Thank you to this beautiful restaurant, which I definitely recommend you to visit in London. It was a great experience to taste the spicy dishes of Indian cuisine and experience the beautiful atmosphere inside. We chose soup, mango-avocado salad as a starter, and lamb shank and saffron rice pilaf as a main course. We ended the meal with local tea and desserts. I am sharing the price and food list below. We paid 104 pounds bill. Our only problem was the short 1 and a half hour time we were given to eat. It would be nice to spend more time there. Next time..😊

Wanted to try out the three different tasting menus they have; three people on the table and they can’t somehow do 3 different tasting menus on the table (if we were to be sat on three different table, they’d have to do it anyway) seemed like quite a ridiculous rule. Staff were also not accommodating at all. Disappointing experience

This was some of the best Indian food I’ve had. The perfectly cooked chicken and meat starters were superb and the Hyderabad biryani was amazing.

We came in with no reservation and felt fortunate to be given a table. It’s a busy place but we got lucky! And then, our luck got even better with Ruhel attentively serving us. He patiently guided us thru selections that exceeded our expectations throughout our meal. This will go down as one of our best meals ever- thank you Ruhel and thank you Zaika!

The food was incredible tasty, the wine we ordered was great, nice design of the restaurant. The service it was stoning! The best place to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend. If I could recommend something to improve, would be the toilets.

Very good restaurant with food which is unique and authentic at the same time. We were group of co workers and ordered the tasing menu. Each dish was great and I would even say it was too much off food, as portions are quite big for a tasting menu. I really liked the cheese cake as it was very fluffy, almost like ice-cream.

As ever the most delicious and fabulous meal at Zaika last night. There were six of us from around the world and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu. Service was literally impeccable in every respect.

The dinner was very good as usual in Zaika. Our menu is the tastlng menu. Tandori seabass is the best of the tasting menu. We didnt like the shrimps. The staff was great and kind. The restaunt athmosphere is amazing also. I am again in Zaika.Gin coctails are great. The king prawns are good, crab is ok, samosa is very unique, aborigine is a bit usual. Methi Butter Chicken was amazing. I cam advise king prawns as starter and Methi Butter Chicken as main course. Bread source and chicken in the middle is like a dream.

Unforgettable Indian food. First, the service. Our host was a man of politeness, good taste, and a sense of humor. He helped us choose the best. He was ready at all times to serve us. Then, the food was flawless. Everything we ordered was delicious. The atmosphere for me was acceptable because of the lighting. Dim sum, which I don't like. It's a classy and distinctive restaurant

The food was all excellent. We're from Irving, Texas in the United States of America and there's plenty of Indian food there. However, the flavors we got at Zaika were an elevated experience in comparison. The Madagascar Tandoori Prawn was great and the spice level on the Rogan Josh was just enough to break a sweat. Perfect!

This place is comfy cozy and warm in atmosphere. Excellent food!! Fresh ingredients and fresh spices they use. Steven who took our order was very friendly and had proper knowledge of food. He was very efficient in his work.we had Raj Kachori butter malai broccoli and couple of desert(ras malai and Kala jamun) again outstanding way of making fusion in desserts. If I had chance while I am visiting London I will definitely go here again.

Food was fabulous. The samosa starter was particularly amazing.

Butter chicken rather tough and not tender with a sauce not sufficiently aromatic and buttery. Prawn curry too spicy covering possible other flavours. Crab cake too heavily fried. Excellent sea bass tandoori but in a small portion. Basic service. Very high price especially considering the quality of the food and other London Indian restaurants. In short, an elegant and pleasant environment but low value cuisine.

Still the best Indian in town. Worth the journey.

Treated my family, including 3 teenagers, to a Saturday evening. No complaint's whatsoever but the food, especially was an absolute highlight. Kids were raving and we are still, today, arguing over who had the best dish!

Excellent. I got the tasting menu and the food was amazing. It all came at the correct time and didn’t leave us waiting any longer than we wanted to. Wow.

