This is a great little sushi restaurant in Middlesex street just outside the city. Run by a very friendly couple. The menu also includes a great red or green Thai curry dish, chicken Katy's curry and chicken or salmon teriyaki. Great food at extremely reasonable prices. You won't be sorry you found this gem!

If you are around try the katsu curry. One of the best I tried in London. The restaurant is not fancy but the food is good.

Finally stopped by Yobun Sushi and really glad I did. We had the chef sushi selection and Pad Thai. Both are made of generous portions, with loads of flavour. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

I come again and again to this place and get bored of it. Quality is high and now they open longer times.. Definitely worth it to try a couple things on the menu!

I read about this restaurant on Tripadvisor and decided to order dinner through Deliveroo. I ordered 2 cut roll and 1 hand roll. The prawn tempura roll wasn't good at all. The prawn was fried using an oil that was quite disgusting. The hand roll with salmon and avocado wasn't great either. The avocado is supposed to be eaten ripe. It wasn't! This was my first order and the last one.

I work just around the conner from this place and it's fantastic. Great sushi and they do the most amazing Katsu curry for only £6.50 which comes with a miso soup which I have at least twice a week. Strongly recommend, lovely people who run it to.

Have walked past this place several times, without realising it was there! We were lured in by the lunchtime set meal deal (£6/£7 - soup, rice & a main). A pretty wide choice on the menu, but decided to go for the meal deal. Service was excellent & the food matched. Will be heading back to try some more of the menu.

I have to say I love this place! The food is delicious and the customer service is over the roof. Today, for being a loyal customer, I received a free sushi roll. Where do you see this nowadays?

Had lunch twice and was impressed by the taste, quantity/price and good service. Good option to take if you like sushi, or just for lunch

This is a very unassuming eatery on Middlesex St. The food is delicious, fresh and made with real care. They happen to make excellent tofu, which I can't seem to find made to such a recipe anywhere else. A real gem that deserves a long future.

A colleague and I happened upon this unassuming little sushi bar a month or so ago and it has become our 'go to' place for lunch. The sashimi is the best that I have ever tasted and mackerel is amazing. Tom Yum soup is just like the ones that you would find in a street stall in Thailand...amazingly fragrant and full of chicken, squid and prawns. Very well priced sushi, tempura and noodle dishes, and of course the freshest sushi you will taste. Set lunch of rice plus teriyaki katsu curry / yakisoba noodles plus edamame beans or spring roll and a drink for £6...great value.Forget Sushi Samba, save your money and come here....but not too many of you, I want to make sure I can still get in!

We were looking for something to eat in Hackney and by good fortune stumbled upon Seaweed. What an absolute stroke of luck.... the food was absolutely amazing and great value for money. The staff were very helpful indeed especially with some suggestions for my partner. I wish I could give the overall rating more than '5 out of 5', Seaweed really is that exceptional.
