Little India in Kensington and Chelsea

I’ve eaten here regularly, as a local, for a decade. Amazing staff, feels like home here. Curry best in SW london and totally affordable.

Probably the worst Indian food I’ve had. The paneer tikka masala tasted like tomato soup. The cheese naan was more of a naan with cheese melted on top (not what it’s supposed to be). The waiters had no smile or hospitality. Really confused how the ratings seem to be high??

We had one night in London and were craving Indian food. This place hit just the spot and was the cozy, comfort food we needed during our layover in the city. ☺️

The staff were also very friendly and treated me well until the end. With appropriate jokes in between. The menu board also had ingredients such as dairy, vegan, nuts, etc. written down to suit my taste, so I was able to find them easily. Was meticulous. The dish was also very delicious. The meat was very soft, not spicy, and not greasy. It was delicious so I ate it really quickly.

I do not understand how this place was rated so high. We went with another couple and had high hopes. Our server was an older man who made us feel we were a serious inconvenience. Quite rude, I must say. The mutton biryani was good, but the portions were all small. It was okay, but I don't see myself returning.

Bathroom has an inspirational view, and the mango lassi was bomb!! As a 6’8” man the space was limited but the servers are more than accommodating. Give it a try!!! :)

Really good quality Indian food. Proportion size was a little bit small for the price. Looking at €15+ per person. Places is extremely small with limited tables so if you’re planning on going, make sure you get reservations.

The food was delicious and authentic. The spices in the food, like cardamom and cinnamon sticks, make it clear that it's freshly cooked. This makes everything a bit more rustic and not as finely blended. To each his own. The ambiance could be a bit better, but perhaps that's not guaranteed due to limited space. The prices are in line with London standards.

My son and I ate here two years ago and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, we found it by chance after finishing an all day tour and didn’t keep any details about it except our memories. My wife was able to join us on this current trip and I literally spent an hour going to several restaurants in the area with pictures of our dishes from our previous trip to find this place. It was worth it. It is as good I remember! Going to waddle down to the tube with a smile on our faces as we head back to the hotel.

Visiting London for the weekend and booked into this fabulous restaurant. Super tasty food brought to our table in record time. Recommend the Garlic Chicken and the Naga Meat dishes. Delightful 😊
