Took over an hour to arrive - driver handed us a bag with two cokes in - all of the food was missing. Still haven't hear back from customer service about the refund requested so we paid nearly £40 for two cokes... disgusting

Delivery and collection is spot on. I was introduced to the Misa soup and now addicted it’s a must have every day. Restaurant itself is very clean and staff are lovely. Food is always fresh and delicious

I ordered the food at 4 pm and it came at almost 8 pm, the first time I had such problems with my order! I'm sure I wouldn't order from them again, even though the food was good! after so much waiting, my order should have been free or they could have it from the restaurant, but I had already paid for the delivery. I still waited, but I think it's the worst delivery I've had😏

Pretty expensive for what we ordered. The miso soup was just broth with literally two little cubes of tofu and a few pieces of seaweed. Overall, the taste of the dishes was good, but nothing amazing to remark.

The food is coming in hot, the salmon is big and fresh. Delicious.

Very quick, delicious and has a good food quality as Japanese restaurant should be. Keep it up.

The rice was putted hot on the poke, which makes all the ingredients cook. Disappointed.

The restaurant cannot be trusted to make deliveries. They do not update their customers. I was waiting over 2 hours for my food to arrive and was not updated in any delays. Not happy.

Despite clear instructions for delivery, the guy was wandering around knocking on other doors. I asked if the instructions were on the bag. He said no. I pointed out that they were on bag and he said 'oh'. Then I opened the container and the sushi was all over the place because this delivery guy had been carrying the flat platter sideways!

The food was fantastic once I got it so I hope isnt a review of the restaurant but the order was 46 minutes passed the initial time and the customer service when I call was useless and told me I had already ordered so they couldn’t help me and essentially ended the call… please If this is for the restaurant delete this.. this review is solely for just eat

Disgusting dry chicken. It tasted like a week old leftover

I’m not rating this. It was so early my friend had not arrived. Re-delivery was cold, The food quality is 3 star as the sushi was ok would have been better delivered at the stated time.

Everything is consistent here except the seared tuna which gets smaller with every order. Last time we called to alert them to the half size and they said to “try to get a refund from the delivery service, then hung up” (which was not the point of the call), then, like idiots we ordered it again and the portion was even smaller!!! We have learned our lesson (fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me). It’s just too bad bc the first few times it was perfect!

I found a bone in my salmon sushi, honestly i choked and almost died (not trying to be dramatic here) but you guys seriously need to debone your fish properly!

Hello, We ordered sushi from YouMeSushi and it was supposed to arrive around 20:35 but it has been at least 30 minutes late. This is terrible and we will not stand for this level of service.

Food is great, I love that they have the pink ginger on the side for sushi. But I orderd for a specific time, and they brought it half hour early.

Not the best Japanese option, food presentation is disappointing, sushi were all fallen down and stuck together, and the fish str not fresh, looks and taste not worth the price.will not order sgsin

Rolls was great, fresh and really tasty. What surprised me that we got 3 portion of soya sauce that I love. What was a little disappointing that for 2 portions of rolls, one of them was platter, we got only one pair of wooden sticks. We definitely will order again

The wrong items were delivered. I called the restaurant and they were not obliging in returning the difference in price. I shall contact them via email again. This is a shame as the food is very good; service has let them down.

It's not the restaurant I'm disappointed with so much as Just Eat. The restaurant I ordered from was the top recommended "in my area" after providing my post code, however upon further research myself, I found another location of the chain much closer, which I presume would have helped somewhat with delivery time. That said, even in traffic (which barely affects deliveries on scooters) the drive from this location should have only been 15 minutes, so for the order to arrive 1h20 after I placed it was pretty poor service in my opinion. Not to mention that on the Just Eat website, the phone number they have linked for this restaurant is incorrect.

Ordered spicy chicken soup as usual. When I bit the chicken dumpling which looked odd and far from fresh I nearly puked! It was so bad and smelled so rotten... went straight to bin. very disappointed to pay nearly 9£ for soup which i could not eat! You just lost your regular customer...

Used salmon wasn't the best quality.

The gyozas are not supposed to be served cold cause they are fried. They send me chicken curry instead of teriyaki. If it was alright could be good

Among other things, we ordered 2 Salmon Box. Instead of the 6 prices of California roll, we got some Utamaro with crab and avocado (with no salmon!). Unless I got it wrong, it wasn’t what I ordered. Also, they very stingy with the soja sauce and the ginger. I have asked for extra ginger but i got 2 pieces in the box which is way below average.

