One of my favourite cafes for really lovely, good quality food. Lovely sandwiches and jacket potatoes with plentiful fillings and the most beautiful cakes and scones. All beautifully presented. It raises money for their charity which is a bonus. If you're a group it might help to book as it can get full up. Nice friendly atmosphere.

The food in this cafe is delicious. I had the biggest and best bacon and brie sandwich I’ve ever had, all served with a smile. I’ll definitely be back to try one of their homemade cakes.

I have been here a few times with friends for coffee and cake. This is a great little place with delicious cakes and coffee at good prices. The fact it is a charity is a bonus. This is the best place to go in Polegate.

My middle daughter treated the family to a cream tea, all I can say is wow! It was absolutely gorgeous, we had sandwiches, cakes scones, jam & clotted cream. Everything was homemade in the shop and it was all delicious. The food, drinks, surroundings and staff are all wonderful, Everyone is so friendly & helpful whether you're just popping in for a coffee & cake or a light lunch you are treated so well. (Cream Teas have to be booked a couple of days in advance) Will definitely be making this our local coffee shop, love love love it!!

Fantastic friendly staff who are very enthusiastic and caring. The produce is absolutely mouthwatering and I found it difficult to choose what to order. The cheese scones had just come out of the oven and were truly gorgeous. The coffee was one of the best that I have drunk and hot! A must go to place for hot drinks and lovely homemade cakes and pastries. Also soups and jacket potatoes which I can definitely recommend.

A lovely little cafe, great selection of sumptuous cakes, snacks etc. The scones were massive, and coffee cake was huge, fluffy and moist. The girls serving were really welcoming and had such nice personalities. And I could bring my dog! Thank you

It is not often that you come across a café that has been set up just to raise funds for a charity. But this is one - and a very good one it is too.The selection of homemade cakes, (all baked on the premises), is unbelievable, and the choice staggering. Combine this with wonderful coffee, other delicious foods and a charming staff, and you are onto a winner. Well, a double winner really - the Charity and the customer. Please pay this Coffee Shop a visit soon. Treat yourself and, at the same time put funds in the hands of the charity workers who provide counselling, care and support to families who have lost teenage and older children.

Had a little time to explore on a sunny afternoon and was curious upon reading the other positive Trip Advisor reviews. The staff was energetic and friendly, the profits support an excellent cause and the cake is delicious. Can’t ask for more!

You raise me up is a small cafe, serving homemade cakes, sandwiches and jacket potatoes at a really reasonable price. It is small but has a feeling of peace and friendliness. This is a very new cafe, developed for raising funds for Cancer in young people aged 16 - 25. The names of those who have passed on are on a large tree painted on the wall and butterflies on the counter. It is a lovely cafe and well worth a visit if you are in the area. Something beautiful out of sadness. Oh and the toasted sandwich was lovely. This is located very near to the cuckoo trail in Polegate.

What a fantastic few of coffee, it is so nice and I can’t criticise it at all. The foods and cakes are mostly home made by the staff and there are lots of gluten free at the same time. But you have to be quick as it sells very quickly. The staff are all so friendly and offer a scheme where patrons can pay ahead for tea or coffee if someone is in need. It is dog friendly. Very well run and worth a visit.

Jarvis Brew is a hidden gem. The coffee is fantastic and there are always a wide selection of pastries, cakes (inc. gluten free for a pal of mine) and even bacon rolls, freshly made, for my always eating sons! I am going to make this a regular stop for my morning routine.
