A staple brighton pizza delivery service, good pricing

This place recently changed management and they are far away from customer satisfaction, food quality and cleanness. Extremely not recommended. Update for their comment: all I asked for was bottle of Coca-Cola and their reply was, who supports Israel can not be their customer. Education level is on the table :D

I ordered a pizza at around 6pm CET (5pm GMT) the other day and the pizza never arrived. I rang the store multiple times. They picked up three hours later and told me in an aggressive (slightly threatening) way that the pizza was already delivered! I am shocked to my core. Disgusting behaviour from Yummie Pizza - I WANT MY PIZZA OR MY MONEY BACK

Restaurant offer service through Deliveroo. After being half hour later than allocated time I called to ask if the order was being delivered was told that they could not accept my order as it was too late. Therefore I went to sleep. They then apparently tried to deliver my food an hour later and have charged me. No refund and no food. Avoid at all costs !

Never Ever Order from these people, they are the most rude and impatient people on the phone and do not understand English (the Elm Grove branch in Brighton)….. I think their phones are answered in India or Pakistan. Tonight I will starve as the phone operator could not understand English and was extremely rude ….. Do not trust them with your credit card details (you’ve been warned). Dodgy company!

Not good at all. Totally and utterly tasteless. No seasoning at all which says a lot for my order of two pepperoni pizzas! Cheese is tasteless too and hardly any on the pizza which was dry. Chicken strips were ok. Even if it’s late and nowhere else is open, avoid and make cheese on toast. You’ll thank me for this advice!

Weird delivery driver knocked on my window at 2am after delivering to other people in my shared house. Odd people, their pizza is gross too. Perfect Pizza on Lewes road is much better. Good food, no creepy drivers.

Can’t fault them to be honest. Cheap pizza deals, fast delivery, friendly, always deliver late night to me. Used multiple times.

Rude delivery driver was not accommodating and didn't follow delivery instructions. Food arrived cold and did not feel like a good value compared to the price we paid. Chicken strips felt more like wings and there was no advisories that it would be spicy. Overall, overpriced and not worth it.

I bought a cheese burger, loads of sauce and salad.

Have ordered from them 4 times (stupidly) and out of the 4 times they have actually delivered 3 times. They don’t turn up, don’t answer your phone when you try to ring! Don’t waste your money on this horrible business! Have no decency and rarely actually deliver! Also would be lucky to get my money back each time

Un concept plutôt bien vu et des offres différentes chaque soir. On y était un mardi avec les cocktails 2 for 1 et l'offre était intéressante. Pouvoir choisir sa musique grâce à leur wifi et l'entendre passer plus tard est vraiment cool.

A small, cosy restaurant with only six tables. I was glad to be able to book a table. Georgio the host was very friendly and a real food and wine lover. Was able to advise with much knowledge and enthusiasm. The food was almost perfect with just a couple of things that could have been better. Decorative pastry leaf was not cooked through and caremalised onions could have been cooked longer. But these minor points wouldn’t stop me highly recommending or returning tomorrow. Very reasonably priced too. A real pleasure.

I came here with a friend while we were on a long walk and the pint in the sun was worth the wait ... the blankets for outside were a nice touch. The food wasn't amazing but it's no frills and decent value for money. The chips are pretty tasty. If you're in the area give it a go.

Terrible service, not all my prder turned up, they said they would send it, after an hour I gave up waiting, phoned the best night and was told if I order again they will send the stuff that never came, as if I'm going to order again when my original order didn't arrive, no refund offered. Was using this place a few times aweek now I will not use ever again, very disappointed.

Awful food. Mozzarella sticks were dry, chilli burger was weird. Had no chilli sauce, 3 bits of pepperoni in, barbecue sauce and a chunk of jalapeno. Chicken shish kebab was overcooked, could bounce the chicken off the walls if you tried. Chips were undercooked. Never going back.

