Arrived still hot. Everything was absolutely delicious (the only thing we really didn’t like was the donner meat) and seemed good quality. Lamb chops were a little on the spicy side. Small garlic cheese bread was beautiful. Chicken and hashbrown burger really impressed with

my peri chicken kebab was top draw and a decent size too. The donner meat was cooked perfect for me, slightly crisp instead of that pale under cooked stuff you usually get. cheesy chips tasty too. 3bz for flavour is up there with the best around in my opinion. I was just left disappointed with the potion sizing of the donner and the chips too. bit more in each and this would of been a 5* review.

We haven’t ordered from here in a while but the burgers seem a lot smaller and sadly the food was cold and we had to reheat it all. Don’t think we will be ordering again.

Average at best. Shakes served upside down so some of it was in the bag! Food was cold, fries tasted like they had been reheated and then still gone cold. Don't understand the hype just go somewhere else for the price.

Awful. Shop bought pizza base that was rock hard and tasted of nothing, no flavour in the toppings. Wrap was tiny and flimsy and the drinks were wrong.

Not the best but not the worst takeaway I’ve had. Big tray makes it look like a bigger portion but for the price I’d of expected more. Delivery was very much late, although the driver did apologise but I’m still not sure why it took so long to produce a small order like mine. Lotus milk shake and cookie dough was lovely, I have to say a little pricy at £6 for the size of the drink though!

Food was really nice only downside is that the kebab came with sauce and I had requested no sauce. Still tasted fine but is was swimming in it. Other than that a good experience

Pizza was very cardboard like and the doner meat was overdone and dried out. Third order from them. First two orders were ok

Spent nearly 70 quid on a treat for Friday late shift; ufortunately food was average at best. All the food was stone cold and the general quality wasn't that great. Chips like a piece of 2 x 4 wood and meat in kebabs over cooked and dry. Also missing a milkshake off the order aswell. We get they have to deliver it and its not going to be piping hot but it was stone cold. Delivery was good and on time but that's about it.

Quality is great as always but where was the quantity? Very over priced for the sized portions we received. Not used here for a few months and sadly will not be using here again.

Food was not as advertised. Have ordered this multiple times before and always had the kebab in full box to eat however today is a small wrapped roll.

I had kebab and it was delicious, the best I've had since I lived abroad 20 years. My friend had a pizza and he said it was a long time since he'd had one as good. Not the cheapest, but well worth the extra, try it.

Had food from Preston and Chorley branches and not disappointed with either of them. The quality of the food is very good and the portion sizes are not on the stingy side. Would recommend.

Based on the reviews I expected a bit more. First time ordered but won't order again. The milkshake was nice but the cheeseburger tasted like the ready meal burger from the shop. Small pieces of unwanted meat mixed with the hard fries. Delivery driver was nice and polite.

When I say was on time it was at the very latest of the time specified . This was the second time I’ve ordered from here first time being ok but to say someone took a dump on my plate would be an understatement, the burger was no better than a rustler burger chips tasted like leather shoelace and the pizza was worse than an oven pizza 🤦‍♂️ the lot got binned 🗑️ long wait for poopoo ting 💩

I have just received my delivery of two family platters which are in pictures underneath. I tried one more time with this company as someone said that new management is way much better so should give it a go. Well, no words would be enough to describe the high standards of food, customer service, value for money and special attention to details from taking order till delivery. A BIG bravo 👏 and thanks to Bilal (new owner) for changing everything from zero to hero . We ordered the couple platter for collection. We were told 20 minutes and it was bang on time. The food was hot and delicious. It was a lot of food, we couldn't finish it all. We also ordered some naan bread to go with it. Tasty food and value for money.

I have got food from here befor and it as always been good but last night the food was terrible my meat was well under cooked the chicken and the donner meat I ended up chucking it in the bin my milk shake was also terrible I will look else were to eat from now on

Fest time we have used. We got 2 spicy lamb kebabs on naam bread. And I have to say, it was amazing. Food was fresh, hot and so tasty, even the salad was clean, cold and fresh. Definitely will be going again

Both of the wraps i ordered was soggy , my chips was not well cooked at all , the chicken was underdone and not edible for me and last of all some of my food didn’t even arrive i don’t if i ordered at a bad time or this fast food restaurant isn’t what everyone says it is. Really not happy and wouldn’t really recommend if you wanna try somewhere new .

