another shot. Don't serve alcohol but you can take your own in.

Placed order at 8pm on a Saturday night to be told it would be half an hour and agreed to this, rang up at 9pm to be told food was already out for delivery, a mother half hour had past still no delivery, rang up again to be told food was just getting packed up and would be the next order to leave, when I said I was told it would be 8:30 I was told that it was me that must have got this information wrong, shocking!!!!! Don’t order from here, or do but ring up the day before. Absolutely dreadful, they need to give their heads a wobble.

I'm in Weston-super-Mare for the weekend with my sis and decided to order a delivery from Zaks' kitchen. Oh my goodness I'm so glad we stumbled across this gem of an eatery. We ordered a delivery and I can honestly say it was the most delicious Indian food I've ever eaten. The service was excellent and I will definitely order from here whenever I'm back in the area. The curry here is the best in town, never fails to hit the spot.

No alcohol is served but you can take your own. We did seem to wait a while to be served but the food was amazing. It was busy and loud but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The food is all freshly cooked, it's not a place to go for a quick meal as its a very relaxed atmosphere but we had a nice evening.

Went here for Father’s Day. Will never go again! Fantastic restaurant when it was in Worle and we were regulars. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our starters to come out so we left before our mains. We’re told numerous times food was on its way. When we left , we were told it was because they were busy because of takeaway orders! Surely you look after your restaurant business first. A real let for our table of 6 especially for my 84 year old father.

Ordered a delivery for the first time since Zaks moved to Whitecross Road . The food arrived in good time and was hot. It was all well cooked but a little sweet for my taste. Could have also been a tiny bit spicier too. Prices are the same as other Indian take aways. Good selection of dishes available on their menu.

On a recommendation from neighbour, took their advice and ordered a small meal last night for a delivery out to the outskirts of Bleadon and Weston. Result: excellent - so pleased with it, definitely the best home delivered meal ever!

Highly recommended! Amazing authentic indian food. Great choice of dishes on the menu menu . Great portions with extra side dishes if required. New venue, only been open 4 months. It's a little away from Weston-Super-Mare city centre, but well worth it. It's tucked in a sort of residential area, 5 mins drive from city centre, 10 mins walk from the station, 6 mins from the beach. Atmosphere was a little quiet at times with the music not loud enough to drown out other people talking, it's a long venue, currently with limited decor. But evolving. I will definitely go again and look forward to the decorations and food. Service was good, and you can bring your own alcohol.

Ordered food for delivery. Food arrived cold. Naan bread burnt and seriously lacked flavour. Only ordered my usual was shut and definitely will not be ordering from here again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Have been getting food from Zak's since they opened in Worle. Have had countless meals from there, never eaten in yet, but I couldn't count how often we've had food from there. Recently they've moved over into Weston so a bit out of the way for us but luckily they deliver. Just had a meal delivered and it was as absolutely delicious as it always is. This place has never ever disappointed, some of the best dishes I've had at any curry house in the southwest. The delivery is always rapid and the drivers always polite and courteous. We don't even say "let's get a takeaway", we say "let's get a Zak's". Great value, great food.

If you’re looking for an Indian takeaway or est in, this is the place! Best Indian food in Weston super Mare, hands down, nothing to complain about, end of story.

Takeaway in Worle was okay but restaurant staff very unfriendly and awkward

Very neat,tidy and welcoming entrance.The restaurant has been tastefully updated and it is all clean and tidy. There is a good range of dishes and the service is excellent. No alcohol is seved but you may take your own and corkage is free. I can highly recommend a visit there and will be visiting again soon

We ordered a take away this evening, my partner had chicken tikka curry, and I had vegan papri chat and sobzi Badami. I can honestly say it was the nicest indian meal I have had by far. My partner said his was lovely too. We will definately be eating in next time as the atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic!

What happened? The chicken has been so tough last two orders since moved?

Collected a take away. Simply a great meal, good sized portion for dinner.

After seeing some good reviews we decided to pay a visit. Waited a long 50 minutes for food and was not told there was a long wait time on arrival. The bright white lights beaming down are very unrelaxing and the noise was unbearable. We were not asked how our food was during our meal or after if we wanted a dessert. Very basic customer service not offered there. I had a veg korma which was very nice, hence the 2 stars. My partner on the other hand, after eating the king prawn curry, two hours later had pains in his stomach and was violently sick several times in the night. I contacted the restaurant and at the very least I would have expected a refund for his meal, but no.

Great food but the delivery time is outrageous. It’s up to 2 hours now at weekends. They’re clearly busy, surely it would make sense to hire another delivery driver for their busiest nights. We’ve started going elsewhere because of the slow delivery times. Not as good as Zak’s, but we’re not waiting 2+ hours at least.

Ate there this evening, the food was amazing, so fresh and perfectly cooked. The new restaurant is spotless.

Collected a fantastic meal last night. We had king prawn pathia, butter chicken, garlic naan, chicken madras, sag aloo & pilau rice. Absolutely delicious, wouldn't go anywhere else, best in Weston!

Came to WSM for the 1st time and being an Indian i love eating Indian food in different part of the world. Tried their food last night it was lovely. I loved the Prawns madras, Lamb tikka bombay masala was perfectly cooked and tasty and tried a very new dish which i never had before, Chicken Chaat damn that was something new and totally different. Guys I would definitely recommend Zak’s if you're around.