I dared going with an Indian friend and he was not disappointed, telling us that it was authentic and reminded him of old home recipes. All my European colleagues truly enjoyed it

The best Indian meal I’ve ever had

I booked a window seat at 6:45pm on August 28. I have been to this restaurant twice and knew that a window seat must be reserved. Two of us arrived at the restaurant at 6:42pm that day, but the only window seat was already seated. There were other guests dining, so I casually asked the waitress 'why I had reserved a seat by the window and why it wasn’t available'. The answer I got was that someone else had already taken the seat. When I was inexplicable, a male waiter came and said that seats were on a first-come first-served basis. Then another male waiter came and asked if he could help me with anything. I explained the situation again, and he gave the same answer, that it was on a first-come first-served basis. First, he came without expressing his identity. Second, he gave the same answer. Third, he continued to argue with guests. Fourth, he never apologized from the beginning to the end.The attitude of the staff in this restaurant is only superficial. In fact, it is bad and ridiculous. I will choose not to go there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

One of my favorite Indian restaurants in London. Very delicious food and quite challenging menu to choose from because of the number of delicious food mentioned on the menu. Appetizer, main course, drink and dessert are all of high quality and taste very good. The atmosphere at the restaurant is very welcoming and cozy. Lamb shank was my favorite and it was perfectly cooked along with saffron yellow rice. Been there twice and can't wait to go back soon

Our 5th time here and it gets better every time. The food was amazing ,full of flavour. We had the gourmet tasting menu which was great value for money. Well done

Totally disappointed by the food. There was a sweet undertone to every single dish. The aubergine the daal and the bhindi was sweet. We ordered mirchi paneer and that was sweet too. When asked to make spicy he dumped a bunch of green chillies in it. The chandi paneer actually tasted like a dessert. The green chutney and raj kachori were the only two items that were good. Other than that too sweet for our palate...

Zaika is literally one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I come here every time I'm in London and it's never disappointed me. The service is always stellar and the food is truly amazing.

The food was truly fantastic, and the service was great..... until the end when the head waiter complained that we did not leave an additional tip than the 12.5% service charge that had been already applied on the total bill. So if you don't mind dealing with this type of attitude from a head waiter, which is extremely rude, then this is a great place for Indian food. When I gave the waiter an additional tip, he was not happy with the amount, and took it in the ruddest way. Truly uncalled for.

Out of all the places we ate in London this was my favourite. We had the vegetarian taster menu with a dal amuse bouche. The dal was really, really god. I found it hard to work out all the spices that had been used to make it. Undoubtedly everyone’s favourite from all the dishes was the beetroot “chop” (which is actually a croquette). The service was good and the venue is lovely with high ceilings but one can still have a conversation. Highly recommend this restaurant and maybe next time we’ll try the non vegetarian option.

One of the most beautiful and best restaurants in London that I do not hesitate to visit always, or to receive guests and invite them to the most delicious Indian dishes. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is upscale.

This was my second visit to Zaika and it was once again truly excellent in every respect. I have specific dietary requirements and this was not a problem for the chefs. The food was outstanding!

I’ve been here a couple of times and the quality of food, service and atmosphere has always been top tier. Even when the restaurant is full, staff still cater to customers well. My favourite dishes are the butter chicken and chicken biryani. Going here is such a treat and I highly recommend it!

We were 6 people, so it is not just my opinion. All our dishes were extremely salty and spicy ( and we generally eat spicy food but this was OTT), an extreme assault to the senses basically. Very disappointing.

Wow! What a dinner we had at Zaika. I'm a fussy foodie im not going to lie, this was next level Indian food. It reminds me of 10 years ago Dishoom at its peak level. Every dish was stunningly good. The care and attention plus just the high attention to details and sheer love that went into this was palpable. I will be coming back to Zaika very regularly. This is a short review because if I had to pack in everything about how good the food, service, ambience was, this would turn into a novel. Best meal out in last couple of years. You nailed it Zaika, well done.

Everyone said 'we must come back'. Two days later we were still commenting on the quality and execution of the food. The service was amazing, with help from the server about which items would come quickly or the staff member who directed my wife to a special toilet so she did not have to descend a long flight of stairs to the main rest rooms.

