Delicious food, hubby said best curry he'd ever had. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. We had to wait a while for food but it was worth it.

This is just our favourite restaurant for the most delicious Indian food. We are so lucky to have this on our door step . The staff just can’t do enough to accommodate you. We are always so welcomed & big shout out to Rudy for being such an attentive waiter. Highly recommend!

We went to the restaurant for our anniversary. Ordered our food and a couple of poppadums and waited and waited and waited for our food. After 50 minutes we decided to leave. Whilst we were waiting another couple who ordered just before he had their food and had almost finished and plenty of takeaways came out of the kitchen. We felt that we were ignored and considered less important than the takeaway business. To cap it all a member of the staff asked us after 50 minutes if we were ready for our food now, almost implying that we were the ones who asked for the delay. We will not be returning.

A deterioration in this restaurant is noticeable. Service poor, waiting staff scruffy with little idea of what they are doing. Table not prepared properly and orders not served properly. Food adequate but noticeably not to previous standards. The restaurant was noisy with customers on next table seemingly setting out to become intoxicated, being obnoxious with hostile stares and rude remarks.

Definately the best curries in the area. Friendly, hospitable service with mouth-watering food with a twist.

Have been here a few times, but this was the first time my wife came with me. Absolutely first rate food and excellent value for money. Even managed to cram in a delicious dessert... Weren't kept waiting for the food. Service top notch. Rudy was great!

A very friendly, clean, professional run restaurant. Always a warm welcome. Nice spacing of tables, not crammed next to each other, as you find in similar type restaurants. Great menu choice, with excellent position size as well as food quality. It is a BYO restaurant when it comes to alcohol with no corkage charges.

We’ve been fortunate to have been here twice in the last 2 weeks. Once with friends and last night as a couple. Lovely food. My Naga chicken was really hot and tasty. We all enjoyed our food. The service is excellent. Very polite and nothing too much trouble.

We have been frequent visitors to this restaurant and have lauded it to many. However on our most recent visit we were disappointed to discover that their prices have gone up significantly. Although the food is good, it does not warrant such an increase, we decided to not visit as frequently. The following week we read that it had received a zero rating due to lack of cleanliness. I'd be interested how they recover.

I visited with a friend and I have to say the food was excellent and the service was too! The menu is extensive and to have a duck dish was a welcome surprise. The food was tasty and well presented.

Excellent restaurant best curry since last year when we last visited. We took our own wine and had great service . No rush just how I like it food came piping hot full of delicious spices . There is a wide range of foods on offer good atmosphere . Look forward to the next time , very reasonably priced also.

We visited as a family of 6 on what we thought would be a quiet Sunday, but no there was lots of customers coming and going and we can see why! The food was AMAZING! there was not 1 meal on our table that we wouldn’t recommend. This was mainly due to our server taking time to understand what we wanted, our likes, and spice level we like. The service was great, love that’s it’s byo and there’s no corkage! We will definitely be going back, couldn’t recommend more highly!

Wish we had discovered this place sooner as we have used Indian restaurants local to Stroud which are ok but nothing special. Discovered Zaika just a couple of miles down the road and it is next level! Friendly service and the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. All of us agreed this is our new favourite. Looking forward to returning!
