Disgusting food plus stuff is very rude

Food is disgusting over price also when they put salad on the side hes hand is shaking

On Thursday at 11:40 pm, I encountered very rude behavior from the person who answered the phone. As a regular customer of City Pizza, this experience was disheartening. Furthermore, when I placed an order for an XL pizza, I was surprised that the staff member did not seem to understand what "XL" meant. Ordered for takeaway. Pizza was very bice and well cooked. Wings were well seasoned yet crispy. Food arrived very quickly, this is my new go to pizza shop in Camden/Islington

The pizza was very good quality and a great price. We got the vegetarian and pepperoni deep pan pizzas and they were well made and tasted great.

guys kept making an excuse that they have too many orders an that my food will arrive in 10 minutes then became 1 hour. couldn't offer a refund expect a voucher for 1 pizza next time. then they preceeded to bad mouth me to the delivery driver which I understood very clearly in urdu...

Over worked dough and sub standard ingredients. Wing's are from frozen and 50% breading and just laced with spice. You know it's a sad turn of events when you're not looking for the prospect of day old pizza for breakfast. Black tea and porridge to settle my stomach.

Delivery driver was very polite and friendly. I enjoyed the the Pizza a lot, it was nice & spicy. Garlic bread was a bit chewy and the drink that came with the meal have expired since Jan 2024.

Food was good but when your food it takes some time although the food is very fresh and good, however I've hered from other they forgot toppings for the pizza and multiple times they've almost forgot my drink and I've had to remind them

I normally order from this place all the time and I’m normally happy…Toppings was completely different to what I asked for this time so very disappointing There was no sweetcorn which I asked for on the pizza There was onions, mushrooms and jalapeños which I didn’t ask for? They gave me their ready made tandoori pizza when I asked for a fresh one with my own toppings

Really nice deep pan pizza, and the driver was really nice too.

Received what i ordered. Everything was good and hot. The wings I previously ordered were the same as they were today. No change, some black burnt marks which feels like it was on some hot pan or something to heat it on high flame. The chips are alright. The pizza was good, but after a few slice, i was shocked there was a half broken bone. I have never come across this before, and this is why i put it down poor as there was a bone in my pizza. I would be really frustrated if it was eaten by one of my children and starts choking on it. Please double-check your foods before sending it out.

Awesome Pizza every time. I've not had a delivery so can't comment on that but whenever I collect the pizza is fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

Sadly, I lost all faith in ever visiting again. Despite informing the staff of allergies my children have, we noticed that the chefs preparing the food wore the same gloves throughout our dining experience. For example, I ordered my son pancakes and had to eat them instead because I saw the chef take them out the package, touching them with the gloves he then had used to touch raw fish with and sauces bottles, seasoning etc! Made it all feel very unsafe and risky for allergy sufferers. It seemed no attempt was being made to avoid cross contamination at all.

My order arrived but there was a mixup. Housemates told driver that nobody ordered a pizza. I then rang back The takeaway. They were very nice to deal with, they sorted it out and rang the delivery driver and instructed Him to deliver the pizza again. Lovely pizza thanks

Pizza was cooked to perfection and made just how I like it.

My husband and I like Japanese food and we saw this restaurant inside Westfield Shopping Center. We gave it a try and we were at a lost ordering our food. However, we are thankful for one of their friendly staffs who helped us order our food and in a few minutes enjoying the fresh sushi and sashimi. Something light but delicious.

Good and fast thin crust is a must if you’re asking me

Hello everybody just want to let you know that how delicious and wonderful this pizza is I made an order for £40 a payment the driver was so nice I' m impressed with his applied nurse and respectfull manners it was hot and steaming when he opened his bag I had the pizza i we'll go back again next time.?

I placed a pretty large order with some special requests. Delivered on time with requests attended to. And it was great pizza!

I love this place and ii know times are hard but i got to be 100% honest i dont care about a few quid on the price of my bag of wonder if its still the same size and girth it always was. i love you never change please think about curlyfries :)

On Thursday night i ordered pizza via Deliveroo however never received the delivery and was charged £36 for nothing. Tried to contact them via phone and nobody picked so I ended up not being refunded even after I spoke to Deliveroo. Not recommended at all.

Pizza was delicious so have to give full stars. For the toppings I got beef, tandoori chicken, sweetcorn and jalapenos.

Thick crust instead of thin crust, rude delivery driver, rang my bell continually and asked me if I was asleep as I didn't answer instantly, wish I hadn't tipped the guy, have been using you guys for years and always given 5 stars, no longer I'm afraid, disappointed.

They forgot half of my order which i think is terrible service but they gave me my refund in cash at the door which redeemed themselves however im still upset they forgot half of my order.
