Must just be nice for chinese dishes, sausage dinner, fish n chips very below average. Salt n pepper chicken wings awful. Think they have give up trying to make them nice. I prob won't go back to a chippy based on my only visit here. Hello fresh here we come.

Absolutely the best in town .... I would travel from skelmersdale just for there salt and pepper ribs ... they don't do deliveries but I don't blame them ... love this place 💯 recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌

Not been for a while having just got back from holiday couldn’t be bothered to cook, good food fast service great value for money

My favourite chippy in Crosby. Fabulous fish and chips, very generous portions. They have a really big menu to choose from.

Youngs fabulous traditional Chinese takeaway

Ordered 4x Fish & 2x Chips with 2 pots of mushy peas and 2 x Curry. Peas were marrofat peas and not mushy. Fish was ALL batter. Chips & Curry were OK. Won't be going back.

Absolutely disgusting been 5 times the chips tasted like they are a week old and the fish was to dry won't be going there again.

Poor service tonight. Placed telephone order for collection in half hour. Arrived and food not ready for another half hour. Impression they forgot about order and panicked. Chips ended up as warm ups. Not the best service.

He tenido excelentes comidas aquí en los últimos 10 años. No ha sido durante unos 12 meses y no volveré. La carne desmenuzada era como masticar una llanta desmenuzada, muy blanda y encontraba un pelo en el arroz frito. El pollo agridulce estaba bien, pero no tenía mucho sabor. Vergüenza, ya que solía ser una gran comida para llevar. Llamé para quejarme y todo lo que dijeron fue "usted ordenó esto hace más de una hora, lo siento" y luego cuelgue el teléfono. ! !

Ordered special fried rice, it was a mound of onions and a few bits of meat piled on top of greasy, tasteless rice. Most of it's gone in the bin 😏 shame.

Rubbish service two chips with sausages curry and rice got home one sausage and chips also asked for curry and rice gave me chips not recommended.never again ripped off charged full price for things I didn't get but ordered .

The last few meals from Yungs have been cooked to perfection with yesterday's beef curry being the best ever! Not tried all of the others but this must be the best Chinese takeaway in the area.

Young's chippy is legendary. The meals are fabulous and such lovely service too. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

When we lived down in Waterloo, Yung's was a regular spot for getting a late supper. The food was super brilliant and very reasonably priced. Lovely Chinese family run. Great portions. We live quite a distance from Yung's now, but we do occasionally take a trip down to Waterloo if we feel like a trasty meal but are feeling too lazy to cook

As always the food was gorgeous

Family gathering at a nearby venue so went for a quick option of fast food so went with the fish and chips option. There were 15 of us so they did well to deal with us all and only mucked up one order. Everything was still hot by the time we had driven back and unwrapped everything then apart from the fish which were in some cases very greasy, could have done with a longer draining session.

Lovely food and very big portions. Massive choice on the menu too, all at reasonable prices.

Literally just ordered chicken chow mein and got home to open it to only throw it in the bin! Wish I stayed to see what it looked like before driving home cause no way would I have even taken it! How can you be a Chinese chippy and not know how to make chow mein!! What a waste of money and waste of petrol!

Been going to yungs.for year's and it's without doubt the best chippy around. Sue and her girls are always happy and friendly plus 10 outta 10 for the food. Chips are always 1st class aswell.

I get the Singapore vermicelli most of the time, asking for it extra hot. Sue and the crew always deliver. Wifey gets the special foo yung, never disappoints. Their curry is the best around, and their sausage dinner (with fresh onions) the best value around. Due to generous portions, I've become accustomed to going oriental for breakfast the next day.

Yungs is a great chippy. It has a five star hygiene rating, all meals are cooked fresh to order and their spring rolls are homemade. The food here is always delicious and very reasonably priced. My personal favourites are the salt and pepper chicken and the beef curry, both awesome.

If you're looking for a great Chinese chippy in Crosby then this is the one to go to. Have been going here since I was a child and it has never disappointed. Recommended dishes are their chicken pineapple, barbecue spare ribs (the sauce is to die for and you can get it as a stand alone sauce), chicken sweet corn soup, the half rice chips chicken and curry meal which is great value and their set meals are great for special occasions with generous portions. To be honest any dish you get from there is guaranteed to be good with really authentic flavours. Staff are lovely too.

Omg salt and pepper chicken pieces are absolutely gorgeous. Chicken is soft moist and juicy. Sweet and sour king prawns are seriously addictive and paired with the special fried rice it's a win win win.......mm mm
