We have been in London now two weeks and this is our second visit. Excellent food delightful atmosphere Where is he? great service especially by Stephen.

10/10 experience. One of my new favorite restaurants in any city I’ve been to. Service amazing, decor stunning. Loved the high ceilings. I loved the tandoor broccoli and the prawns. And the lamb!

We ate on Friday evening everything was perfect the welcome, the bar we had lychee martini super good and then the dishes were delicious the waiters were very attentive really faultless thank you

Everything was brilliant except for one thing, we kind of were forced to go because they said they need table for a bigger party , and no one told us earlier about it. Hopefully next time doesn’t happen when I come back with my fiancée

The best Indian meal I’ve ever had

One of my favorite Indian restaurants in London. Very delicious food and quite challenging menu to choose from because of the number of delicious food mentioned on the menu. Appetizer, main course, drink and dessert are all of high quality and taste very good. The atmosphere at the restaurant is very welcoming and cozy. Lamb shank was my favorite and it was perfectly cooked along with saffron yellow rice. Been there twice and can't wait to go back soon

Totally disappointed by the food. There was a sweet undertone to every single dish. The aubergine the daal and the bhindi was sweet. We ordered mirchi paneer and that was sweet too. When asked to make spicy he dumped a bunch of green chillies in it. The chandi paneer actually tasted like a dessert. The green chutney and raj kachori were the only two items that were good. Other than that too sweet for our palate...

Hands down the best staff I’ve seen all over london, the lady at the front desk (sonya) was super nice and helpful, I really enjoyed the food as well therefore I highly recommend this restaurant

I’ve been here a couple of times and the quality of food, service and atmosphere has always been top tier. Even when the restaurant is full, staff still cater to customers well. My favourite dishes are the butter chicken and chicken biryani. Going here is such a treat and I highly recommend it!

Wow! What a dinner we had at Zaika. I'm a fussy foodie im not going to lie, this was next level Indian food. It reminds me of 10 years ago Dishoom at its peak level. Every dish was stunningly good. The care and attention plus just the high attention to details and sheer love that went into this was palpable. I will be coming back to Zaika very regularly. This is a short review because if I had to pack in everything about how good the food, service, ambience was, this would turn into a novel. Best meal out in last couple of years. You nailed it Zaika, well done.

I grew up eating Indian food, this was some of the best (maybe the best) I've ever had. We popped into Zaika because it was across from Kensington Palace, we got there 20 minutes before they closed to prep for dinner. Everything we had was absolutely fantastic and they had gluten free roti that was sublime.

Whilst the British Pubs are unfriendly, Zaika comes in to warmly welcome all and then treat you in real Asian courtesy, almost in Royalty

This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants and I come here almost every time I'm in London. It's Indian food with a little twist and every single dish I had so far was delicious. Only the naan was average and more like a roti. Also the place as such has a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy some great food.

I came in to have some dinner. I got the Lamb Kebab. I also got a drink as well. It was the Jasmine Collins. The Lamb Kebab was really good and the drink was really good as well. Restaurant is really nice as well. This restaurant is on the pricey side but it is good food. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the one server. He was kinda rude and was annoyed on how long our table was taking to order, which really wasn't that long. He also watched over our table while we were trying to look at what we wanted, and it was quite uncomfortable and made it hard to pick what we wanted because we felt like we were being rushed. But the place was really nice and food was really good.

Such a beautiful dining room- even just for the experience of having a meal in this room, it is worth it. A good menu with a range of options. All the dishes were so delicious it would be impossible to pick a favourite. We ordered grilled king prawns, pistachio chicken, aubergine curry, okra and naan. Everything so full of rich flavour and spices. Yes it is an expensive restaurant but worth it for the quality of the food.

Place is good for the ambience. Over priced for sure. Our server was incredible & a sweetheart. Just that when we needed something and our server got busy, the other servers were either zoned out or ignored us straight away. Food is okay. Portions are tiny for the price we paid. Sorry just being honest. I have had better food elsewhere. Ambience is amazing.

Very very good food and very nice service. For some reason the place was not as crowded as expected at that time of the day. It felt a little awkward due to this unexplainable emptiness, but everything was perfect.

Wonderful high quality Indian food. I was so grateful to find this place and its food after living outside of UK for a few years! Word of warning: young children under 5 are not normally allowed in the restaurant owing to a management decision on health and safety concerns if young kids are running around when hot food is being served. We did not see this note on any google reviews prior to our arrival (maybe it's on the website?)... staff were very accommodating and did make an exception for us. Definitely recommend.

So many Indian restaurants try the modern fusion mix and fail. Zaika does not. From the moment one enters its interior you know it’s operating at another level. Comfortable, great service, outstanding food. Will certainly go back.

The food was tasteless, the price is ridiculous for what you get. I do however recommend this if you want to try bland indian food.

Our family dined at Zaika for Mother's day celebrations. All the dishes we ordered were excellent! The wine selection and cocktails are equally great. Will recommend to friends and will be back when visiting London next time.

