Zahra Cakes in Trafford

Ordered vanilla cupcakes. There were some chocolate ones which I did not ask for. They looked very pretty but they did not taste nice at all. The sponge was not at all tasty and was very dry. The butter cream type topping didn't taste like butter cream (which is what I was told it would be) and was sickeningly sweet...even the children disliked them. I would say the quality of supermarket cakes far exceeds those purchased from Zahra Cakes. Was not going to post a review but had I seen a review like this I would have thought twice about purchasing cupcakes from here. I would definitely not purchase them again...

Zahra cakes is a very professional business. I placed an order for my daughter's graduation cake. I was always kept informed of the details from placing the order to collecting the cake. A very polite, friendly and professional service. Zahra cakes accommodate to your needs as I selected the cake, i had the graduation hat and scroll added on our chosen cake. It was an amazing cake. Nothing was a problem for Zahra Cakes to accommodate to your needs as they listen to your every detail you require. Family and friends were impressed how gorgeous the cake looked and it tasted devine. Family and friends were left with a taste wanting more of the cake as it was so light, fluffy sponge and tasted soooo delicious. Thank you Zahra Cakes for a fantastic cake you did us proud. I shall definitely be placing future orders with Zahra Cakes. I highly recommend Zahra Cakes to everyone. My daughter was very proud of her graduation cake when I presented it to her at the restaurant. What beautiful cakes this business makes. The cake was out of this world. I have bought two cakes from Zahras and on both occassions the presentation, texture and flavour have been "TO DIE FOR", I would 100% recommend the cream sponge cakes!

Went to order a cake for an occasion, seeing the beautiful pictures on the website. Female/staff there was very impatient and repeatedly said you can leisurely look at what you want on our website and instagram. As I have already seen and there were only general indicative prices, asked for prices and she looks at me and says 9inch is £65! Then repeating to go look at my leisure, lead me the door. They just lost our business.

Zahra cakes could not have done us prouder,they made us a birthday cake at a days notice, looked fantastic & tasted tremendous everyone loved it Thanks you Zahra cakes :)

Came in today after another baker had fallen through on making an occasion cake for me. While there was nothing ready made for me to take home right that second, I was told that I could have a simple custom cake ready to pick up in an hour. The cake was stunning, absolutely delicious (one of the best I’ve tasted), and at such short notice I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll definitely be returning. Price was amazing too, especially for a last-minute purchase.
