Zagros in Preston

Ordered pizzas and kebabs tonight, and we all loved it. Friendly, polite man took my telephone order. Delivery within the expected time by a friendly driver who also gave me an upto date menu. Food was hot, tasty, and sauces as requested. Their chilli sauce is amazing!

Food cold when delivered and burnt did not get what I ordered will not go there again I do not recommend this place to any one

Went in last night and the 3 of us ordered chicken burgers and chips . The best we've ever had and fresh salad. We were offered a piece of mushroom garlic bread and that was delicious too . The burgers weren't just the cheap frozen kind but proper pieces of chicken and tasted freshly cooked 😋😋😋😋 Chips were chunky and perfect not those horrible dry fries. The place itself was spotless and great staff, we'll be back when in Preston again

Good portion and on time. But…. cold and expensive. I expected far better considering i paid £17 for a mixed kebab and chips. Must do better by just eat and zagros to keep my business.

Ordered 3 kebabs and turned up with a separate box of salad on request. Always nice food but forgot my hot wings. Rang them up and they sent them out with a garlic bread with cheese and apologised. Can't fault the food and service one bit.

Delivery was late. Food was burnt and cold overall awful won’t be going back anytime soon

The food doesn’t necessarily taste bad but isn’t worth the price for what you get ( except the wraps they are HUGE) the fudge cake and the dips are overpriced. Food came late and cold but it was alright

I ordered a chicken kebab with naan bread with no salad or sauce and all I could taste was salt, so much salt it was burning my mouth. wondered if it was me but my daughter tried it and she had to spit the chicken out it was so bad!!!!!! Waste of money!!!!!

Crap food, delivery took over 2 hours, missed some of the order and was told they will bring the rest, it never showed up, food was tasteless and bland! Wouldn't even feed it to my dog! Won't be ordering again!!

Very disappointing. The donner is supposed to be homemade but was awful.the chicken shish was dry, pepperoni pizza worst I've ever eaten..the only saving grace was the starter garlic bread. All the food was cold and at a cost of £33. My first takeaway was delicious from Zagros but I certainly won't be wasting my money again on such poor food !!

avoid. Donner pizza is a margarita (minimal cheese) with a few bits of meat on top!! we had the Chicken gyro paid extra for extra chips, didn't have any extra. rang and they said the chips were inside ( a gyro already has chips inside!!)

bit of a let down this time as the donna meat was way to dry and was like it was last nights leftover

"famous mixed grill" hmmmm, probably famous for the small portion for £18.00, not even a naan bread with that either..!! chops were burnt & chewy, got a little bit of donner, not bad & 3 bits of dry chicken, salad was ok, I've had more meat in the mixed grill kebab from here, & they are quality kebabs..!! won't be ordering the "famous" one again, usually great food, but not tonight lads, cheers

Ordered our food through Uber eats and they never showed up. We rang the company for an update and was promised a 10 minute wait. Now they won't answer the phone and have taken our money and won't refund. Scam artists.

Our order was over 2hrs late. It only arrived after 2 enquiries as to where it was. The food was cold and needed reheating. The chicken was over seasoned and was inedible.

Ordered at 19.10. On confirmation of order was advised delivery of 20.10. This then changed twice on the app. I phoned the shop at 20.30 to be advised the order would be 10-15 mins… still no food at 20.10. TWO HOURS LATER. This is not acceptable and I would have expected at least a discount or something extra for the extremely long wait. I have used this shop for over 20 years and this has only happened once before. I may consider ordering from elsewhere if this were to happen again.

Worst I’ve had from here food was 20 minutes late after waiting 2 hours . And was not to the standard it normally is . Very disappointing

delivery was 1 hour late and when it did arrive it was cold but not restaurant fault the driver turned around because the is sign saying road closed except for access.

best chicken kebabs in Preston. consistently good, delivery wait times recently have been shocking. not sure if its Zagros or JustEat at fault but before ordering it says estimate of 45 minutes, then instantly confirms it as about 90 minutes instead but when ordering on a Saturday night its normally over 2 hours. fix the estimated delivery times so customers have a realistic expectation before paying.

Pizza was cold and tasted like a frozen pizza, chips were also cold and hardly had any cheese

ordered a mixed kebab on nan which consisted of nan bread full of donner meat 2 peices of chicken only no shish plus the length of time it took to be delivered disgusted angry won't be ordering ever again £13 for this should be ashamed of yourselves