Food is to standard, delivery poor! Advertising on their website 55mins. 90 mins later food arrives. This a constant problem with this restaurant.

Ordered delivery 17.45 told 19.15 which was ok. 3 hrs still waiting. Very disappointing, used to be excellent and on time. Shame on you!!!!

Live just around the corner and was looking forward to it opening, went in ordered got good and took it home, when opened it they had added a lot of coconut to the sauce when i asked for no added coconut, rang up and got fibbed off will never use this place again, we would of ordered a few times a week so you have lost business with your attitude when you have just opened, also have reviews from months ago which is a lie as they just opened last Tuesday do seem to be pulling the wool over peoples eyes,m.

An insult to indian cooking. Onion bhaji were nice although described as “spicy batter” - not spicy. Garlic chicken tikka has no warning. but blows your head off, nothing but spicy, hotter than madras and vindaloo. the Other curry tasted like it was out of a jar. Exactly the same taste as the one available in aldi. Stale poppadums, and delivery was LONG. Don’t know why we bothered switching out indian , thought we’d try a new one. Never again. Couldn’t pay me to eat here🤮🤢

Really thought we had found our go to place , this is the 4th time we have ordered , it took 1hr 40 mins , which I didn't really mind waiting , but it was cold , onion bajis to dry and hard to eat , and when rice goes cold it goes hard , will have to find somewhere else now, such a shame

Ordered takeaway last night food arrived promptly and was tasty but the shak paneer and mixed kebab just cold and the chicken Dhansak was luke warm only part of meal that was hot was our cheese naan which is a shame as I have dined quite a few times here and it has always been lovely sorry no excuses for cold food I won't be ordering a takeaway again

Can’t rate the food because it’s taken over 3 hours to turn up and we’ve been told to wait another 20 mins, after the first 30 mins we were supposed to wait. Absolute joke.

Family birthday, great food,but the 2 hour window before the next sitting , made us feel like we were pushed out the restaurant. Birthday cake put back on the table and told not enough time as we had to be out. This was 740. We had to push to get a coffee at the end of the meal. Shame it ruined the night.

As nice as the food is we won't be ordering again unless I remember to order with at least 2 hours notice. The last few times we have ordered it's so late. They predict and hour so we order 1.5 hours before and end up having to call after 2 hrs waiting. Such a shame because the food is so nice.

We have been to the restaurant quite a few times, the food is very good and in this occasion we have found the service got bit higher ,we were looked after and cared pretty well with a smiley face specially the beard man .we will definitely be coming back with our family members in coming days.thank you so much

Ordered a big takeaway order for a short cottage holiday with family. Order was packed correctly and with poppadom too! Everyone was very happy with their curry. Good amount of protein. I would say it is spicier than the average Indian takeaway, but we all preferred it that way. The only complaint was the Paratha was really not good, it didn’t even resemble paratha). The garlic naan also needs work (not enough garlic flavour, undercooked) We would order from here again, if we avoided those two items.

We regularly order ( for home delivery) from Zacks Kitchen and always find the food to be high quality and great value.

Prompt service, tasty food, friendly staff. Even though the restaurant is not licensed you can purchase alcohol of your choice in the Coop across the road. Kobra beer complimented our food nicely.

Ordered a takeaway through just eat as staying at a local caravan park. Paid online and reservation was confirmed. Food turned up earlier than quoted which was fab. A phone call received to say they were at reception, food piping hot and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Warning: do not order food via Uber Eats I wanted to be fair with this review as the food is delicious, the portions are generous, the staff are very friendly and it's an overall pleasure to dine in for an evening dinner. It's one of my favourite Indian restaurants in Weston. However this establishment is not equipped to handle Uber Eats orders. You will most likely be waiting a couple of hours longer than the predicted arrival time with no communication or updates. Twice now I've ordered on the Uber Eats app and twice I've had to call up repeatedly to confirm the delivery, to what appears to be a disorganised last minute panic to prepare my dinner on their end. I'm not convinced I would've even received dinner had I not reminded them. I still want to give this review 4 stars because I've dined their many times and find it an absolute pleasure. I will always happily eat in this restaurant, so giving 1 star feels disingenuous. But the Uber Eats experiences were unacceptable and need to be sorted. 5 star restaurant to visit. 1 star restaurant for food delivery.

First time using Zak’s and was not disappointed! The food was all delicious and tasty and this will certainly be my choice when having an Indian.

Unfortunately not a great delivery tonight guys, I’m very disappointed to say the least. Usually the delivery is on point but tonight the food turned up 40 minutes late, all of the food arrived luke warm/cold leaving the sauces congealed, the chicken elements were over cooked and dried out, chilli squid rings were over cooked meaning they were inedible and my Tandori king prawns were way below par with one of them having a mush texture (see photos). I appreciate it was a busy night what with the 6 nations being on but for £80 I expected a lot better especially as all my other deliveries have been spot on in the past.

The food was good and the service was really good. The venue is small and does a lot of take out service, and every time the door opens, huge drafts of air are coming in, and it gets so cold!

We went here for our Christmas dinner and we’re very pleasantly surprised and impressed. The food was simply fantastic and well worth the money. I wouldn’t hesitate going here again to eat. If you drink you can take in your own drinks, apart from soft drinks. Overall it’s worth 10/10 all round. Great night out.
