Very good food and very good service

We have ordered from here for years but we won't be ordering from here again. Food is always late by at least 20/30mins late which is sometimes understandable however this time and on a few other occasions the food was an hour late! When I phoned up after half an hour after expected delivery time I was told they were already on their way only for it to turn up half an hour later which means I was lied to. Food is ok but not worth the wait anymore.

Food delicious hot & very tasty returning customers wouldn’t buy the chicken spring roils again too spicy & not value for money but all other food delicious! Please use foil containers not plastic keeps it warmer & also can put in oven to keep warm defo recommend!!!

I order a food 30min before I started from home and later I went to shop to collect as it was not ready yet and there was big beard person as he was very rude with customers by hitting the table I think he is the boss but his behavior is very poor on customers service, please be polite and respectful with customers as you food is secondary how you treat people is first. Need respect to customers....I hope you understand

Always out go to curry place - just one slight let down - the Nariyal curry wasn’t sweet like it usually is and tasted abit sour the sauce . Shashlick gorgeous tender chicken.

Beautiful food ordered past two weeks. Only fault this week was no salad on apart from very little lettuce. The week before full salad and full kebab. Did order same but definitely order again. Please put salad on when ordered.

Been going here for 10 years always loved it and rated it to everybody until last Sunday night when I got my usual garlic masala and there was a thing inside the curry that I could not explain I rang the manager he was very rude to me would not accept what was in the curry came round and give me a new curry which I did not want to eat at this point and took the object from me. You’ll see now what I saw in my curry disgusting. I will never eat there again. . Manager was not interested in finding out what it was was more interested in taking the item of me so I could not send it off to a lab to find out what it actually was

We got 2 biriyani with a starter and 2 chapattis in about 8 minutes for less than twenty quid when we went in there. And it was all very good. YMMV if you order online. Very friendly staff

Food is usually good from here but this time don’t know what happened. Ordered paneer butter masala and they gave me chicken in some kind of bland curry sauce, not what I ordered at all. Boiled rice was watery and tasted like cardboard. Onion bhajis were dripping in oil and falling apart. Put it down to a bad night. Will continue to order.

WOW…first time I’d ordered from here, had the Chicken Shashlick with Vindaloo sauce, Garlic Naan and Chapatis, it was superb… thoroughly enjoyed the food and was most impressed with the delivery time too… I will 100% return… Thank you 👍

The Guy in the front reception was horrible rude worst behavior ever I have faced, that guy was very very rude, can't respond to the customer in proper way, very unprofessional I don't know why these kind of people are in front reception who don't know how to respect customers 😕, I never faced this kind of experience after coming to UK.

The guy in the front reception is rude and worst worst worsest in the world. He can’t understand what I’m asking him even after showing the item in the menu, he says that he is not understanding. If he is not understanding his own menu information in the restaurant, what can he explains about the food to customers with that very very rude behaviour.. he don’t know manners also. My suggestion is to not to go to this restaurant, I won’t go there in my life. Manner less idiots.

I went there yesterday and the experience was horrible. The guy at the front was very rude. The way he spoke to me..OMG..very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. And the hygiene and the food quality was extremely poor coz I got food poisoning right after eating their food. I wish I hadn't wasted my money and time. I'll Never visit again.

I asked for vegetable spring rolls and I got meat spring roll my partner got mixed grill and got 4 pices of chicken and a prawn for £ 4.35 no lamb in it at all even though it said it had lamb in it but curry was amazing

The last time I ordered from Cinnamon Spice was nearly 6 months ago so I was interested to see if they had maintained the high standard I remembered. The food was delivered bang on time as usual. I ordered lamb biriyani which, in the past, has been delicious. However I was very disappointed on this ocassion with the amount of lamb in the portion. Also the sauce seemed a bit watery. Still nice but not as good as on previous occasions. The onion bhajees were fantastic

Even though it was late, the food was hot and lovely as usual. I'm just glad the driver was able to break his fast first.
