Oh wow where to begin? Last weekend, we had a great family outing at *Itsu* on 161 City Road. The moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the kids were thrilled with all the sushi and fresh options. There was a balding guy on the team who seemed a bit serious at first, and I couldn’t help but feel a little suspicious of him. But as the meal went on, he turned out to be one of the friendliest staff members, always checking in on us and making sure everything was perfect. He even made the kids laugh with a little joke! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was fantastic. We had an amazing time, and the whole family left happy, already planning our next visit.

I recently visited Itsu at 161 City Road and had a fantastic experience! The food was, as always, fresh, light, and delicious. I grabbed some sushi and a hot chicken gyoza soup – both were perfectly prepared, and you can tell they take quality seriously here. But what really made this visit stand out was the staff. There was a super helpful and funny guy, who I believe might have been the kitchen manager. He was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. It's rare to find such genuine, personable service, especially in a fast-casual setting like this. I left feeling not only satisfied but also in a great mood thanks to him! I really recommend this place if you're looking for quick, healthy food and great service.

Day before yesterday i have visited Itsu, City road with my husband. And i have got the best service ever in my life there. All the staffs are friendly, food was also very nice. But i can't ignore one of their staff, i believe, he was the manager.. he was so welcoming. When i was enjoying my food, suddenly i discovered him with a miso soup what i didn't order. Actually when he was helping me in the kiosk , that time he noticed my runny nose.. and he brought miso soup for me so that i can feel better. That makes my heart melt... i will highly recommend this store....

Hot food is fresh, at least it can be eaten even in cold weather. Hot food is no longer difficult to ask for. I drink miso soup every time. I can use the app to store and exchange free food.

I was going with my son to hospital opposite this itsu. We step in for lunch as we vere quite hungry. Upon arrival we were greeted and offered some snacks to try out. The staff were very friendly and polite. There was plenty of space to sit and we enjoyed our hot salmon salad. Defeated will come back.

Very tasty chicken teriyaki. Recommend as going for lunch or dinner. Best of all is half price at the end of the day.

No wasabi and one tiny amount of soy sauce for a party platter supposed to be eaten by 4 people! Also a few pieces appeared to be missing and a couple of the California rolls not really rolled and half open.

We were very positively impressed by this healthy, yummy japanese style of fast food. You order and pay at a display and get a fast and friendly handout of really nutritional bites. We preferred the warm dishes (e. g. the miso salmon rice'box or chicken teriyaki rice'bowl) that get prepared right on order versus the cold stuff in the shelves - except the Mochi (chocolate & raspberry) being one of my favorite desserts overall and also on spot in the itsu. This is redefinition of fast food.

What an amazing place on Earth. I go there every week. Usually from Monday to Friday. Sometimes I can't even sleep how excited I am. Highly recommended.

I visited the shop when I was in a hurry but I don't think I ever posible get some rice box that fast as itsu city road. It took about a minute and it is very tasty as well. I like their speed of service and it's quality of customers service no match for any other.

I tried itsu for for the first time from City road and that was amazing experience ever I got from London in my entire time. Their quality of food and the customer service was excellent and the shop was neat and tidy. I definitely visit itsu city road again for sure.

My wife, toddler and I came here regularly in June/July 24 while staying nearby. Food is great, and service is excellent. The staff always made us feel very welcome, especially as a young family looking for something healthy and tasty that our toddler would also enjoy

Impromptu food after work.... what a recommendation... we had Duck Bao buns OMG ...truly epic tastes followed by spicy wings. We shall def be back when we have more time to sample the menu 😁🤘

Very small portions and fish was a bit rancid

The delivery driver first went to the wrong address which was very far and we had to chase him on the just eat app for an hour to get our food. By doing this by the time we got our food it was all freezing cold. I am not happy

Food great as always. There's a manager in there who runs the place like it's a boot camp and treats her customers as such.

Did not like the katsu, it was overloaded with edamame and had very little rice and chicken. I couldn’t even finish it even though chicken katsu is one of my go to recipes while ordering from other restaurants. Chocolate mochi was good though hence gave it an extra star.

Really good experience. Such helpful staff. I was ordering £300 worth of food for a presentation and they helped every step of the way, kept updating me and gave me complimentary Miso. Really good service

Love the miso soup in itsu. Also they serve some common asian foods like chicken or salmon teriyaki, sushi, etc. The staffs are friendly and pretty responsive.

It's Itsu - a good selection of foods, and sitting by the windows to people watching, when it's warm - why not sit outside on the tables.

Quick fresh food and the discount before closing is a great deal.

15 minutes before closing time, they let you order to tell you after 10 minutes waiting there’s no more food available and they have to refund. Very bad service by lazy staff

Amazing experience. The food was the perfect temperature and packaged beautifully in an Itsu box. It included all the sauces and the chopsticks. The delivery was very quick, friendly and seamless. Would recommend :-)

Well, not bad, but not too good. Rice sometimes feels a bit undercooked (I'm Asian, no one knows rice better than I do) the discount before closing is a great deal.

I paid and they wouldn’t make me my food, they told me to go away. They said it was too late and refused to make me food I had already paid for. I am frustrated and will never support this place again. They said the tax was not refundable. 29/10/2021 in the evening.

Very nice staff but just had the worst veggie’gyoza noodle’bowl. It was completely overcooked and mushy when i opened it in my office down the road. had to throw it out

This is a Japanese restaurant located in Central London. The restaurant set up is beautifully done. There are some outside sittings available too. The choice of food is reasonably wide. Food is fresh. Quality of food is good. Prices are reasonable. Cash and cards are accepted. All food are offered at half price from 8.30 pm onwards. Cleanliness is good. Service is good. Online food delivery is available too.

Good clean fresh branch, food is up to the high Itsu standard, I love that there is a carb free option. staff will fill your water bottle if you ask.

I ordered Teriyaki Chicken rice bowl. The food contain a lot of ginger, which i definitely don’t like it and can’t eat. The ginger is missing from the ingredients information. I couldn’t eat it, sorry. The service and the delivery were A+++.

Extremely disappointing. Didn't taste like Katsu at all. The chicken was plain, as was the veg and the ten tonnne of brown rice in the bottom has a curry powder taste, but certainly not Katsu flavour. I paid extra for "Double Chicken" but what I ended up with was pretty pathetic. I'd hate to see what a single portion looks like. First and last time trying this place that's for sure.