Normally when I review things I will write down some thoughts based on a few experiences and then immediately begin reviewing the food but yummies is the gift that keeps on giving and so I took my time and didn't judge off a few experiences and tried almost every pizza on the menu. Very high quality ingredients, bursting with flavour every pizza has it's own unique taste and it's so good that you will actually want to try all the different pizzas they offer. I really recommend the BBQ steak pizza it's out of this world. To make a longer story short. I've had every pizza on this menu and even things that weren't my style were absolutely fantastic and bursting with flavour and to top it all off the price is very reasonable. I have never been disappointed with a yummies pizza and neither will you. Go in person because the staff are wonderful people. Spectacular takeaway. 5 stars.

After reading the mainly negative reviews of this place, I regrettably chose to try. The food was delivered on time but it was cold and missing pieces of the order. When I tried to explain what had happened I was sworn at and told to ‘deal with it’

My partner and I have always enjoyed the pizza from here, some of the best in Brighton. However with our last order, we ordered two large pizzas, were given two medium pizzas and when I contacted via the phone was told that we would be given either a small or medium pizza for free as compensation on my next order. Tried to order and redeem this offer earlier today, however, was met with severe unprofessional service, p*ss poor people skills and an attitude from the server that seemed like he had the emotional range of a toddler. Recent reviews show that other people have experienced the same or similar treatment, shame I can't give half a star for this place...

Absolutely disgusting service. My partner re ordered an order we had a few weeks ago. When it arrived the order was wrong . On contacting them they continued to gang up on us saying we were abusive when we were not. They would not listen to our complaint saying we were rude and wrong. We have the order details through Deliveroo and told them this but they still told us we were wrong .! I tried to reason with them but they shut me down on everything I was saying . They kept saying we will not deal with you as you and your partner are being abusive but we were not. We were hung up on Repeatedly and treated terribly . I WOULD AVOID !! Terrible service , not that great pizzas absolutely terrible customer service!!!

Awful. Ordered with at least an hour in advance and it never arrived. Rang once and told it's "coming soon". Completely ignored on the phone after ringing 3-4 times, heard them laughing on the background for 2 minutes while I kept saying hello. After that we're told that they didn't know where anything was. Cancelled the order. Waste of time and useless service. Total pisstake

Ordered from this place for the first and last time tonight.. Delivery was due by 8.30, I rang the restaurant at 8.45 and was told they tried to deliver and tried to call which absolutely did not happen as myself and partner were home waiting.. The guy on phone was extremely rude and told me "good luck getting a refund"... I recommend avoiding this place like the plague, I wish I had read their other dreadful reviews before ordering!.... *update* Ohhh this is too the rude pric* telling me good luck getting a refund... There is mold on the garlic bread

Food was cold ring for a refund driver can to pickup the order but would not come to the door to take it so had to put on the floor and shut my door. Still no refund.........0 STARS

By far the me most disgusting takeaway I’ve ordered! Chicken wrap has mould on and rock solid, mozzarella sticks are hard and feel uncooked… to finish garlic bread was rubbery and tasteless. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, The WORST CUSOTMER SERICE WITH EVEN WORSE FOOD 🤢😬

I've ordered food many times from this place before but for some reason when it came to delivering it today they couldn't find the house, and said that they have tried calling when haven't had any missed calls so they cancelled my order very disappointed last time aswell food turned up cold so if you don't mind cold pizza go ahead

While eating the pizza, we found hair in it, stuck to the dough, we couldn't even pull it out. It is extremely disgusting. The fact that this pizza left the restaurant is crazy.

Sickening pizza and had to deal with harassment driver who kept calling, even days after the delivery to try to get my number through Deliveroo, and called to say he had finished his shift and was driving past my house again and wanted to stop at mine for drinks?? Just ordered from Yummie Pizza. The chicken is blend though the curly fries are okay. We asked for a BACON cheese burger pizza and got a mushroom tomato one... still looking for the bacon, there was none. Overall disappointing experience. Would not recommend and won't order from there again.