Après quelques années j’ai décidé de donner une deuxième chance à ce restaurant. Et j’en suis ravie. L’endroit est toujours aussi beau et cette fois les plats étaient bien exécutés et relativement raffinés. Ce n’est pas le meilleur indien du monde mais je retournerais. Par contre, ça reste toujours cher pour ce que c’est, adresse oblige.

If you are looking for an Indian restaurant with a high end twist, you should def visit this restaurant! They will fit all your needs and are really creative in their service/dishes/location. This is really one of the best restaurants I've been to. They put in great effort for every detail.

The food is excellently prepared, especially the lamb shank is worth a try. This place is fantastic. From the moment you step in the door they make you feel incredibly welcome. The cocktails are great and unique, and then the food is the best Indian I’ve had in London. We had the tasting menu and everything was incredible - flavorful and the right amount of heat. This is now our second time going here and we will continue going here each time we visit London.

I’m Indian myself and the food was so tasty, we got the lamb biryani , lamb chops, chicken tikka , butter chicken and garlic naan My only criticism is that the portions are slightly small , the butter chicken didn’t have a lot of chicken and the chicken tikka starter only had 2 pieces However , the service was amazing - our servers were wonderful we had to pray and they accommodated for us quite well , including putting out a prayer mat upstairs and giving us dates to break our fast. Amazing place would come here again

Been here before and always helpful for me eating gluten free. However please please please read the menu carefully and the allergen chart too. One dish says gluten free but it’s served wrapped in filo??!!!!! Lovely atmosphere Absolutely beautiful food and the staff are amazing. Will definitely go again. And again I hope. Just need to double check the allergen chart or ask the staff.

Always excellent. We’ve been enjoying Zaika ever since it opened from the early days as a formal dining restaurant to its more vibrant and relaxed fine dining chic cafe atmosphere. The food at Zaika is so delicious, creative, and presented so elegantly. The service is exceptional, always attentive and helpful even when it’s packed. Zaika is special. We love coming here. Can’t go wrong with the tandoori giant prawns, lamb shank, lobster curry.

I hosted a large group of 11. The food, presentation, service and ambiance are impressive. Custom requests were handled with ease and a smile. I keep coming back to this wonderful restaurant every time I visit from the states. First time with a group this large, but everything was perfect.

If you want to have a fancy indian experience this is the right place.You can really tell how they are using top quality produce.The meat was so tender and the curry gravy is out of this world.On top of that they impressed me with the dessert as well.Very good job Zaika

Food very good as always. Service was chaotic and very slow. Friendly but ineffective. And it wasn’t super busy.

Delicious food and beautiful space. Service was disappointing- waiter misheard my order, and when the wrong dish was delivered argued that *I* had misremembered what I ordered. At this price I’d expect a simple apology and offer to replace the dish. Also £4.50 for one thin piece of naan feels extremely cheap.

The BEST Indian food I’ve ever had. If I could give give this place 10 stars, I would. Me and my family were walking in Hyde park feeling peckish after exploring Kensington palace and decided to book a place nearby. Reserving a table was simple and easy, availability was open for the day and the place was not crowded or noisy. The food was phenomenal, and I mean every dish that we got was phenomenal. This place now has a permanent spot on my list of places to visit in London and I will be recommending it to my friends and colleagues.

A genuine Indian restaurant with good service and nice ambience. Obviously, it’s expensive being in Kensington and some of dishes we have come to expect in British-style Indian/ Bangladeshi cooking are not offered. But everything we had was full of flavour and freshly cooked to order.

Another great meal here . Excellent starters scallop, crab cakes, chicken tikka on the bone . We were So full that we only had daal and chicken and garlic naan and tandoori roti just to share for mains at the end. Had a lovely white wine ,opened 2 bottles between the six of us. Smooth friendly attentive service . This is a place for a treat.

Only the second time we have been in recent years and not disappointed. The lobster curry was delicious and also the chicken in a pistachio sauce curry. The scallops starter was also really good. Overall a really good place for a lovely meal.

A total feast for the eye, the soul and the stomach. Would that I could go regularly. Alas, it’s a long way from New Mexico.

Booked on the Opentable app, arrived by taxi, welcomed at the door by a friendly happy smile from a very attractive lady, guided to my table by her, food and drinks order taken by Sam the waiter, food was amazing, very tasty indeed, when I finished I called a taxi, when it arrived Sam escorted me through the restaurant and took me to my taxi, Sam opened the taxi door for me, and greeted me goodnight, It couldn't have been a better experience, Thank you Zaika.

An extensive menu of Indian dishes - authentic flavours with a modern twist. Service is friendly and attentive and the restaurant itself is set within a grand room. This is Indian fine dining so the prices do match.

Fantastic food , wine , service , and ambience . Just a shame when we came that some small children were very noisy and climbing over the seats ! I love children but in such a wonderful restaurant I think parents need to keep control , as it spoils it for other diners .

The food was very good. The restaurant was very noisy. We had to hold the candle on the table to read the menu as it was dark where we were. Blinds on the window had a massive stain on them. Would recommend for the food but would not go again on a Saturday night as it was very noisy and we were all seated in one area where the area near the front of the restaurant was half empty. Chick biryani and prawn curry were both lovely.
