The most disgusting Chinese I’ve ever tried. Whole bag of prawn crackers was stale been sitting there for days I suppose. The chicken chow mien was so flavourless it was cold & not fresh. gross. 🤢

Use to be the best Chinese now it’s the worst! Chicken is chewy, chips undercooked, rice very bland and taste plain. Must have a new chef that clearly doesn’t eat his own cooking

Well cooked but very very bland, couldn't taste any of the familiar flavours of ginger, soy, tamarind, garlic or chilli in either dish. Sad times. No vegetables in my chicken chow mein except beansprout and maybe onion, and no nuts at all in either dish. Not unpleasant, just boring beige food. Probably great if you don't like vegetables or strong tastes. I asked what their most popular dish was, and this was it.

Guys, this is definitely the place if Yu Wah Chinese in the Kennington area! Very quick making the food and was nice and hot. Meat was a bit firm but wasn’t too bad. Cheap so you get what you pay for. :)

Food, that’s just been delivered to. Me had no taste to it at all. I asked for no onion I had onion in it, which I had to pick out a omelette had no flavour and was very dry and overcooked. Not the best experience I have had from the Chinese takeaway very close to the worst one, I’ve had

Two hour wait for food. We only live an 8 minute drive away from the restaurant. Paid £43 for some plain chow mein (which was dry and tasteless), some stale prawn crackers for £3.80, spare ribs (which were ok), egg fried rice (hard, with no actual egg in it), some spring rolls (which were very greasy and with very little filling) and 3 tubs of sauce. In all, the food was VERY expensive for what it is, which is average to low quality and the waiting time was unacceptable. I tried to call the restaurant but it was so late by the time my food arrived, it was shut. Plus, the number attached to the restaurant Just Eat account is the number for a take away in Ireland! Won't be ordering again. Not worth the huge amount of money for what it is and the wait.

Ordered a meal missing item when called was told I can’t get the missing item delivered as they were too busy when asked for refund of the item and refund of service charge which was over 3 quid (for shocking service) I was told all they could do was give me the item free next time I order (why would I order again from a place with terrible service and missing items) when the young girl I spoke to put me on hold to ask about the missing item and when I asked to speak to the manager I was informed (seemed like a lie) she is the manager but every question I asked was followed by being put on hold don’t order if you value your money trust the star rating which frankly should be lower

Took over an hour and 40 mins mid week to deliver some poor quality Chinese food. Won't order from here again.

Waited 60mins than they cancelled delivery because they have no drivers. Not the first time but will be the last time I use this useless service. Food was only just ok in the past so no great loss.

Terrible delivery times (Took 2 hours on a monday night), extremely rude management. Do not recommend.

Worst Chines ever had. Rice rock hard, pork curry was more like small cubes processed chicken, it was awful. Only tried this restaurant as normal one not open on Monday. Never again!!

If I had the choice I wouldn't put any stars-First time I have ordered from YuWah and won't be again!-spring roll were hard and luke warm,barely any egg in the egg fried rice- the sweet and sour sauce I can only describe as bright red,tasted of suger and so thick that it was set solid after 10 minutes,even though we are only a 5 min drive from there,none of the food was hot at all!😥-very dissatisfied I won't be recommending to anyone

The worst Chinese I've ever had. I ordered pineapple chicken which was raw and in suspicious artificial pink colour. In egg fried rice there was no egg at all.the Singapore chow main come plain with no flavour at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Very bad food. Ordered first time yesterday and food was bland. Fried rice was just plain rice with some peas thrown in. No soya sauce or anything. No flavour what so ever. Prawn crackers were stale. Spring rolls had very little filling, hardly any. Not worth the price they charge. Never going back.

Order from here everytime I want a chinese. Food always arrives hot and very tasty!! Recommended to family and friends

It took us ages to find best Chinese food takeout. And this is the best off all in ashford, great food and service and we drive 10 miles for our favorite food takeaway. Thanks weir

In a word, delicious. Best Singapore fried rice I've had in 25+ years, curry sauce is fantastic, all the meat is tender and plentiful, veg is great.

Most disgusting service I've ever had. Placed the order at 7pm, arrival time 7:50. By 10 past 8 I called them and was told its just leaving now so we wait. Its now 20 to 9 so we called again only to be told its leaving shortly! Either they lied and hadn't even made it or its been sat in the shop for 20 minutes and hasn't moved. I'm 13w pregnant and need to eat! It's going to be 2 hours since ordering before we get food. First and last time we ever order.

How can I not give a zero. Absolutely terrible service. Ordered at 5:45 via Uber told it would be here between 6:55 and 7:15. Call them at 7:20 to be told it’ll be a couple of minutes. 7:45 I ring them again as it’s been more than a couple minutes. Told them I’m not happy and they said driver is out with order and will be with me shortly. Tell them to forget it and cancel order and refund and get attitude from the lady on the end of the phone. Absolutely terrible service.

The food was loaded with way to much salt burnt my tongue it was that strong and 2 hrs later brought it all back up terrible experience

2 hours for delivery. I'd not mind if I'm told in advance but tonight with a 50-70 min quote time to then be 125 minutes. On my husbands birthday? Nope. No apologies, just a text to say on the way (and further 25 min wait) We were good customers but no more. Really disappointing.

We've ordered from here many times and never had an issue. Today, one of the dishes was revolting. I phoned to tell the 'restaurant' but they wouldn't even accept a complaint let alone sort out a replacement or a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told "no". As a family we order from here a few times a month with an order of about £40 a time. The young girl I spoke to on the phone confirmed the 'restaurant' was willing to lose their £80-£120 per month order from us over a £6.00 dish they weren't willing to help out with. If they had offered a replacement or a refund (or even spoken to me helpfully and politely) we would likely have ordered from them again, after all, not every business can get every single thing right 100% of the time. However their rudeness and attidude has definitely lost them our business. I've actually just noticed when chucking the rubbish in the bin that their paper menu which they send out with the order states "all food are non-refundable" so unless you're willing to bet your dinner and your wallet that your food will always be edible, I'd go elsewhere in future. And the icing on the cake was our prawn crackers were missing too!

This restaurant has been taken over & re-branded what was "the little chef" The food was lovely, as well as hot but I did pick it up!

Ordered from here using Just eat at 7.20pm. Estimated deliver time was between 35-40 minutes. Then says delivery time will be 8:35. Its now 9.15pm and my food still hasn't arrived. Tried calling the take away directly 6 times and they never answered. Worst Chinese take away ever. Not even worth a one star rating.

Not the best by along way but not the worst and they were open when others were shut late.

Very bad, rude customer service!

Placed order live not even 5 minutes away but got delivery. Pancake roll cold. 5 really small portions of duck but a ton of mushrooms. Pork balls really dry and the rest was really greasy so much so you can see in the bottom of the tubs

Ordered via Just Eat. Told 20:45, then 21:00, then 21:20. Phoned at 21:00 stage, had to shout on the phone because it was noisey their end but was eventually told they would phone the driver. 21:26 they still knocked my door and woke up the kids. Obviously can't comment on food but the service is very poor indeed.
