Compré entradas para la clase magistral de sushi a través de Virgin Experiences y qué desastre fue. La reserva fue realmente difícil: llamé y me dijeron que me enviara un correo electrónico, así que recibí y no recibí respuesta durante aproximadamente una semana, para luego decirme que la clase estaba llena y mi correo electrónico se envió a correo no deseado. No es mi culpa, las carpetas de spam deben ser revisadas. Food was OK, spent more time trying to pay than I did eating my munch. Would hate to see what it's like when they are actually busy cause we were the only ones in the restaurant!!!!!

A group of 4 of us went for a meal at 3:30, there were only about 6 people eating in there at a time so it wasn’t busy at all but the service was ridiculously slow. Staff were more interesting in having chats with each other and standing around looking bored than helping when we wanted to order more food. It was impossible to attract the attention of staff, so it took us 15 minutes to signal someone down to ask the bill and then another 15 minutes for the bill to appear. Completely unbelievable, how can it take so long to count up plates? The food was fairly average but the service was so disastrous we won’t be going back.

The restaurant was quiet, I was starving after a strenuous workout above in David Lloyd Gym where the high membership costs makes me work out harder to get value for money. Im feeling broke and famished so delighted to hear it is a 1/3 off all prices and my meal comes to less than £10. If it was this price all the time, I would eat there everyday. Staff needed a quick reminder to bring out my food- it was lunchtime for them too and I could see the trying to quickly eat food before appearing with big smiles.

My son and I, who love good sushi, had dinner here this evening (22 December). There was very little selection on the conveyor belts and, when we tried to order, they were out of many dishes including both vegetable dishes. We were told that this was because they were going to closed on Christmas Day (3 days later) and had therefore not ordered too much!!! The rice for nigiri comes in pre-made "patties" and is not freshly rolled, the fish is paper thin, and service is non-existent. At these prices, there are many better sushi options all over London. I'd avoid this one!

The intervals in Madam Butterly are quite short. That means Yo Sushi is the place to eat at. The staff were brilliant and the food of its usual high standard.

Este lugar solía ser mi favorito. Los lunes azules son ahora 3 por plato. El sushi tiene menos de un cm de grosor. Nunca he visto sushi tan fino. Parte del sushi se deshace ya que no hay suficiente arroz para mantenerlo unido. Le di 2 estrellas simplemente porque sus otros platos siguen siendo buenos, pero la gerencia realmente debería revisar las porciones de sushi que ofrecen.

Asistí a la sucursal de Fulham Broadway el lunes azul. Aceptamos el aumento en el precio, así como la reducción en los platos, pero fue simplemente horrible. Han eliminado muchos platos del menú, pero lo más decepcionante es que los platos del lunes azul son de baja calidad y porciones más pequeñas de lo que recibiría si fuera un día normal. Los rollos de sushi son la mitad del tamaño con la mitad del relleno, otros platos son más pequeños y se presentan sin ningún cuidado. Yo y mi novio reservamos el Yo! ¡La experiencia de la escuela de sushi a través de DesignMyNight fue un regalo de Navidad y no nos decepcionó! Aprendí a hacer un montón de cosas diferentes y Filipe y todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial, y Filipe hizo que la experiencia fuera realmente divertida. ¡Dinero bien gastado, y obtendrás montañas de tu propio sushi hecho a mano para llevarte a casa! ! Si buscas una forma linda de pasar la tarde, te recomendaría el 1000%. ¡Gracias de nuevo! :)

After a match at the Bridge, this is only 10 minutes walk and you can always get a seat. Much greater range of food on the new menu and there is always plenty on the conveyor belt if you want to be really quick.

Il cibo delizioso, c’è una grande selezione sopratutto per me che non vado pazza per il pesce crudo. La cameriera che mi ha servito e stata molto d’aiuto Vijaya . La comida Yo es siempre la misma y nos gusta. Pero bueno, el personal ciertamente puede mejorar. No nos enteramos de la oferta que ni siquiera se explicó en el momento de la facturación.