I am a regular customer of Yummie Pizza and have until now been more than content with the service and the food that we have been provided with, apart from a couple of orders that have been slightly overcooked for my liking the food is tasty and good value for money. However, the service and incompetence that we have received for tonights order has been nothing but 3rd rate at best. The food was delivered to the wrong address then collected from the wrong address and decided to deliver the same food now cold and half hour late to us without even the slightest hint of an apology, this is amid the whole Covid19 no contact worry.,and 15min After a complaint I received a feeble apology and the offer of an extra item on my next order without offering to rectify tonights mess, but after having to express my disdain I was offered a replacement. Sorted so I thought..and hour passed still no food so I called for the 3rd time to ask how much longer we would have to wait for our order, only to be informed that there is no further order or replacement. 2HOURS and I have to reorder my food, and 15min later I get what I paid for in the first place a hot pizza, but the whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth has made me lose my appetite. That's the reason for my single star review and I am unhappy about having to give that. Thank you Yummie Pizza for the crazy nights fun (sarcasm) and exposing us to the risk of Covid19 infection .

My personal experience with Yummie Grill is positive. They always deliver very quickly and the food is always cooked perfectly and tastes amazing. Burgers are amazing for the price! I recommend them!

Really great prices for what you're getting and the portion size. I enjoyed the food and there is a pretty extensive menu.

To give this place a 1 star review is an honest compliment, I ordered me and my partner a meal and waited for it to arrive. The food was delivered late to start with and when it got here it was barely warm we the opened it up to find the smallest portions a hobbit would have ever seen in its life. The chicken shish wrap had 4 of the smallest nuggets of chicken you could possibly find the wrap looked like a folded piece of paper even with the supposed salad that was in it The combination kebab I ordered and paid alot for came with 2 slices of lamb donner and a very very small amount of chicken The only thing thig that they got correct was the drinks Would I ever order from them again? No because I'd still br starving even after spending £25 for two people just like today

Well, it's pizza. But no flavour - in the sauce, the cheese or the ingredients. And some of the ingredients were dry, which isn't great for meat-based products. I'm glad a tried it, because I was after a greasy pizza, but as far as "good" pizza, this ain't it.

The worst place I could think of. after not delivering my food the guy I spoke with called Star was very rude and aggressive. he claimed it was my fault because their driver did not ring bell and claimed that it was a policy by deliveroo not to ring the bell after 11. After speaking with Deliveroo I was told that they were gonna deliver it again only to get a call from the same guy Shar asking me to pay 5 quid for a delivery bearing in mind they were paid twice once from me and once from delivery. I never got my or my order. no manners whatsoever and by far the worst place in Brighton.

Not gonna lie, after reading the reviews.. I was a bit worried.. But I got my meal delivered super quickly!! The delivery guy was sooo nice and lovely as well! I don’t really eat fast food or drink sodas, but I wanted to celebrate daddy Biden’s victory, so I said imma treat myself tonight ahaa vegan pizza+vegan dessert+dr pepper. It was YUMMIE!! 10/10 would order again. Maybe for the inauguration, who knows xd ps: yes, that’s pineapple on my pizza! DELISH!

Ordered on Just Eat it turned up cold, ordered cheesey chips they were cold still raw inside n had no cheese on, phoned restaurant very rude wouldn't give a new order or a refund, insisted food was cooked properly n said the staff said its cooked, could tell he was lying, also said bout there being new bags to put food in out for delivery but obviously the bags don't work properly n don't keep the food warm! AVOID!

It was a cold night in Brighton and I was starving. Told my mate to order some food and we found this place. Took a risk. The food took a century to arrive and when it did I'm sure it came with a few STD's all things aside never order from here unless its WW3, in fewer words for those than don't understand "Dies ist ein komplettes Scheißloch" is the only way I'd describe this magnificent restaurant. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered food and they said it would be half an hour. Waited 45 minute still hadn't come so called them, said it was on its way. Waited another 15 mins still hadn't come. Called them again and they said it wasnt their problem and they weren't going to issue a refund or re send the food which had clearly got lost. They were very rude and shouted abuse over the phone, and then when the order finally arrived they got it wrong anyways. When the food came it was all cold, chips were soggy and the pizza was rock solid, barely edible.

