Pizza King in Brighton and Hove

Chips were good. Popcorn chicken was like eating gravel. 20p for a ketchup packet.

Not very highly reviewed, but the fish and chips were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The guy working Abe was super friendly and added to the experience! Definitely would recommend.

Horrible, very bad, bad service!!!! We were having lunch and accidentally broke the table and charged me 75 pounds for an old table! Absurd! Then I went to talk and they wanted to charge me 150 pounds, because here in Brazil everyone wants to please and there they don't care! Very bad service! I don't recommend it and the food is horrible!!!! Fish with a lot of fat! It's not worth it!!!!

Chips and curry sauce, I paid and then unfortunately realised it he was pouring chips out of a bag frozen into the fryer! Anyway, I took them, had a few and then gave them away to a homeless guy and went down the road to a proper chippy. It was advertised as a fish and chip shop, being on the sea front I expected the proper dish. Only good think is that I didn’t order fish as that would have wasted more money.

Food was horrible felt like I got scammed paid £20.80 for this and this is meant to be a large I saw a fly on the pizza hygiene is bad and the pizza is somehow cold and hot at the same time the guy had the nerve to give us a smile afterwards

The moroccan employee was very friendly and we had a good chat I hope him all the best. However the pizza was a little too doughy for my liking! only plus side it has that it stays open until late

Amazed this place is still allowed to serve food. Reheated oven chips, curry sauce that managed to be both scolding hot and freezing cold at the same time, still with visible lumps of corn flour in it. I asked the person serving me for a napkin and waited while he searched around for one, only to have a dirty dish cloth thrown in my direction when he couldn't find any. Truly the worst place I've ever eaten.

I can’t think of another worse place than this in Brighton. Don’t ever go to this place. The worker is rude and the food is terrible.

Tonight, I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at this restaurant. Despite being a bit tipsy, which usually makes me pretty lenient, this place managed to disappoint at every turn. The "fish and chips" were a complete joke; the fish and chips seemed like they came from two different planets. The service was absolutely atrocious, with staff showing a sheer lack of care or professionalism. And don't even get me started on the pizza – it was nothing short of a doughy disaster. This restaurant seriously needs to get its act together.

Visited Brighton today with my family as I’m moving into an uni nearby, we were really hungry so we chose this place. £8 for the fish and £4.50 for a serving of chips. Frozen fish and frozen chips, really bland and horrible. 20p each for a tiny packet of sauce. Just don’t even bother, maybe for the ridiculous price they should just invest in some seasoning and less fancy takeaway boxes.

Things are going and they have an offer to buy one and get the second for free

literally probably what i get for going into a place called pizza king for fish and chips but they had massive fish and chips signs so assumed they’d do actual decent chips but they somehow taste burnt, clearly frozen, funny taste and the curry sauce is like split into solid paste and oil, so much to the point it just slid off the chips. the vinegar tastes like water, says it should be refrigerated and used within 4 weeks but i’m going to say it’s a good few months old, please save yourself from this place, awful food and currently playing a REMIX of adele. oh and it was £13 for two portions of chips :)

One of the worst ever pizza I had in life ...Had a takeaway pizza and chip buy one get one free offer. Seems like there I should have gone with eating nothing in the day. There was no tomatoes base on pizza ,this was the first time I say no base ..just seems added cheese and veg and meat in top ..how come 🫴 u say it's a pizza . The veg and meat seems so old and didn't even try to have a go. When I try to have slize of pizza I literally got everything out, and throwed both the pizza in same corner of the shop . And the very poor customer service and the guy who served was even have any customer service manner.

I threw it on the road and even the seagulls didn't want it.

Ordered two XL pizza's and only realised after we left and were too far away that they had given us two large pizza's but had charged us for XL. The pizza's were freshly made and were nice and tasty but nothing on papa John's!

Nice workers, but one get one free pizzas. The spicy sauce here is really good. I’d recommend as a late night snack!

Burnt disgusting food. I wouldnt ..‘feed my dog. 2 burnt pizza and garlic bread thanks on top of that the peporoni topping were damage in transit should pick one up and cooked it my self waste of time and money its a joke

Erm. I picked two pizzas for the buy one get one free and was sent three and charged for two! Pizza is like a frozen pizza. The American sausage was very close to authentic flavour but I’m annoyed.

Genuinely worst pizza I’ve ever had in Brighton.. if I could take a picture I would. £18! I’ve absolutely mugged myself off here.. the Sainsbury’s basics pizzas are better..