I will definitely recommend this branch. The food is tasty and pretty much authentic to Japanese cuisine. The sashimi and the beef teriyaki were the best. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food.give it a try😉

Vine a este restaurante ayer ya estaba de regreso con los niños de David Lloyd. Como un cliente de la primera vez que es vegetariano junto con mis hijos siendo vegetariana, tengo que decir que estoy muy contento con mi tiempo Yo Sushi que tenía que dejar un comentario! Por primera vez, me ofreció un menú vegetariano en un restaurante. Esta simplemente desapareció mis expectativas! Me rompió por un camarero de nombre Vjay, sin que me podían ayudar a mí con el menú. Another excellent pre or post match venue within the Fulham Broadway complex. The food was really tasty today and freshly cooked. When you are short of time this is always a safe bet to get a seat and some excellent food.

Visited with 2 children and they loved it bit different they said but tried it and we ordered with the help of Merlin i think her name was she was excellent she helped and was on hand to advise and guide

This restaurant offers something that I haven’t seen before. It was my first time eating there and it was fabulous! The staff are very friendly! I was greated at the door by one of the waiters called Kristen who explained to me how the eating service works and offered an outstanding service that is worth coming back for.

I visited on the evening of the 20th Jan. I'll be back for the sushi for sure, it was fresh, tasty and the environment look pristine. Was brilliant too to see so many veggie options too. I did however feel sorry for the brunette waitress, while she waited with great customer service, she was the only one actually serving out of the two. The blonde waitress was fussing with her hair, reading her phone, talking while I was waiting for someone to bring me the cheque (to what I presume to be friends), ignoring customers, and scoffing food straight from the counter in front of everyone - no hand washing thereafter. Having worked as a waitress myself I wouldn't want her on my shift.

Ordered take away from Deliveroo. First of all it took ages for the order to arrive. The rice is hard rather than soft. Almost as if they had just taken it out of the freezer. Never again!

The food is ok really and pricing not that bad but the whole concept and serving is a disgrace to sushi. Ugly and very worn down plates in all kinds of colours just removes the appetite. Service was ok and same with food, its just the whole framework that sort of ruined the experience.

Sat for 20 minutes being ignored by the waiting staff.... Tried 1 plate from the belt and it was stone cold and I had nothing to drink it with due to being ignored.... We left in the end...... Restaurant wasn't even a quarter full..... No excuses

So it's suchi on a conveyor belt and you pretty much help yourself. The menu, range and price is good. The atmosphere is lacking with unfriendly staff who don't really seem to want to help. It could be awesome but this let's it down

This is where we always come before a movie on a weekday (as we dont like anything else in the Broadway) however, the service here is a hit and miss, some nights there are 3 people serving and some nights there is only just one person and they are having to go to the kitchen and cook too. I cna understand if your saving money on your overheads but service is important and as a chain i think you can afford to have more then 1 person serving at all times as every time we go there are at least 20 diners. Food also left on belt half an hour after time not good.. We like yo Sushi but the service needs to improve

Fuimos un mediodía, gastamos 10GBP por persona aprox, por ser la primera vez que íbamos el agua era gratis. El sushi deja mucho que desear, no hay variedad, les falta mas salmón, no tienen queso filadelfia, y ves rotar siempre las mismas cosas que es lo divertido de la salida por mas que puedas pedirle al mozo, igualmente no tienen mucho sabor. No volvería. Baño ok.

This is a typical Yo! Sushi. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The food is fairly decent. The gluten free options are good - I had salmon nigiri, salmon maki and salmon skin rolls - and there is gluten free soy sauce available on request. The layout and decor is a bit basic though.

My 7 year old daughter really wanted me to take her to Yo Sushi and to be very honest I`m not a great fan. As we live in Cheltenham and I`ve eaten a few time in my local Yo Sushi and it`s been ok!I have to say to my surprise Yo Sushi in London, Fulham Broadway has changed my mind, excellent service and a very enjoyable meal.Well done as a happy daughter makes me very happy.Thank you.

