First time ordering, absolutely gorgeous!!

Stone cold food & only live 2 miles away

Wrong food delivered. Phoned company to explain the wrong main dishes were delivered. They told us that butter chicken “changes colour” on delivery. Reluctantly offered to send new dishes. Asked for refund and declined. Then told me to eat the food we have and will send the main dishes in 45 minutes. I explained we don’t want to eat the remaining meal without main dishes and the rest would then be cold.

The delivery time was superb and the food was excellent quality

Curry I ordered was watery and quite bland, ordered from here before with the same order and it was much better

I do not say this lightly this is without doubt the best food I have eaten in a longtime. Flavour oozes from every bite. Do yourself a huge favour try this menu. There are not enough words to describe how good it is

Ordered a takeaway on line, informed it would be a 45 minute wait for delivery. After an hour I rang the restaurant and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Another hour later and still no food. The second time this has happened. Shame because it used to be a fantastic restaurant.

Takeaway order. Tasteless tikka massala and butter chicken, realy watered down sauces with no flavour. Time to find new takeaway, realy unimpressed. Went in bin

Worst indian takeaway I've ever had, lamb tikka jalfrezi was flavourless and had no heat or spice. Papadoms over cooked in old oil, salad limp and days old, bombay allo was basically potatoes boiled in chicken stock. I think they have a new chef because I had the same meal from here a while back and it was much nicer

We brought my mother in law to the restaurant with us this time. As an older person she was very impressed with the cleanliness and the kindness - as well as the lovely food of course. We had our usual meals which never fails to impress. It was all perfect. A busy evening but great service and great food. Thanks everyone and see you again soon.

Had boiled Rice and 3/4 of it was burnt and it was yellowy/brown had to throw it away

Would definitely recommend these guys! This is the second time this month we have used them & The food is extremely tasty & good value for money. Requested food to be delivered ASAP & Delivery was 20 Mins earlier than expected, which is fantastic service. You will not be disappointed:)

First time we have ordered & i tell you what, it was worth every penny. It was super super delicious! Arrived on time & piping hot. I seen a comment with a 1 star moaning about the yogurt dip being to watery? Made me laugh because it was the complete opposite. Will definitely be ordering again :)

Lamb biryani was £8.95 on the website. Was charged £9.95 when I called and collected.

Excellent home delivery. Easy to order, on time, great value, lovely food and a great menu choice. Lovely fresh salad with it and great sauces. Mostly recyclable packaging but would prefer zero plastic packing.

Utterly disgusting ! - arrived to be sat at a table by the kitchen ! Staff in and out the whole time place was chaos … no care and attention to what customers were asking for or wanting - asked to be moved they accommodated food arrived cold didn’t get what was asked for !! Asked to try the house wine did not happen wine delivered to the table in a dirty glass ? No staff to address the problem - staff who were working were not interested in delivering any customer service !1 dreadful service terrible food. So sad as this restaurant was so good at one time will never return ….. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Food was not very warm, large hard part of something in the saag aloo and the naan bread was overdone, very dry, like cardboard. Usually love this Indian but won't be rushing back. Poor service from Just Eat too refusing to give any credit.

We had our first takeaway from here tonight, as we normally go somewhere else. It was lovely, fairly-priced, and we hope to make this our usual from now on.

The food was cold ( not the restaurants) fault but half the order was not what we actually ordered so not great

How this place has 4.4 ⭐️ is beyond me. Thought we would try this place tonight as our usual spot zeera is closed on Mondays. Turned up half an hour earlier than the set time we set, so we’re already 🤬 then to make matters worse we removed the lids, hands up the worst curry I’ve ever had it tasted more like a traditional Chinese curry which is suspect to say the least. The sag penner was terrible also with just standard cheese. The popadoms were ok but then the mint sauce was more like dishwater with a splash of yoghurt and no actual flavour. Delivery driver said sorry for being early, and that we would receive discount next time. There won’t be a next time. Appalling

Really good food, I recommend the lemon rice. I've eaten in the restaurant before and I can only describe it as a very traditional curry house experience, difficult to fault.

Booked a month in advance for Valentine’s Day, rang me the day of to change our reservation due to overbooking. Wouldn’t mind but when you booked a month in advance you shouldn’t expect to have a call to change the day of your booking(Valentines day) to change due to them overbooking

I've tried many different indian restaurants in and around weston and hands down this is the best 👌 always order from here now and they deliver to banwell. Always deliver on time or early and the food is always piping hot and delicious 😋

Lovely food but they forgot to deliver our garlic naan bread which was annoying.

Not bombay potatoes. Samosas raw and not cooked through. Vegetarian curry made with frozen cheap veg. The only authentic items were the rice and tarka dal. Onion bhaji burnt and raw in the middle. Disappointed..... Not worth over £40 and will not order again.

pre ordered for 7pm, and it arrived at 4:45. due to this the food had to sit in the oven to stay warm until our guests arrived/other food that was also pre ordered was delivered

Enjoyed the chicken dhansack, rice, naan, bombay potatoes and pappadums but the lamb rogan josh was hotter and spicier than usual which masked its normal tadte a bit. Still, good meal and so plentiful we have saved some for tomorrow😁

Having been away on holiday for a week of disappointing meals, we knew where to head when we got home. We had our usual chicken chilli fry, lamb pathia (madras hot) and chicken and mushroom piya. All of it was absolutely perfect. Great service and a great value deal. We’re already talking about our next visit. Thank you all.

Delivered early - but restaurant does take time to update status so pleasently surprised but unprepared so had to keep food hot whilst getting ready. The food quality and quantity was very good - and by quantity I mean sufficient and filling but not too much - however restaurant should read the order with more care. We ordered Lamb Rogan Josh and Lamb TIKKA Dupiaza, but what we got was Rogan Josh Tikka and straight Dupiaza. Had we been seated in the restsurant we would have sent it back and asked for it to be cooked properly as ordered from fresh. In this instance we ate it but if it happens again we may well demand change at their expense or else claim full refund from Just Eat as requested food not sent.

After being a customer of Tandoori Masala for over ten years. I have become to be accustomed to the normal outstanding quality of food. Tonight was not the normal standard. The bhaji's were cold and hard. Not freshly made and the phaswari nan was not filled like normal standard. I'm very sorry to say the standard has dropped. I hope the management see this as an opportunity to sort things out and rise again top of the area once again.

Have used tandoori masala for 20 years now and the quality is always bang on. Recommended the chicken tikka chilli masala

Good selection of well cooked dishes. Very efficient and slick service by friendly staff. Restaurant is a little small and can be a bit cramped when busy, best to book first.

Tandoori used to be one of the best Indians in weston, it was my favourite...but since the change over the food had certainly suffered, the flavour has disappeared. Personally I would not be ordering again. The atmosphere inside the restaurant on the other hand is fantastic. Great staff and a warm welcome.

All food arrived cold despite the resturant being a 1 min drive away Ordered a small bag of chips which was half a portion if that Received bombay aloo as an offer which was 4 bits of potato in oil

We have always ordered from here and had good experiences with mostly hot food, however this evening was another story. We ordered and waited an hour for delivery, for our food to be cold like it had just came from the fridge. There were warm spots in the curry, but overall the rice was freezing, curry and meat was cold and the naan bread was wet. We rang to complain, to be questioned and finally sent out another lot. This arrived in about 20 minutes, also cold! Unfortunately for the tandoori masala, they will lose a long standing customer.

Delicious with little extra bits like pappadoms and suitable side bits as well as a good curry, tasty rice and a good garlic naan. Not greasy or oily as some can be. Great value compared to others.
