We order an ham &pineapple pizza we had no pineapple at all on our pizza

Great pizza, despite a little hiccup with pizza they sorted it quick and with no fuss. Great customer service and very good pizza. Will 100% use again.

We just had two lamb shish kebabs and one portion of chips. Absolutely lovely tender lamb cooked perfectly. Salad was fresh and crunchy and chips were just perfect. 10 out of 10!

Love the vegetarian kebab from here, salad is always super fresh and the portion is huge.

we order from kebab kitchen every week and the food is usually really good and it's our go to fast food place. But this time we were disapointed our burgers were burnt and my boyfriend couldn't eat his as 75% of it was rock hard.

Just had a Lamb Kebab. Meat was lovely but on salad or sauce !!

Chips so salty and a lot of horrible seasoning on. Ordered a chicken kebab and had two cubes on kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend at all

the food was cold and not at a very good standard. I was very disappointed as takeaway food is not cheap and I expect better Quality.

ordered at 7.30pm roughly. app said 8.30 to 9pm delivery. turned up at 9.30 despite a phone call at 9.10 being told it was a minute away. was literally seconds away from cancelling and getting a refund. incredibly disappointed. they're normally my go to for takeaway but I'm going to reconsider in future.

The chicken burger was good, as you’d expect, side of chips tasty and crunchy. It’s the second time I’ve felt the chicken kebab however was slightly under cooked. Happy to be contacted as I barely ate any of it.

Our wraps were completely wet and really salty. Was not enjoyable at all

We have placed many orders with you over the years. And usually you are great and following the instruction on the delivery notes.. unfortunately an unpleasant experience took place when your driver thought it was acceptable to use our back door.! And not ring the doorbell as stated on instructions.. instead of apologise as it could have been a mistake.. he decided to not close the gate when he enter. With a windy day, made the gate slam so loud it shock the garage. Then decided when I was confronting him about why he was coming in this back gate.. he argued and tried to intimidate me as alone female who is currently 20 weeks pregnant.. when my husband arrived to see what was happening he continued to argue with us even though he was in the wrong. So much so that it disturbed my neighbour who knows I am pregnant. And could only hear me and a random man’s voice.. come to make sure everything was ok.. He told me I was rude when I am Emotional due to pregnancy and was merely upset about the fact he didn’t use the correct delivery location.. told me I’d be black listed.. well that’s fine I am sad we can no longer have further transactions if this is your process!

It's a Monday so thought i would go for the buy 1 get 1 free pizza offer. I did not get this offer so was ripped off with the false advertising. Although the pizzas were nice i will still contact trading standards to report them. They did not even offer me cash back when i complained. Do not use these robbers !! and i will continue to post this until i get a response ! It was not on the website and i collected in person. Ripped off. Never again.

We ordered two chicken kebabs online, picked them up and was greeted by polite staff and the food was fresh filling and yummy

Haven’t used this place in a minute as Iv had some awful food. BUT TODAY THE FOOD WAS ON POINT THE SALAD WAS AMAZINGLY FRESS. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MORE.

Better pizza than Domino’s (waaaay too much salt in a Domino’s) and you can’t beat kebab and crispy chips!

The food was really great quality and delivery was earlier than expected which is great in my opinion. However, we had ordered a meat feast pizza and got absolutely no toppings. It was just a margarita?

Delivery was fast and the food was hot. Ordered a pizza from here for a change, The only problem was there was barely any toppings on my pizza, 70 percent of the pizza was basically a margarita when it was meant to be a house special. Very disappointing. For an extra £5 I could have got a better quality pizza with more toppings from dominos!

the man couldn’t find the house even with me telling i’m where on the phone, the food was stone cold and in edible and all the salad in the burger had fallen out to make it an absolutely mess inside the box.

So if your chips are as fresh as you say they are then why are they BLAND and not CRISPY and taste stale, Definitely been cooked 6-7 times. I’d rather use Masala ( Portishead) from now on.

Don’t even bother using them they are useless will accept your delivery then cancel it so you have to wait three days for money back

A true staple of beauty on the bleak sight of the nailsea community. A fantastic nay brilliant tribute to the overlords of takeaways, not only a stunning banquet of food to offer up but a incredible team of boss men to deliver us the food of the gods. I would travel I treacherous journey just to get a glimpse of the glowing embers of the humble kebab kitchen. I thank you for your service. Cheers.

Messaged me to say it was on its way, we are a 5-10 minute journey from the takeaway shop, after 40 minutes I phoned to find out where it was -told me would be there in 2 mins -I expressed my worries on it now being cold -arrived 6 minutes later -kebabs just warm and chips cold very disappointing

Absolutely terrible experience, food was digusting, chips were soggy and chewy. The pizza was literally thrown together and the topping had came off due to the delivery driver. The way they have their food set out in the just eat app is appauling. I ordered a donner kebab with a wrap on the size and recieved a literal donner kebab wrap, for £7.50!!! I am processing a refund.

I had mix kebab and a pizza. The pizza was so fresh and kebab was tasty. I have visited the shop at early hours and service was fast and friendly. Good point to have nice fresh meal in Nailsea. Parking is also easy and free.

Wow this place use to make top pizzas. The basic produce was cheap and lacking in flavour (no I don't have covid!). I won't be back for a while. Sorry guys

Horrible food.... chicken overcooked, chips not fresh...

Burger was decent fresh salad always a bonus , chips tasted like they been warmed up several times onion rings were soft like they been cooked in a microwave. Cans of Pepsi were warm not sure if you had to pay extra for it to be chilled overall I’ll give it a 5.5 out of 10.