I eat at Yo! Sushi a lot and it is mostly consistent (depending on the branch). This one did not disappoint, we had around 35 minutes before our film started at the cinema next door. The food was quick to order, chefs and waitress were attentive, food was good (although the teryaki lacked sauce making it a little dry & my katsu was warm considering he had just made it, odd)Overall good, cheap and quick food.

we thought to grab a quick bite before a movie so with about 40 minutes available it was an easy choice. Only three tables were occupied - the restaurant can accommodate many more.Two clues that one should cue into, is that in the late afternoon there appears to be a shift change and secondly a sparsely populated conveyor suggests that this is a quiet time of the day. That said, we made very specific orders, one showed up as expected the Miso Dumpling with Ramen after ten minutes but was a little bland and needed a bit of saucing up with sriracha. (There's none on the table, you have to ask for some). The Chicken Katsu Curry never showed up and in the end we canceled after a 35 minute wait. I attributed this to confusion in the kitchen as a result of shift changes and multiple katsu orders from various customers.We hooked two plates from the conveyor a Kaiso Salad which was room temperature and would have been better chilled and a few pieces of maki with purple flecks in the rice that we couldn't conclude the identity of.The button press for attention/service generates a loud audible declaration throughout the restaurant which is obnoxious when there are so few patrons but is probably quite effective when the establishment is busy. A garish bubble tube next to the cubicle lights up which will surely delight youngsters. Good discoveries, were the water dispensers in the cubicle for still and carbonated water. A good supply of wooden chopsticks, pickled ginger (often not available in some sushi joints except on request).For the three plates the bill came in at just over £10

One of my favourite yo sushi branches which is in the Fulham Broadway station/shopping centre. Everytime I go in, they remember me which is nice. The chefs always keep their sections clean and sometimes take orders from the customers. The managers stay on the floor and interact with the customers all the time. The food is always nice and fresh. It's nice to see a branch which have staff that always smile.

My son decided to start his birthday with a Sushi starter at his favorite Sushi restaurant! Rather than select from the conveyor, we opted for freshly prepared Sushi - Salmon avocado hand roll followed by generous portions of Salmon Sashimi, that was so delicious, we had 3 portions each! The service was excellent, the Asahi beer was perfect and the food was superb!

Original concept for a sushi restaurant where you can see what you are gonna order. The sushi is not the best of the city but the price is ok!

Este restaurante está um pouco distante da visão dos turistas que vão para Londres ,mas se você quiser conhece-lo , não vai ser difícil chegar até lá. Situado no agradável e tranquilo bairro de Fulham Inclusive, é bom para o turista conhecer outros locais , onde o verdadeiro londrino vive ..Você pode comer as delícias lá ou levar para casa.Muito bom !!!

La comida no estaba mala, típico restaurante giratorio de sushi. Aunque al principio nos sentaron cerca del baño y la verdad que no era muy agradable. Luego nos cambiaron de sitio y ya mucho mejor. Para ir a ver el London Eye y luego tomar un tentempie está bastante bien!

Sono stato in questo ristorante Kaiten-sushi, in cui i piatti vengono serviti su un nastro trasportatore, per pranzo. I prezzi forse sono un po' elevati ma rientrano nello standard di questo tipo di cucina. Ampia scelta di piatti, ottimi per varietà (vi sono anche dei mini dolci) e freschezza degli ingredienti. Il prezzo di ogni singola portata dipendeva dal colore della ciotolina in cui era servita. Ricordo di essermi alzato dalla sedia sazio e soddisfatto.

I absolutely love yo sushi and have tried it in many different ones, but last week when i was on business in London and had to go to Fulham, I have realized that at the Tube Station there is one Yo Sushi.straight away i went for it ( around 15h00), there was no one inside and there was food in the belt, so i´ve taken a few from the belt and decided to order hot food. the waiter was tired and not even carying, slow and no excuse as i was the only one there, then the waiters (3 people) gather on the other side of the belt eating and talking. no one bother to ask me if i wanted a drink. not bother i just had my soup and carry one, stayed there for propably 30 minutes maximum, in and out and no one really bother making it cosier to stay.Food was good as always, same standard but service could and should improve by 100% otherwise can see this one closing down.