The service was exceptional, really friendly waiter who made great recommendations to help our food choices!

A perfect evening! It was a birthday celebration, and I can't imagine a more enjoyable one. The food and wine were excellent, thanks in part to the expert advice we received from our waiter, and service as a whole was exemplary, prompt and courteous without being in any way intrusive. We shall most certainly return.

Outstanding food quality - taste and presentation.

We are tourists in London and have come here from the US, but are of Indian origin. Bijjit Chandra, our Uber driver recommended this place and we are thankful he did so. We are Punjabi and love food and we ordered some of our favorite dishes…Afghani Kabab,Grilled Sea Bass,.Daal Makhani, Butter chicken,Biryani etc and I wouwould say this food was the best Indian food that I have had since a long time. The chicken and fish had the perfect marination and perfectly cooked.The biryani was excellent and the best item that we tasted was the daal makhani and it was just out of the world. I was a bit disappointed with the butter chicken. People talk abt butter chicken being the national dish of England, but I would say I have had better butter chicken in Delhi. Anyways , overall it was a great experience !! And this place is a must visit for all foodies who like Indian food

My wife & I dined here on the evening of 27th July, returning a while after our last visit some years back, I wish we hadn’t left it so long! It remains one of favourite restaurants, such a cool place, decor & ambience is amazing, you feel like you’re in a top end restaurant which you obviously are…service is meticulous but not overwhelming, such friendly staff & very attentive. Food is just out of this world..My wife had the paneer cheese curry with cauliflower starter and I had chicken tikka starter and lamb shank main which was one of the best meals I’ve ever had, so tasty and plenty of meat. You so often pay good money for great food and get a small portion but food sizes here are great without being too much. Such a wonderful restaurant!

Whilst the British Pubs are unfriendly, Zaika comes in to warmly welcome all and then treat you in real Asian courtesy, almost in Royalty

I grew up eating Indian food, this was some of the best (maybe the best) I've ever had. We popped into Zaika because it was across from Kensington Palace, we got there 20 minutes before they closed to prep for dinner. Everything we had was absolutely fantastic and they had gluten free roti that was sublime.

This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants and I come here almost every time I'm in London. It's Indian food with a little twist and every single dish I had so far was delicious. Only the naan was average and more like a roti. Also the place as such has a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy some great food.

We ordered way too Much but everything was delicious. Samosas had a different twist, paneer and chicken starter were melt in your mouth good. Lobster curry, eggplant curry, chicken curry all excellent. Service was attentive. It is loud in the restaurant if hearing is an issue for anyone.

Great service, delicious drinks and the food was simply impeccable. This was my second time in London and the second time I’ve eaten here because it’s so good and I wanted to sample more. There is a tasting menu, but we ended up ordering a variety of dishes and sharing like family style. Truly the best Indian food I’ve ever had.

Such a beautiful dining room- even just for the experience of having a meal in this room, it is worth it. A good menu with a range of options. All the dishes were so delicious it would be impossible to pick a favourite. We ordered grilled king prawns, pistachio chicken, aubergine curry, okra and naan. Everything so full of rich flavour and spices. Yes it is an expensive restaurant but worth it for the quality of the food.

I came in to have some dinner. I got the Lamb Kebab. I also got a drink as well. It was the Jasmine Collins. The Lamb Kebab was really good and the drink was really good as well. Restaurant is really nice as well. This restaurant is on the pricey side but it is good food. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the one server. He was kinda rude and was annoyed on how long our table was taking to order, which really wasn't that long. He also watched over our table while we were trying to look at what we wanted, and it was quite uncomfortable and made it hard to pick what we wanted because we felt like we were being rushed. But the place was really nice and food was really good.

Place is good for the ambience. Over priced for sure. Our server was incredible & a sweetheart. Just that when we needed something and our server got busy, the other servers were either zoned out or ignored us straight away. Food is okay. Portions are tiny for the price we paid. Sorry just being honest. I have had better food elsewhere. Ambience is amazing.
