Domino's Pizza - Brighton - Whitehawk in Brighton and Hove

Our pizza was ready perfectly on time. Shout out to the manager, he was very kind! Thank you for the amazing service. Will recommend to friends.

Don't usually write reviews however Walked in... Stood there for nearly 5 minutes. 3 different staff members looked but didn't even bother saying hello or asked if been served. No other orders on the collection screen. So just turned around and walked back out. Pathetic! 🤣

Very bad customer service and bad food

I always come to this Domino's because it's the best one in Brighton great staff and always constant with their quality of pizza also where else are you going to get a large pizza for £9.99

I used to not like dominoes either they improved over the years or this one in particular is good. The pizza is always good quality I have never been disappointed, the other items are a bit over priced but I had the spicy chicken and it was very nice 🙂

Driver did not follow instructions Upon calling noone including the driver spoke English Had to go and find him Consiquently food cold and it was obvious the chips had need been sat around forever Disgusting service when complained Ham and pineapple has no pineapple When we called they were very unhelpful I was expecting at least a refund I would avoid it like the plauge!!!!!

Ordered a couple of pizzas one turned up wrong but contacted them and couldn't have been any more helpful and within 25 minutes the right pizza was with us so polite

The food are very good, and the services are excellent! The staff was nice and friendly.

This is bar far the best dominos always on time.. when ordering online they always keep you updated if you go into the shop and order no longer than 13mins wait very fast. All the staff know there jobs so that's what gets the food out quick and hot

Shocking. I've used this branch a couple of times for collection. One previous collection, i noticed the poor hygiene by staff. Constantly on phones / hands in pockets / wiping noses with bare hands / then back to preparing pizzas. I steered clear after that.

A great destination to have dinner after a fun filled beach day!! Our servers- Biri and Allison- were SUPER helpful and got us what we needed in a very nice and timely manner. Overall, a great experience!

they sell pizza at a high price when they see that a person does not speak English well!! this happened to me three times!!

The young lady on the till is extremely friendly. The other guys should learn from her. Guy, who stretches the dough, is constantly on his phone. Not once does he wash his hand. So, it makes you wonder about other hygiene habits in this shop. Toppings vary from good to where you can count how many pieces. At the end of the day, just another Domino's.

Non Existent Pizza I ordered a simple deal plus dessert from this branch of Dominos one cold evening late last week. It never arrived despite the driver calling me three or four times to get my help with directions. He said he couldn’t find the address despite my trying to help him as he didn’t know the area, he didn’t have brilliant English comprehension and kept saying it was the wrong address. When delivery drivers can’t find my off the beaten track address, I usually help them and that usually works. He was just a few minutes away just down the road from me. Not this time. However the worst and most frustrating thing about this delivery was that right at the last minute when despite the difficulties I had directed the driver to just two minutes away from my address, when the manager whom I had called to help the driver with directions, this same manager of this branch just pulled the driver out of the job with no pizza delivery for me. I called the manager and said I was really hungry and how did he think I felt not getting my food delivered after all? He said I had given him the wrong address but I know my own address and I know it wasn’t wrong and also I had used this branch before and they got it right then. He said he would find another driver and get it delivered but the minutes ticked by until after 11 pm when Dominos closes, and I knew my order wasn’t coming. The manager promised me a refund within 5 days but being left without hot food much looked forward to late at night was really difficult for me as a customer. Also I needed to have been called again and kept informed of whether they had found another driver to deliver to me after all or not. This branch has newly opened in Brighton and great things had been expected of them, but if they pull the driver at the last minute as a general rule, this is not impressive. I haven’t received my refund yet (it is now the following week). I made a complaint to Dominos online but they said to go back to the same branch and after the way this manager spoke to me I don’t really feel like it. I probably will tell them although I am not holding my breath. I have now decided to use another pizza delivery service in future.

This was my first time at whitehawk’s dominoes so didn’t know what to expect however coming away, I left very satisfied with the service and the food was delightful, thanks dominoes

I can’t believe that I m wasting my time to write this but I was never so disappointed on more than 3 occasions with THIS dominos. I had ordered 4 times from them since they have opened and these was definitely too many times I spend my money there. I kime dominos time to time and had some from different shops around brighton. The whitehawk one is the worst! Not because of staff or taste of dough as it is all the same pre-made somewhere. Whiethawk dominos it has so little ingredients on the pizza that this is unbelievable. I had tuna pizza and I had to look for it on the pizza to make sure is actually there! It was so little of it tjat I had to look closer to actually confirm it was there!!! Next time ham and sweetcorn, skmple pizza, 2 max 3 sweetcorns per slice. Honestly! It is a joke. Last time I was there I watched the staff making it, I have never seen someone paying so much attention to put toppings on the pizza. Is so precise and so little that this is disappointing. I have even worked at Dominos in the past so I know even from the insides that this shouldn’t be like that UNLESS owner/manager of this shop is making sure they can make as many pizzas as possible from a can of sweetcorn!

Ordered food yesterday came on time and really hot. The food was perfect and staff on the phone were really friendly. Will order from here again :)

Have been a repeat customer here but I just placed my last order with them. Ive never had issues before. The first staff member i spoke to today was great when my delivery was very late, when i called a second time to check on the order ,the driver just showed up and so the staff member on the phone said to call back after food to give feedback which i did- i wasnt making an official complaint but let them know the pizzas were cardboard and not enjoyable due to being cold(when u pay almost £40 for 3 pizzas its nice to be able to enjoy it) unfortunately this member of staff was not as pleasant or helpful as the first who instructed me to call and blamed me for the late delivery. However im a repeat customer and literally a 5 min walk from the shop yet the food was late and cold. I would collect it myself but im disabled so rely on delivery. I was not angry or demanding a refund although I should have been offered one (which i was not). Needless to say, good customer service goes a long way and the chap that i spoke to last has zero customer service skills and should not be dealing with customers. I will never order from here again due to his attitude

Ok chain pizza. For the same price, get much better pizza from local places (VIP or Pizzaface)

Very dissaponting how many times can they get orders wrong. Have called 4 times over the past 30 mins to get the order corrected to get hung up on and giggled at !!! With the same response it will be 10 minutes
