Great pint and good service. Pint of Moretti £5.75 so better than some other local pubs. Would definitely come back again

I was enjoying my order which was delivered on time, until I found cooked into my meal a substantial hair and then another in the mouthful I was eating. This is disgusting and displays a serious lack of basic food hygiene and preparation standards.

Food is one of the best in the city at the report between price an quality. You will never get a better deal. But They need a better employee. The girl with hijab always looks pissed and most of the staff never ask what SOS would you like. Like they never even put red salt on your fries . Place is awesome but they need a little work on the an employee. Look alive ppl

Have tried this chippy a number of times, I always order a large chips that I normally eat over three meals. When I got to the shop it was busy. Another lady before me ordered a regular chips portion and then i ordered a large portion. a guy served both of us and when served the regular portion to the other lady i was like ooh not a bad size. When my turn came I noticed the portion this time was more regular size and I reminded him that I ordered a large portion and he said that’s a large size. Only to get home and realised the large chips were like half the portion I usually get. Not happy with the service, maybe it’s time I go to another chippy shop.

I was there yesterday 21st December 2024, waiting in the cue, when a young mixed race man, was waiting in the cue with his children. He was next to be served and was completely ignored.so he waited and was ignored again, when he asked the question I'm next, the person serving was very rude to him, so obviously he was upset and started arguing, which made him look he was in the wrong, This was terrible customer service, and I will not be going to roast again.