What a shame to spoil perfectly good sushi by forgetting your customer's order three times (three different members of staff...) Staff were all but invisible, took ages to get anyone's attention, even on this very quiet monday lunchtime. Not apologetic, even on my third time of placing the same order. Disappointing.

We went on a blue Monday and felt rather blue by the time we left also. Yes the blue dishes were just £2.50 each but the same ones just kept going around and around again pretty much for the whole of our visit. Some of the food tasted okay but one of the dishes I chose was stone cold when it was supposed to be hot - obviously because it had been going around and around and around again all over again! My partner asked them to cook one of the dishes fresh as it was also cold and he caught the "chef" trying to reheat instead. Just disgraceful. Also, the cooking bit in the middle was dirty with unwashed pans and flour everywhere etc. We won't be going back which is such a shame as apparently it used to be good once...

We were there at lunch time so it wasn't too busy and menu ordered food didn't take too long. Some people have written about this place being too expensive, i think it might look like small portions on the plates but you only need a few to fill you up. If not there's an 8 quid big bowl of food you could get. It's not a cheap place to eat if you want to try lots of different thingsi but the food is very tastey which makes up for it.

First of all, the prices at Yo! Sushi are absolutely outrageous - ESPECIALLY for the quality of the food. For example, 2 pieces of california roll cost over 3 GBP and not only was the rice dry, but the "crab" was dry and tasted old. The most reasonably priced item on the menu (so i thought at the time) was the avocado maki roll at a measly 1.60 GBP or something like this, but no word of a lie, out of the six pieces on the plate, FOUR of them actually had a trace of avocado in them. Aside from the quality of food, the service was absolutely terrible as well. Understandably, it was very busy and they were clearly understaffed - perhaps they didn't anticipate a 9pm rush, but half of our meal was forgotten by the server who had even written our order down! Once we had waited for our missing food with no attention for at least 20 minutes, I had to flag down our waiter who didn't even so much as offer an apology for the mishap. We then promptly asked for our bill and paid up at the till. The server asked how our meal was to which i replied "I am leaving here incredibly disappointed in the food quality and I'm also leaving still hungry!" The response I received was shocking, "yeah well, I'm exhausted and starving as well soooo..." I found this absolutely appalling as I have been working in restaurants for the past 9 years which I brought up with the server as well. The server continued on his exhaustion tangent and cast aside a customers concern for his own selfish well being. There is no reason to tell a customer this as an excuse. I'm sure everyone in London is over worked, tired, and starved! but if you are going to work at a restaurant, there is no excuse to put your emotions on a PAYING customer who has distressed they have basically had a terrible experience and are leaving more hungry than when they came in.

I have been to this branch quite a few times, and the staff are always attentive and helpful. We go on a Friday night, so it can get busy, but we’re never disappointed. Particularly as our last visit was during January Blues, so we managed to have a cheap night with good food. My only issues would be that water is no longer free. We weren’t advised of this before taking any water, which had always been free. But I realised that this is a general change, and not just to the Fulham restaurant. The only other problem was that one of our hot dishes were somehow missed off of our order. But once we informed staff, they were very apologetic and re-ordered the item, which came shortly after. But this wasn’t a big deal, as it was very busy at the time.The chefs were constantly washing their hands and cleaning their stations, which is a reassurance when dining. We loved watching them prepare and cook the dishes. The evening was very enjoyable, as usual. Would definitely recommend to all – and if you’re a first timer and you want drinks (like someone mentioned below) – there is a call button on your table which plays a noise and illuminates, in order for staff to locate you and take your order.

Have always had a great experience in Yo Sushi & this restaurant didn't let us down either. Whether as a couple, a group of friends or as a family, always able to meet our needs. We have been to this branch of Yo Sushi! quite a few times and have always had an enjoyable meal, with friendly service and a good atmosphere. However, one weekday last week we went in about 8.30 pm to find the tables greasy and barely clean, the conveyer belt with hardly a dish on it, very few customers and a general air of desultoriness pervading the place. We were not greeted on entry, as usual, so we made our own way to one of the unwelcoming tables. Having tried another, which by then, a waitress...

