Disgusting place. Tried to over charge me. The guy held the card reader against him to hide the amount and when I questioned it he said yes the sauce on ut is £2.. absolute bull. He ended up giving me the extra in cash. Not the first time I've heard of them over charging especially if you've been out/appear drunk. Check your bank statement and make sure you see the amount before paying. Scammers

It was a bit stodgy and bland. The base was thick and the taste of wholewheat flour used overshadowed all the flavour in the toppings. It was so stodgy I couldn’t eat much so most of the pizza was wasted. Even my dogs were not keen!

Our food arrived much earlier than stated and was very hot! We both enjoyed it very much and will definitely be ordering again!!

Ordered large mixed Donna sheish and chicken on naan 9.99 more like medium portion only a few pieces of chicken which was either over cooked or rewarmed up lamb was same few pieces over cooked or reheated I have been going to zaidys for more than 20 years when the old owner was there pleasant polite good portions always fresh.mr zaidy retires and gives business to sons portion went smaller so stopped going for more than 3 years tried zaidys again 22/09/2024 midnight and portions quantity have gone worse they tell you all fresh when it wasn't freshly cooked.my partner ordered Donna on naan medium average portions.

TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. Doner was cheap nasty tub doner. Naan was stale. Sauce’s came in a pot not even on the kebab?? Same for the salad. Would only be edible when drunk.

I went into the shop and ordered 2 x cheese burgers. Should be £7 but was charged £10. They gave me chips which I had not ordered. I got the £3 back but felt like they tried to scam me

I ordered large kebab two chips and a drink. Everything was fine until I discovered that the kebab tray was smashed to bits and upon taking it out of the bag it fell to pieces and ruined my Dinner. Please take more care with people's orders

We ordered 1 special mixed & 1 chicken, the special couldn't be any further away from a special, just a massive amount of donner meat smothered in an awful red sauce, very little of anything else, Such a shame, however the chicken. Kebab was just about OK.

Pizza was so good, very nice and great value for money, only suggestion would be to maybe not put paper under the cheesy chips. All the cheese was stuck to the paper and I’m pretty sure I ate some of it, couldn’t eat the rest as trying to pull the chips apart was pulling bits of paper off with it

Two out the three things ordered were wrong. Garlic mushrooms with cheese- No cheese. Chicken supreme pizza came disguised as a cheesy garlic bread. Fella enjoyed his build it yourself kebab though - although we won’t be ordering again. Should have stuck to our usual place but wanted to try somewhere different which back fired massively. Did not want the fuss of calling up and waiting another hour for correct order so requested a refund.

Massively disappointed with our order tonight. Hash browns were over cooked, didn’t receive our drink, chips were quite cold. Usually we rave about the food here but tonight was shocking. Hopefully it was a one off

ordered from here one of the cans they gave us was broken and leaking all over the bag and they forgot a whole meal aswell and had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be delivered food was amazing though just need better service

The shish kebab size was very small and it was very Well done and too much masala on it and I couldn't get a test of meat

Ordered chicken tikka wraps, fries, samosas, chicken strips and dips. Firstly, fries? More like re-fries. They were rock solid, inedible. Clearly been sat in a fryer basket all night and dipped back in at last minute, why? Fries take two minutes to fry fresh. Chicken wraps were soggy, my partner couldn’t eat hers, I ate mine because I was starving as it took an hour and a half to arrive. Samosas tasted like raw flour, also inedible, chicken strips were nice, about the only thing that was, oh and the dip was also very nice, would have been better had we had some edible fries to dip in it. Certainly will never order again!!

Food took over 2 hours to arrive. When the food arrived it wasn’t very good quality. Lied to on the phone after calling over an hour and got told 15 minutes then it took another 45 minutes after that time. Ridiculous

I thought I disliked takeaways ,rating them greasy,tasteless,over rated ! THEN I tasted Zaidy’s ! WOW I now am a 74 year old addict of their seafood pizza and cheese and garlic curly fries ! No grease ,great taste ,but beware ,or you ,like me ,will become a zaid’s addict ! THANK YOU ,food always delivered on time and hot EXCELLENT! My grandchildren have sampled a lot of the items on your menu,and have never been disappointed .in my house Zaidy’s is a win win take away !

Pizza was stone cold when it arrived. Chicken was just soggy and cold. After waiting for ages, we were very disappointed. Won’t be ordering from here again.
