Yori Sushi in Hackney

Very good service. The staff went beyond to cater and give excellent service. It was my son's birthday. We got seated and we were told that they were having issues with water supply and there is no water. So therefore they will have to serve in takeaway boxes. I wasn't happy at all as they should've told us instantly when we came in. We came in a restaurant, travelled far as my son wanted sushi for his birthday. The staff went did their magic, served us with plates. Made a dessert platter for my birthday boy. Food was soo good. We chose varieties of dishes. We all enjoyed the food. Drunken noodles, rice etc was soo tasty. Family friendly restaurant. Overall very good service and happy customer. Plus we got discount!

Travelled almost 2hrs to eat at Yori Sushi, after hearing amazing reviews, only to get turned away at 9:50pm.. the shop was fully empty, not a single customer in sight. Me and hubby were turned away at the door by a female staff stating that they “close soon”. They close at 11pm. Yori Sushi should be serving customers till the last minute as a business to ensure their customers go back knowing full well they will get great service every time regardless of what time they get there as long as its within their business hours. Can say we wont be wasting our time and returning. Will definitely spread the word about the low quality of Yori Sushis staff working etiquettes and values. Absolutely embarrassing to Yori Sushi. The service was as nonexistent as their principles and standards. Do better Yori Sushi! Train your staff better and Value your customers!

This spot is very unhygienic and I don't recommend anyone to go here as the food wasn't quite at the level I expected it to be. Before booking a reservation or going to this shop, I recommend you make sure you check the reviews. In my experience I found a couple of small pubic hairs and food on the table, all the workers here were very rude to me and never cleaned my table even after I requested them to.

The perfect spot for a sushi the best sushi in east London. Everything we ordered was so flavourful. the drunken noodles were absolutely amazing. Can’t fault anything from food to service was immaculate

I have been here more than 5 times and food is always great, on this occasion we had home delivery and food standard was just as good. Customer service is friendly and attentive. Family orientated atmosphere.

The food was great as was the service. We ordered chicken chowmein vegetable sushi chicken fried rice pad Thai everything was very delicious. We will definitely be going again.

Was recommended by this place by a friend. Took my family of 15 since everything was halal. We first ordered some starters. Katsu prawn Mix starter set Spicy wings And tempura prawns They have a huge selection. For mains we ordered salmon lover box x3 Some drunken noodles Futomaki and some Uramaki. Starters came very well presented and decorated. We finished everything within a few minutes and was very excited for the mains. Waiter was making sure everything was all good to our standard and made sure the sauces and drinks were topped up. The mains came and it came with plates of plates. Everything again well presented. You can tell the food came with love. We all tried some noodles then some futomaki and then some uramaki. Then we were ready for the main set. Salmon was fresh, avacdo rolls were fresh everything was delicious. This is why i am writing this review. Plus my mum said to do it so..... Would highly recommend this place, give it a try. The atmosphere and decorations here, perfect place to seat in with the family.

Everything we order was really nice,salmon and tuna variety box was fresh and tasty with so many varieties We will definitely back soon

Ordering from yori sushi since long time,they always make fresh and authentic sushi,never been disinterested.

We ordered miso soup and it bore no resemblance to miso soup - it was a cold watery vegetable stock with lots of diced vegetables in it no seaweed or miso in sight horrible bento box salads were basically some chopped salad with no dressing REALLY EXPENSIVE MEAL and really horrible. AVOID

The food was excellent. The service from the employees was very friendly and quick. The sushi was fresh and the katsu curry was quality and quantity. If your a sushi lover i recommend

Absolutely disgusting My wife is currently making herself sick Tofu was fizzy and obviously into some kind of secondary fermentation Avocado sushi! Rock hard avocado. Rang to complain and got attitude. Asked to speak to manager. Got more attitude (“we’ve been making this stuff for 3 years!”). Asked to speak to chef. Got told he only speaks Japanese. That’s ok, I said, I do too...didn’t matter, seems Japanese chef didn’t speak Japanese. Avoid this place Soooooo bad

Ordered for pick up and the edamame was freezing cold as if it had come straight out of the fridge, to be told they can only heat it up if you're eating in. The calamari wasn't cooked properly! The batter was still gooey and soggy. We had king Prawn tempura donburi and prawn katsu curry... Well.... in the nicest possible way I'm almost 100% certain they got the battered tempura prawns from Iceland. Curry sauce wasn't great. Donburi sauce was nice but the prawns and rice were all soggy and mushy. The salad... Well it consists of shredded lettuce with a slice of tomato, cucumber, with lime and a slice of raw carrot???? All in all utterly disappointed. I ordered food to be cooked for me but still had to come home and cook my edamame further. Won't be returning!