We had a quick dinner there. The only problem was long queue in front of the restaurant. But it was just before the match of Chelsea so it could be predictable. The service was, quick sushi was delicious so we were satisfied. And I can forget Kirin beer which I like a lot. During next visit of Chelsea match I will definitely return.

Premetto che non sono un amante del sushi e che sono venuto in questo locale perché trascinato dai miei amici. Mi è piaciuto il riso e una specie di crocchetta di patate e zucca, ma i piatti di pesce non mi hanno entusiasmato. Carina l'idea del nastro scorrevole sul quale girano i piatti. Molto gentile il personale che ci ha spiegato come funzionava il self-service dato che era la nostra prima volta in questo locale. Gentile e disponibile il cuoco italiano che preparava anche piatti su ordinazione nella cucina a vista. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta e stato cenare affacciato su una cucina in totale disordine con pile di vassoi vuoti (che fino a un attimo prima contenevano pesce crudo) in attesa di essere lavati, secchi pieni di pesce lasciati fuori dal frigo, spray per le pulizie e rotoli di carta appoggiati sui piani di lavoro in mezzo a taglieri e vassoi sui quali via via veniva preparato il pesce che doveva essere cotto. Ancora più deludente è stato assistere alle operazioni di pulizia della cucina a fine servizio: le ragazze avevano metodi a dir poco approssimativi e più che pulire davano l'impressione di spalmare lo sporco. Prezzi econimici, ma se questi sono gli standard di pulizia, decisamente non è il mio genere di ristorante.

yo sushi rappresenta il primo esempio di un nuovo tipo di ristorante. i piatti, preparati di fronte agli avventori, vengono "immessi" su un tapis roulant che li porta in giro per il ristorante. quando ti passa davanti il piatto lo prendi, e il colore determina il prezzo. ora, tanti hanno seguito l'esempio, ma yo sushi è stato il primo. quello presso la stazione di fulham non si discosta dallo standard. piatti ben preparati, gustosi, variati, con in più un "benefit": il martedì a metà prezzo.....(non lo sapevamo ed è stata una gradita sorpresa)una conferma. da non mancare

I took my daughter for lunch here at the Fulham site. They had a great deal on which all Blue plates were £2.50 so it was good to get a great selection all for the same price. It was very quiet but they made all of our choices to order. A great lunch.

Restaurante que recomendo, pratos diferentes e deliciosos, além do ótimo atendimento e o ambiente muito bacana. Gostamos muito!

My daughter and I went to Yo! Sushi as a treat. Neither of us had ever been before and wanted to have some fun. Fun is not a word I would use to describe our depressing experience at the Fulham Broadway branch. We were ushered in to the last booth at the back with a fantastic view of the poor bloke who spends his evening washing dishes. Having been explained the system the waiter said he would be back in a minute to take our drinks order. He never returned, which was an issue as my daughter was desperate for a Coke. We noticed quite quickly that the food going round was the same stuff over and over again. Dumplings that have been making the rounds for half an hour have no appeal. We did try a couple of dishes but after half an hour and hope of drinks we decided to go somewhere we could get some service and some fresh food. When I complained, the waiter said he was sorry but they were busy. Not an excuse I am willing to accept. No offer of a discount. Not acceptable! We will not be going back to Yo! Sushi anytime soon. Over priced, poor service and food that has been sitting around. Who needs it?

being an ex barman n a Yo Below and knowing the Yo! Way hurt me to see a Yo so run down. Dirty, boring, eaten by limescale, it made me feel the restaurant was 100 yrs old. Staff these days is coming and going andthe management-tree is clearly not good. Local manager is probably not bad, but definitely little stimulated. Sushi and sashimi not brillant either. Noteworthy effort from the chefs who seemed to live in a world f heir own and work the Yo! way. Not sure a refurb will fix it. It would prob only last a year or 2 after that.

Food good, service good and as usual great value for money, if you want a quick lunch. I'm a fan of Yo Sushi, and its becoming one of my favourite chains for a quick lunch. I couldn't really fault this branch, service was very quick and friendly. Just one little gripe - no wifi !!!!Wake up Yo Sushi ! It's the 21st Century - we all have iphones/internet phones, and need to use them at lunchtimes !