We order from here regularly, if I order a burger it's always without cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. Tonight they sent it with cheese, so I called the restaurant, he apologised and said "next time we'll make sure it doesn't have cheese" so I said "please could you send me another burger?" to be met with the reply "so you want a free burger?" I was shocked and said "no, I want the burger in which I ordered" it's not exactly free if its not what you ordered is it? It wasn't my mistake it was yours! Zero customer service skills. The food was cold, chips were stale, I'm sorry but you've lost your regulars now, currently having to now cook due to wrong items and cold food. Thanks

Amazing burgers, never had an issue

Garlic bread was overcooked, dry and cold, tasted as though it had been reheated. Asked in the comments for it to be underdone slightly so it was soft. Asked for sauce on the burger, yet didn't recieve, this isn't the first time this has happened either. Never had a complaint about the takeaway before, normally it's all piping hot and fresh, just seems the last few times it's not been enjoyed like we would normally. Delivery is always fast, no issues there, but probably going to look for a new takeaway as our regular, this used to be our favourite but seems they don't put that effort in any more.

5star as always the only takeaway I will go to, thanks again for another pleasant meal 3BZ! ⭐️

Last nights supper was a real treat. A nice big pre-heated dish of delicious finger food which is how i like my takeaways to bee and they took notice of my note to them and left out the dips as requested.Well done guys - i can now highly recommend.

It's only after you've placed your first order you know how to order what's best next time. The pakoras were the stars of last nights meal but the dips that came with them were the villans of that meal. One ot them was opened in transit and ended up all over my kitchen top. My next order will consist of several pakoras but only on the strict understanding that they without there dips. The long coctail stick that came with the burger will have some ones eye out. I'm still hunting down my side cutters to get rid of it safely.

Lemon Chicken Grill, cooked perfect, and great value ( good portion) naan was under food making it soggy when it came but I'm sure that can be avoided next time if I tell them.

Claiming to do smash burgers but frozen patties and over cooked to hard sorry but that was appalling. You should get what you order misleading ☹️

The quantity of food here is ok, however the quality is awful. I had fried chicken with noodles and chips, the chicken was some weird battered frozen strips, the chips were undercooked, and the egg in my dish was grey. I did eat some of it but only as i was hungry, the food here was amazing when it first opened, I don't know if they have changed chef but it's not as good as it used to be. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again sorry guys, especially not at £11 for 1 dish.

They said that the delivery was going to be few minutes late but the food was hot, so no excuse.

Order cancelled at 10mins after delivery time, no warning no phone call, seems like they either couldn't be arsed to deliver or to call if directions were needed, first time I ordered......such a disappointment definitely won't attempt to order from here again, waste of time, pathetic😑

Fried chicken and rice was very disappointing, unsure how it’s indo chinese when it’s just cheap frozen chicken & rice I was expecting proper crispy fried chicken pieces. The chicken on the kebab was rubbery too. The fries were ok, the best part out of all the meal & delivery was on time. I expected better considering the reviews were so good.

Tried here for the first time because of the good reviews. It was amazing! Me and my partner both got a spicy kebab and the portion size was huge. Highly recommend :)

Tonight me and my husband have ordered chicken and pepperoni pizza, butter chicken with rice, lemon and herb chicken and donner mix. Everything was amazing! Cooked perfectly, delivered fast and was still piping hot when it arrived. Thank you 😊

Based on reviews we decided to try 3Bz tonight and wasn't disappointed. Very generous portions, arrived early and hot. Food tasted really good and will definitely order again in the future.

Technically on time but I chose you based on expected delivery time of 35-50 mins and it ended up being 60-70 mins. Probably more Just Eat's fault than the restaurant though. Food was great. MASSIVE portions. Very tasty. If I were being picky, mine was a tad too salty but aside from that, both meals plus starter were excellent. Would order again.

Food was great, well presented and tasty. Restaurant phoned up to confirm a few details, which was also reassuring. Very pleasant and polite, prompt delivery, earlier than expected, all in all very happy and will be using again.
