Lovely pub, food was very nice and hot. Served by Richard, he was very helpful,polite and did not stop the whole time we was in there, very busy in the pub at the time. Well done The zach Willsher and Richard.

Had the best time in the Zak Wiltshire. The staff are the most friendliest and welcoming out of all the pubs in the local area. Special shout out to Molly and Keeley, made it such an enjoyable night for us all. Will be back and would highly recommend!

Lovely local pub, perfect for a Sunday afternoon drink with friends. Great service and happy staff. Spent an enjoyable few hours having a drink and watching the football.

Great service, good came quickly and tasted great. Option to order online so you don’t have to go to bar which is helpful.

The food was absolutely shocking. I ordered a burger 🍔 and it had more grease than burger. The chips was all over the plate. The presentation looked like a 10 year old had dished it up. And when I tried to complain. The staff got defensive and was talking to me like I was in the wrong. Would not recommend for food to anyone. Gone so downhill I would sack everyone and start a fresh.

Lovely friendly pub with a good selection of wines, beers and spirits. Child and dog friendly which is great. Thanks to Lyn, Keeley and Hannah and the rest of the team. X

Very bad service on food, it does not matter what day of the week or time you go there, if you order food it’s always at least a 45 minute wait, also today, every single table had a reservation notice on it even tough I was there for 2 hours watching the football nobody filled those tables, customers cannot afford to wait 45 mins to an hour for food, if I compare this to other pubs in the chain, I have never waited any longer than 15mins for food anytime of the week, I would mark this lower than 1 if I could

Rude staff and no even a smile on there face made me wait for 20 mins for a drink and the food took over 1 hours no respect at all need to improve on your customer service If it was not for the customers you will not have no business really disappointing

Lovely hidden Gem with good entertainment. Nice place for families with an outdoor play area, friendly bar staff, the food is nice. Only complain is the lack of vegetarian and vegan choices on the menu. More a heaven for meat eaters. Karaoke Tuesdays starting at the end of August.

Only had rolls and breakfast roll, but they were all perfect. Hot and cooked , just how we liked them

Came in for a game of pool and some lunch. Was unusually busy but the bar staff Keeley was exceptional. The only staff on but was about for everyone. Would recommend to anyone 👍

Enjoy the zach wilsher, like going for a pint after work and some evenings with friends, food always nice and very well priced, drinks are the same always enjoyable, staff are brilliant and bubbly, generally see keeley quite often due to the times I visit, she’s very friendly and can have a good laugh with, just wot you need sometimes after work.

Used to be a very very busy pub before I moved away in 2001. Moved back to the area and thought I would see how it has changed. Popped in on a Friday night for food .. it was pretty quiet was expecting it to be busy and it wasn't... food was OK drink prices were average but not much atmosphere. May just have been one of those nights, but I will pop back in again at some point.

Our most convenient local, lots of outside space but place always seems unorganised and service is unbelievably slow. They allow orders on the Greene king app, but when you ask where the order is they say it doesn't work properly (perhaps fix it or don't allow orders?). Bar service is so slow even when not busy, having worked in pubs myself I find it hard to understand why it's so slow. My wife ordered some crisps for our kids at the weekend and the barmaid rolled her eyes and made a comment about getting her steps in. Lastly, choice of drinks could be drastically improved, other Greene Kings seem to have more choice which is strange to me. Could be an amazing pub and has so much potential, needs improvements.

The Zack wilshere is a lovely pub that it tend visit frequently! The bar staff are great as are prices and Hannah served quickly with a smile

This is, by definition a pretty mid pub. Food Is alright, Atmosphere is alright, Service is sometimes slow but the kitchen Is very small so this is fair enough. Beer garden is okay but small ish. Parking is a problem, I recommend walking or Taxi!