Avoid this place at all costs I've order through deliveroo and my pizza didn't arrive. Many phone calls didn't help, they were saying that the person who worked that shift isn't available at the moment. Deliveroo said that they told them that my order was delivered! Worst restaurant in Brighton!

Ordered my food at half 8, by 10pm it still hadn't arrived, tried calling them to ask where it was but no one answered the phone, then saw there was a 'live chat' option on their website, spoke to a woman who told me they hadnt recieved my order (despite their website telling me it had been recieved) but it would be with me in half an hour however at 10:45pm, still no food. Spoke to the same woman who told me that they STILL hadnt recieved my order?? but gave me an alternate number to ring that wasnt on their website, i called this and told them not to bother bringing the food and to just refund me, after a lot of protesting he finally agreed, however ive still yet to recieve my refund. Never ever ever order from these people, they're a joke. (never did recieve a refund)

Second time of trying this place. The burgers were superb and really meaty. Made a special request (they rang up to double check it was what it was) and they did it no problem. Food arrived quickly and was hot, really generously topped and very filling. Definitely my new goto burger place in Brighton

I advise the CEO of Yummie Pizza to globalize and monopolize the world's fast-food market. I have been eating at Yummie Pizza everyday since I was born. Yummy Pizza is all I know. I suspect there will be magician.

My friends each had a chip wrap, they said it was the finest chip wrap they’d ever eaten and the quality of ingredients really came through, the only criticism was the wrap was stale. I had the doner, the meat was expertly cooked and was better than most wagyu steaks I have eaten in restaurants. The chefs here know how to handle and heat the meat. The mozzarella sticks were pale how I like them and the garlic pizza bread looked farm fresh. One of my friends had a sesame allergy, he is now dead but he said the food was so dank we are gonna phone in to ask if they’ll cater the funeral! Thank you Yummie Grill for an exquisite dinner

Dont use this place if you want your pizza delivered this century. Utterly shocking service online I try and use local businesses to help but when you order and pay for something that never arrives you need to question why. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Horrible delivery service. Waited over an hour and had to call multiple times. I said I am allergic to eggs and dairy, they filled my burger up with mayonaise. Oh and, the food is DISGUSTING. Would rate -5 stars if was possible.

We received our food on time, and was welcomed with a lukewarm burger with an odd tasting mayo.. What made it worse however, were the undercooked chips. I contacted the establishment and was told a fresh order of chips would be delivered. To my surprise 20 minutes later two small packets arrive at our door, which comes with the hope we can crack on curing our hunger.. what we got instead was somehow chips which were worse before. How in god's name is this place still open I will never know.

The décor is dated but the pizza is good. It's cheap, yummy and they offer vegan, vegetarian and halal options. Would recommend to a friend.

Ordered at 11.14am for lunch. They opened at 11am so didn't expected them to be busy. Did not receive our food until 1pm. Waited almost 2 hours with hungry children. Food arrived barely warm, chicken was chewy and chips undercooked and soggy. Awful service.

What on earth is going on? Quicker than expected, my delivery turns up, I’m thrilled, but the delivery guy has NO CASH/CHANGE and no idea what’s going on. He owes me £5.03 (I didn’t quibble the £1 over charge as I was hungry). The poor guy couldn't really understand me and he had no change before offering me everything he had in the car (65p). I offered to call and charge my card but driver waved his hand and said, ”wait, wait”, and he drove off. What....!? After two phone calls, the delivery driver called me shouting, “Outside with your change”. Going outside again, I was met by a grumpy driver calling me from his car. After much grunting and shovelling through pockets I got back just £4.90, but by then I had lost the will to live, especially as my lonely food was going cold indoors. I've since been told illegal workers have been found working here. Huge faff and I was pretty annoyed. I couldn't explain it all, but I enjoyed my meal. It wasn't as hot as it could be (by then). Shame they forgot the coleslaw and the can of pop. But the burger was ’Yummie’. Sigh.

Avoid like the plague. Ordered online, 2 hours later they call and ask what the address is. Called them and they just put the phone down on you. Rude staff. non existent service. filthy shop with rubbish on the floor. You are better off purchasing a loaf of bread for 50p and munching on that.