Ogni volta che faccio un viaggio a Londra mi fermo da Yo! Sushi. Questo a fulham è il primo della catena che ho provato ed è davvero molto carino. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e il posto mi è piaciuto molto. Un grande bancone rettangolare con al centro la cucina e sul quale scorrono i piatti tutti colorati (ogni colore un prezzo). Abituata ai giapponesi qui in italia questo è economicissimo!! E il cibo anche piuttosto buono :)

La catena YoSushi è sparsa per tutta Londra...noi abbiamo provato quello nel centro commerciale di Fulham Road, vicino al Ns albergo. il locale, a parte una giapponese, è gestito dai dei sudamericani, il servizio è stato scadente, abbaimo rodinato 2 risi e una zuppa di miso e dopo 15 minuti sono arrivati i risi, ma della mia zuppa di miso nemmeno l'ombra, meno male doveva essere al cosa più veloce. A parte questo, avendo assaggiato altri giapponesi, anche fast-food, la qualità era media e anche se puoi ordinare quello che vuoi, nel nmastro girevole non mettevano tante cose, specie quelle con il piattino verde che sono quelle che costano meno.L'idea è divertente: Ti siedi vicino al nastro e via via che passano scegli i piattini che vuoi tu, ad ogni colore del piatto corrisponde un prezzo. L'acqua è a disposizione sul tavolo, c'è direttamente il rubinetto sul tavolo e a Londra è davvero difficile non pagare l'acqua...e poi ti danno anche il menù per ordinare i piatti caldi o qualcosa in particolare. nonostante ci fosse un pò di gente i camerieri continuavano a fare le loro e ci hanno considerato pochissimo...consiglio di provare altri della stessa catena, anche se a mio avviso in altri ristoranti/locali di sushi si spende molto molto meno, considerando anche la quantità.Noi abbiamo speso 10 £ a testa, ma con i riso o zuppa a testa + 2 piattini...se siete affamati ve lo sconsigliO! meglio prendersi un box negli itsu, o nei vari supermercati dove la qualòità è altrettanto buona e la scelta molto ampia.

siamo stati attratti dai colori e dai piattini che scorrevano.. devo dire che è stata un esperienza piacevole, siamo a riusciti a spendere 10 pound a testa rimanendone soddisfatti! le porzioni sono piccoline forse per le figure maschili un pò troppo! ma cmq ci è piaciuto, a parte gli onigiri fritti che erano praticamente dei supplì pero bene! anche il personale è stato gentile, un esperienza positiva.

Huge Yo Sushi fan - first time to this branch - very poor service. Our immediate area was quite dirty.Also some dishes not matching the brand standards.Overall - won't be back to this branch.

My Boy LOVES this place. We go here pre-movie on weekends and early Monday or Friday nights, homework permitting. The staff are really nice and happy to rustle up something we want if, for any reason, it is not on the conveyor. It is not the same kind of sushi you would find in a small, dedicated sushi-restaurant - rice too dry, fish ok but not springy fresh - however, it is great value, quick and somewhere to rely on. Got to be preferable to Pizza Express once your kids have grown out of margharitas and garlic dough balls.

Yo Sushi is a Sushi chain and restaurants can be found all over London. The food is fresh and directly prepared, while then places on a conveyer belt to run past guests. Unfortunately, this means all guests sit at a bar, there is not much room and even less privacy for conversations.Also the food is a bit overpriced (even by London standards), as you are charges by the place you've consumed. It is very easy to run up a tap of 20 or more pounds without even noticing.It's good for a quick bite, but not the best place to go for a nice dinner with friends. Larger groups than 2 people would be very difficult to accommodate.

Bei dieser beliebten Sushi Kette werden Sushi am laufenden Band serviert. Bei sonderwünschen drückt man einfach einen Knopf und die freundlichen Kellner nehmen die Bestellung auf. Für den schnellen Snack unterwegs perfekt. Das Essen ist super allerdings sitzt man auf den hohen Stühlen nicht sehr bequem!