Rubbish. I get the bar staff to reserve a table on Thursday. Not on the reserved sheet today. The table that we got was only because another person did not show up at 5.15. My table was for 8pm. The table that I asked had a reserved sign on at 10.30 tonight. Rubbish! I am a regular in here too. Bringing my family in from Scotland. Embarrassing

Lovely pub, clean, inviting and a good atmosphere for an estate pub. The beer selection could have done with 1 or 2 more real Ales rather than just the normal Greene king IPA and the springtime ale but this didn't effect our visit too much. Never had food but the nice smells coming from the kitchen did make my mouth water

Love the atmosphere in the zach Willsher pub, always has a nice vibe food is always nice, Plus service is always good. Have visited the venue quite a few times if it has been during the day and nice weather we have have sat outside, if in the evening time then we've sat indoors . Everyone is always made to feel welcome, even the dogs 🐕 get treated well. Would like to, on this occasion, thank all the staff on Saturday 23rd March they were all friendly and helpful. Would also like to mention Charlie he served us through the evening brought our food and was a team member of the pub

Such a lovely local pub that had good portion sizes and a great range of choice. A great place for a Sunday lunch on a budget. The atmosphere was there although the music in the background was 90's rave music and it seemed largely frequented, by the older generation so it just felt like a bit of a mis-match but that's down to preference. Other than that a really nice place for Sunday lunch

First thing I noticed when I walked in was a busy pub with people of all ages. Then the absolutely brilliant and friendly welcome from Kaylee & Keeley. The food was amazing, large portions, piping hot, smelt and more importantly tasted fantastic. Lyn came over to check if all was OK. Yes - 100% Did I mention, the price? Great value for money. In the words of Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 - 'i'll be back' Well done to all 👌🏼

Been here for quite a few Sunday lunches and always been lovely,today was a little different ,usually thick beef was very thin,gravy so salty and couldn't cut the stuffing balls,carrots a tad past sell by date looking. Potatoes were as good as always and still great value. Staff are so lovely and friendly.

Excellent little pub. From booking a table of 14 to pre ordering the food and turning up to find the table had been decorated with a table runner and glasses and birthday sign. Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. LYN was brilliant, patiently taking our payments and drink orders. Lovely food and desserts! Surprise 60th birthday. Recommend for big table bookings.

This is a cheerful place with good value meal deals, reasonable drink and pleasant staff.

The experience was pleasant and Leah was very inviting and bubbly, will be coming back again very soon, the food looked good as well.

Had a family meal.The food was not as good as it always been.The portion sizes are much smaller than they have been.The food was cold it seems as if it had been prepared well in advance and then just heated up. The atmosphere in the pub was great and staff where very friendly and welcoming. The cheesecake was still frozen and when mentioned apparently it was meant to be like it but in all my days I have not had heard of a frozen cheesecake.If it was meant to be frozen why was it not stating that on the menu.

You get what I pay for, food very substandard

My family and I came to the Zach, we were there from opening time till about 7.00pm. Our server for food/drinks was Steve. Steve was very helpful, polite, and made all of us laugh. Would highly recommend it, and the food was amazing as always! Thank you for making our day an unforgettable one!

Shame every table is reserved but customers not coming in for certain time. We asked so had 2 hours before time. Saw people walk out because they couldn't get seat seeing reserved on everytable. Sort it have time.e rabke available to and you won't lose customers!!!!!

The staff where very helpful and very quick

Whilst it was busy this afternoon because the sun was out, I was still served quickly inside the pub. Friendly staff with a smile and eager to please.

Went today for some lunch which we often do. Unfortunately very busy and not enough staff to cope, so just a drink and off to the chippy what a shame ☹️

Went here for a meal on my birthday with my son, lot of people but one n half hour wait that was for starters, looked nice ,nice menu , but grandchild was hungry so we went ealse where, will try another time

We had to wait 45mins for our meals and it wasn't that busy. Two meals of Steak & Ale Pies looked like they had been kept warm for that time and were all dry and baked up. I took mine back and was only offered me a drink at first.

Great friendly pub ideal party venue

Although the pub is nice and lively, there are often little options to sit anywhere during the colder months of the year. The last time I visited there was no food being served and the table we got kicked off of the table we were sat at because of a reservation that hadn't been marked on the table.