Zero stars! App said the order confirmed but after 20 minutes of the promised delivery time still nothing! Apparently they have tried calling me to confirm something... I make the order and I go on with my things... Not waiting for phone calls! Then I saw ONE missed call :D ONE! Didn't have credit, so couldn't call back. So no food Tonight! What's the point of the app if everything has to be done via phone anyway!

The delivery was much earlier than announced. That was really good. The sushi wasn't that good though...pretty average.

We ordered noodles but we got rice instead, they gave us two bowls of miso soup which we didn't order but we appreciated it since we saw it like a nice gesture for the missing noodles. Unfortunately the food was poor in taste and quality. The rice was absolutely terrible. No taste at all.

Was 20 minutes late which wasn't a big deal but when I received the food there was Little wasabi and soy sauce which is a shame considering I got two sushi boxes . Food was alright, normally they do better quality but still nice

The food took 1h and a quarter. Very cold.

Ordered chicken ramen... came with soup in one cup half spilled. Noodles and other bits in the other cup but noodles were just mush in the bottom of the cup. Really not up to standard at all would never order again

I called the restaurant when the food hadn't arrived after 30 minutes and the person I spoke to wasn't interested in helping me - he just said the food would be with me soon. We eventually received the food over 30 minutes late. The quality of the food was not good - sloppy presentation and nothing special.

my delivery was late for 45 min, the food was cold

I have always been happy with my order from YouMeSushi but this time around it seems like there has been some changes for the worse. I live in an apartment block where the delivery people can't get in without me opening, so I always just write the address of the block and write a note for them to call me when they're here and I will come and collect. It works perfectly fine always. This time, after ordering, a lady called me back and asked for my flat number. I told her how I have always done it, but she insisted, so I gave it to her. My buzzer doesn't work, which is why I wrote a note for them to call me. When here, the delivery guy does not call me. Someone keeps buzzing but I hear nothing so I'm just thinking that they always call so it can't be them. After 3 times I put my shoes on and go down. Turns out the restaurant didn't even give my note to the driver and the number on the receipt was not mine (I know they have my number because I got a text from then when ordering). Whenever I order, the sushi always seem fresh. While the prawn katsu sushi seemed fresh this time, my california roll was cold... as if it had been in the fridge and just taken out to deliver to me. Not impressed this time around unfortunately. Which is a shame since YouMeSushi has been my favourite for a while.

Lovely food, noodle chicken teriyaki was still hot on delivery, even though it was 20 mins late. Food was delicious, some of the best sushi I have had. Totally recommend ordering from here, I will again.

Litterally paper thin tuna and salmon. A joke to be honest! Saying that if i pay cheap then i expect bad quality Id reccomed competitors if you want a normal amount of fish with your sushi Could do so much better. Shame on you . Was late, but they were nice about it. However food was the worst Japanese take away ever. Old soggy gyoza. Katsu chicken was damp, rice was lumpy, wet. Safe to say there are better options.

Order the 18 piece Nigiri Box. Delicious, quick delivery, came with wasabi and soy sauce. Will order again :)

Order was wrong. Items on the menu they said they “don’t do no more”. The store lied about trying to ring me to miss item from order. Then they changed their story to say they didn’t charge me for anyway. Delivery man had no change to give back. Amount charged was more than what my order was saying.!!! Really really bad service...!

Delivery took 2 hours to arrive and the only compensation was edename! We wouldn’t have ordered in the first place if it was going to take 2 hours. The miso cod- was saturated in sauce and too sweet to eat

Absolutely shocking!! Waited over 2 hours for food and they still got the order wrong! When i called the restaurant and told them to bring the rest of my order they said their closed and hung up! I think the should close down asap! Horrible place!

The order arrived 1 hour late. I called them 10 minutes after my supposed delivery time asking when my order was coming, they said it would come 10 minutes later. They then called me 20 minutes later saying they couldn't find the address. I put the exact same address for another food delivery which arrived on time and with no issue. It took them in total 1 hour to deliver my food, so I got my food 2 hours from the time I ordered it. The food wasn't even that good and it was almost cold by the time it got to me. Definitely would not recommend this place.
