Horrendous, rude staff, unclean, didn’t even send a proper pad Thai!!

Excellent authentic Thai food, staff very friendly if you collect.

food was over an hour late. app stated it had been delivered when it had not. Spoke to staff at TR who was helpful and brought out food out himself within 15 mins. Shame about the wait but pleased the member of staff was so helpful and apologetic.

Food wasn't the best quality for the price and the crackers were stale

the order was meant to come between 20-35 and 20-55. at 21-10 the app said the order had been delivered. no food had reached us. we contacted the Thai royal and they said after a few phone calls the ticket had not been put through to the kitchen. very strange. we,finally got the food an over an hour later

Food was said to be delivered with none to be seen and no one had knocked or rang on the door bell (had two missed calls) but still failed to deliver them took half hour to get through to someone. To be lied to and said they tried the door and no one answered and then continued to say it was not their problem if the food was cold. Food took another hour to come arrived cold. Paid 30 pound for one person to have to heat their food up in the microwave to be of average at best taste. I’ve cooked better blindfolded these guys are stealing a living! Avoid!

I ordered in good faith with the delivery timescales stated. As soon as the order was confirmed, the timescales moved. These have now passed and my order has not arrived. The restaurant is not taking calls, they are being cut off. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The last time it arrived cold and 90 minutes late.

Wouldnt call it a restaurant, takeaway I suppose. We were the only customers in, the rest of people were JustEat drivers, freezing cold inside, no heaters, no cutlery, we had to wait for food for over 30 minutes as the lady at the front of the house was cooking food for the deliveries as they had priority. Ordered two starters and two mains everything was served at the same time, full of monosodium glutamate to the point that we decided to leave. Sorry wont be coming again.

The food wasn't good enough, the chicken skewers were burnt black and the curry with fried rice was very salty. Also I didn't select milk tea but I still got a milk bubble tea even though milk wasn't specified in the menu.

Save your money. This place has gone from bad to worse in the last few months, thought that I’d give them another try but disappointing again. The Wok stir fry Sauce is so watered down there was literally no taste, no taste even in the egg fried rice absolute waste of money for nearly a £20 order. Cutting corners loses you customers

Food is always delicious but delivery times are horrendous. It took over 2 hours from the time of ordering to delivery and this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Terrible experience. The lady was very rude and yelled at me because I asked for cups twice. Told me she was understaffed and she was busy cooking for me while she had an extra 3 people inside the kitchen and my food took no longer than 10 minutes to be made.

The app said it was delivered but took extra 30mins to turn up. We dont mind waiting for the food extra but the app was very misleading

I had the pad Thai, prawn skewers and salt and pepper chips - all hot, all delicious and great portions!

If you love Thai food this is great and brilliant staff. Still brilliant after 5 years and they have now moved across the road to a love little restaurant. If looking for something different or just good Thai food this is the place!

Food arrived cold and missing item. No way to rectify as ordered through UberEats who don't care and the restaurant refer to UberEats. Paid for priority delivery and driver decided to deliver elsewhere first. So, food cold and paid for delivery I didn't get an item of food missing and no refund. If restaurants are going to use Uber and Just eat to get sales then they need to support their customers by taking these companies to task when it goes wrong. Service terrible, food cold.

Lush Thai very tasty and perfect spice

So disappointed. Not only did the food arrive over an hour late, but the restaurant didn't pick up when I tried to call, which I did multiple times over the hour. The food finally arrived, thankfully still hot which proved that it was made very recently, and therefore could not have been made early enough to deliver when they said it would. Abysmal service

Ordered takeaway from here on JustEat yesterday. Order took over 2 hours to come and was cold by the time it got to us. They forgot one starter and didn't bring the peanut sauce with the satay. Rang up to tell them about the missing starter and they said they'd send it...it never arrived. Appalling service considering it was £45 for 2 meals and what ended up being 1 starter. Asked JustEat for a refund on the missing food. Really gutted because we absolutely love Thai food and would love to return but not sure if we would.

