Food was cold. It was also an hour late. I’m not happy with this at all. My food is soggy and I had to go to the restaurant to get my order and apparently they had tried to call me but I have no missed calls and they didn’t answer the phone after calling them 10-15 times about my food

Ordered a few times now .and every time the delievery drivers call you to tell you they are outside expecting you to be at the door and on many occasions they have sat in the car expecting me to collect my food from the car . Ordered large kebab and got a small if that .always missing items

Portion sizes very small,I paid £16 for a mixed kebab and there wasn't much meat in it.

The burgers have high quality ingredients and the delivery is speedy. 10/10 will be ordering again. The chicken wings are both filling and moreish as they aren't drenched in sauce

Rude people, seriously rude. They don't even speak when you order just talk to each other and treat you like some kind of peasant. Astonishingly ignorant I walked out and didn't complete my order. The place looks filthy and the people genuinely unfriendly. If you don't want to serve people perhaps find a different career than serving overpriced bland food and looking down your nose at people.

Don't order from here. Burger patty is basically charcoal, onions are raw (not caramelised like they claim) and they forgot the cheese in the cheeseburger. Never ordering from here again. Awful.

Food was lukewarm on delivery. Cookies burnt. After several calls asking my address the driver had to WhatsApp me to get a location. When did deliver moan that he had travel so far. X

Terrible service from the delivery driver. Who stayed in his car and didn’t even bother to bring to my door. Instead rang me to go outside and get it. Made absolutely no attempt to deliver it at all.

My food came salad was out of date ! The lettuce was brown cucumber was slimy the chicken was rubbery and the kebabs was cold . This is eveytine I order I have contacted support and they offered 10 refund the kebabs was over £20 pound ! My whole order was ruined because I have been calling the shop to be spoken to rudely and told they can not help because the BOSS wasn’t there and they can not contact him . And then hung up on after attempting to explain what out of date salad was . I then took it upon myself to put it on social media for numerous people to say that they had the same experience!

The driver was annoyed when I got the order. Apparently his been calling me 5x and never picks up, but I told him I only got one call and went straight outside A&E. He said he’d already left and annoyed that he has to come back. He wasn’t even listening to the fact that I only got one call from him. That really put me off ordering from you.

The worst takeaway I've ever had. Salad was mouldy, pitta was stale, meat was dry and horrible. Wasn't edible at all. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

I really must advise against using Yummie Grill; Brighton. I ordered a Deliveroo last night and most of my order was incorrect. The fella delivering it was rude and impolite. I’ve also spent most of the night on the toilet and fear the takeaway may have given me food poisoning.

Food was alright. Ordered a large kebab which was not at all that large, honestly like a regular at best.

Lamb donner was sooo dry the chicken was scarce, the salad was minimal and a very small pot of sauce. What a waste of £20... ended up in the bin!!

Very average kebab, dry old meat, nice chips and salad. Wasn’t the price on the menu cramped inside, the pizza is always good but kebabs and burgers don’t cut it, try AA Charcoal grill down the road I MUCH prefer it but it was shut.

Unfortunately very disappointed even at 3 am after quite a few drinks it didn’t hit the spot, poor quality no flavour and not anywhere near cheap and cheerful.

This has to be the worst takeaway you could possibly choose, if you like poorly cooked lamb accompanied with missing items. If you have gave me a choice whether to eat this “food” again or eat dog food without a shadow of a doubt I’d be eating the dog food. Save your money. (If there was a 0 star rating I’d be slapping that on but unfortunately there isn’t.

Burgers were a lot larger then expected but were delicious!!! The chips and burgers were still hot on delivery, the delivery driver was polite and knew who he was delivering to, which does make a nice change.

Not only did the food arrive late but when it eventually arrived the food was stale and not edible at all resulting in me throwing it away in the bin. I am absolutely fuming that it had to come down to this and feel as if I’ve wasted my money and I will be showing social media and people close to me advising to use another app

Chips under cooked and burger meat was tough salad was limp and lifeless and burger bun was so soggy it poured. The only nice thing was the chicken strips. Delivery driver was the only good thing about this order other than the chicken.

the doner wrap was good and I was nicely surprise the chips was really nice and good as I tend to find chips from kebab place are just about edible but the only let down were the warm white chocolate cookies as they were burnt and tasted burnt with a hint of chocolate cookie

stopped ordering from here for a while as there was so many mistakes from this place, ordered from here for again yesterday the first time in a long time and still got only half what we ordered , then you have to dispute it with them on the phone which you usually get treated like a lier and then you get a replacement that looks like its been dragged around the floor

Ordered online , order did not arrive after 1hr 15 mins , no answer on tel number given turns out to be incorrect had to call after finding tel no , no answer called several times then person who answered hardly understood English their excuse we placed the order on the wrong website …….thier own one wtf , they cancelled the order now waiting for refund I bet it never arrives …so more time having to be spent getting refund from credit card. Please save your time and money go elsewhere I don’t understand why these takeaways are so incompetent it’s not rocket science to cook and deliver an order in a decent time.

The delivery man was late. He went to the wrong door even though we were on the phone to instruct him exactly where we were. He told us “3 seconds” that he’s outside but he took 3 minutes (not that it matters) but he was shouting and called twice to say he was out when he wasn’t. He got really close to me which felt uncomfortable and he missed half my order, where is the rest?

Hello. I done a order from 6.50. Should arrive 7.40 and 8pm. In the site shows the order came , but was never on the way because I contact the restaurant. Also they didn’t gave me a time because they didn’t have any driver. They just cut the line of them phone and it’s impossible to call. I’m not happy with the service at all.

My food arrived incredibly late. I ordered the meal for 8pm, and I got a text AT 8pm saying that the order is running late. They gave me a new time of 20:20, which I thought was somewhat reasonable seeing as they bothered to inform me (although I still don’t see why they suggested 8pm as a delivery slot, seeing as they can’t fulfil that, but ok). After checking on Google, the restaurant is around 15 minutes away from me, and at 8:05 the status changed to “On Its Way”, so I thought it would be there by 8:20 on the dot. Sadly the food didn’t arrive at that time either. Instead, I was met with a delivery driver at my door at about 3 minutes to 9. To add to that, I asked kindly, for the delivery driver to call me 5 minutes before, so that I can meet them outside. Most importantly, the food an entire hour too late, and the food displayed that — chips were literally cold, not even lukewarm anymore, and the kebab I had was soggy. Shame to read that I was not the only one having this experience, and I think it’s a lesson for me to not buy blindly, but to actually read reviews that other people share.