Food was AMAZING. Especially the grilled shrimp skewers. Food arrived almost precisely on the estimated delivery time.

The food was of good quality when delivered,but there was a delay of 20 mins beyond the latest time, and not clear from the app, as shown as delivered before it was! Unable to contact the venue by phone as not in use. We were at the point of giving up and asking for a refund. The saving grace, was the food was good.

Our meal arrived an hour early but we havent complained, it was actually nice surprise. Tasty and fresh as always !

Food was delicious but for dishes this expensive, I’d say to lose the £4 delivery fee! One item cost me £17… couldn’t fault the taste though and it arrived piping hot.

Paid extra for 'spicy' egg fried rice, sent normal egg fried rice & put a seasoning on the chips even though they were advertised as plain chips. Spring rolls arrived stone cold although were nice. The chicken in the main dish was horrible, had a funny taste. Quick delivery & nice delivery guy. Used to be good here but won't be ordering again due to the above, unfortunately not worth the money at all. Disappointed.

Really wanted to love this place as we've just moved here and have been on the lookout for a decent Thai place, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. The people are nice but it's too expensive for the portions you get... > Paid £2.50 extra for tofu and only received 3 pieces. > Salt and Pepper chips cost us £4.50 each and were soggy, oily and only half full. > The aroma from the green curry was not great at all. One of us didn't eat it because it smelled so funky. Not sure if it was a bad day as some of the reviews state the opposite to ours, but for us it just didn't hit the spot. Not sure we'll be back for a takeout anytime soon, sorry guys and gals✌️

The food was very watery and average in taste nothing special especially for the price. We preordered the food at 4.30pm to arrive for 7pm at 7.10pm the status showed order confirmed. I called the restaurant and they advised that it was ready to be collected by the driver. 7.20pm the status changed to order delivered. I called the restaurant and they advised it was still waiting to be collected and they will call the driver and update me in 5min. 10 min had passed so I called again and again was told it was waiting to be collected. After numerous calls the driver arrived at 8.05 and passed the food to me and left promptly. We will not be ordering again! Just under £100 work of food and it was not worth it.

Personally i don’t like the food that they served. Also customer service was too bad.

Tried the tom yum fried rice and pad thai, it was sooo good. Genuinely spicy and hot food not the white kinda spicy. Really flavourful.

I normally get the Pad Mee & Pineapple fried rice, I think it tastes so good massive fan of the food well these 2 dishes I stick to rigorously, occasionally the lamb massamun curry which is another belter as well. The steamed buns are excellent.

I always find Thai food in the UK really heavy and very sweet compared to how fresh and light it is in Thailand but this was really nice. Good quality ingredients and nice and spicy. My only criticism is the fish cakes were strange and it was expensive for a takeaway.

Food toom absolutely ages, don't answer phone to provide any information

Ordered from here while it was at the old location and food was alright. Has now moved across the road to a location with the most gigantic step up to the door and no sign of alternative access. As a wheelchair user can't even attempt to get in. Shame as I would've liked to dine in now that there's more space inside.

I ordered a meal for the family at 1630 pm , on the Thai royal website . Which was excepted and money taken from my bank . However at 1830pm and after calling them 27 times without an answer I got in the car and travelled to Thai royal to see what had happened to my order , only to find the shop in darkness and not open. Thai royal can you please send me my money back ?

Food is always good from here just takes 90-120 mins for delivery everytime. Wish it could be sorted as would order a lot more often if there wasn't the wait.

Food takes way too long to deliver, waited over an hour for food to arrive. Tried calling the restaurant several times at different periods and asking about the situation with the food, and got no answer. Phone was never answered all 7 times I called.

The best bubble tea I’ve ever had with amazing service each time! The food smells incredible ! Was delighted to find out they have moved in to a bigger venue meaning they can serve more people. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

I don’t like to milk tea pearl too hard. Pad Thai is UK style not Thailand-style. Only thing I would like a recommend of this restaurant is only the waiter. He is very friendly he serves you wholeheartedly we are wondering rather he’s come from Hong Kong.
