Dunkin donuts is my favourite coffee shop in the UK. James who works in my local Dunkin’ is an awesome guy - I moved away and came back and was very happy to see he was still working here… was and still is very polite and kind. I’m a happy customer 💜

Love this coffee shop however went in for the Oreo doughnut and coffee. Was sold out even though was advertised on the shop window which staff seems oblivious too🤨 which is his job to know bout what’s in stock and what’s not. Started off cheap and ended up being expensive.

Went for few Donuts and offer on 6 box was too good to miss. Tried hazelnut Mocha latte and it was YUM. Would visit again.

I came in around 9:35 on 11/11/23 whilst on my way to work. I was greeted by the happiest guy I have ever witnessed to work on a Saturday, and another girl by his side cracking jokes. The service I received was nothing short of exceptional in the 2 minutes I was inside the store. As a current Starbucks employee, I’d rather pay for my coffee here and receive their service, than get the free coffee from work. They really set me in a good mood after having a terrible morning. I was so excited for yo sushi as it’s a real treat but I’ll not be going back because the staff were horrible. They were so rude and condescending that I had to ask if I’d done something wrong to make them so angry! To top it off they charged me £5.75 for a pancake which was advertised and labelled as £3.50 and when I told them they said they’d give me a refund but the receipt didn’t say refund and when I asked they didn’t explain anything and instead said wait 3-5 days and if it’s not there call the store! It felt like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world, not a customer. My 5 year old asked me why they were so angry!! Even though the food was nice I’ll never go back as their behaviour ruined my whole experience and I’ve felt knotted up about it since.

Visited here to grab a box of mixed flavour donuts at 11am before I was due to leave Manchester. The donuts were nice and up to their usual standards. Only disappointing thing was that they were out of stock so early in the day for some of the staple flavours like the choc icing with sprinkles which is my favourite and the main one I went for. I’d expect them to be ready for demand on those staple flavours for most of the day at least.

Needed something cold and sweet and was recommended iced mocca with hazelnut syrup and whipped cream. This was really nice for my travels and the doughnuts were nice and soft too. Thank you to the lady which served me as she was really helpful with the choice and so was the one making the drinks.

Popped in for a doughnut for the kids, they had a small but varied selection I ordered two and a coffee and was surprised at the price. It was cheaper than I expected and the coffee was nice, I think they have a deal on for a doughnut and a coffee but I didn't see it advertised. Good value either way.

Sterling customer service from James and Marcelle, both staff members were welcoming, warm and provided service with a smile!

Ironically this shop is much nicer than any of the stores I've visited in Boston and controversially the doughnuts might be slightly better too, although the coffee is equally underwhelming

Not good sushi and way overpriced. Dry and tasteless very disappointing. Tasted like it was not fresh and left out for a few days. Staff were nice however

A great place to have a coffee or donut, a nice sanctuary from the hustle and bustle outside on Piccadilly. Normally get a smile or a laugh with your coffee, which can be much needed in the morning :) Great staff

Tried a coffee and a doughnut from here and honestly was good, I also had a mango iced drink which was good, maybe a little too sweet but still nice!

This was my first and last time trying Dunkin'. Nice staff, but the donuts are overrated. Soggy, no flavor, and a ton of sugar.

Went to Dunkin’ for the first time yesterday morning. I purchased the raspberry white chocolate donut and a small latté. I used the QR code on the app and I somehow managed to pay just £3 so I saved almost £6. Didn’t expect to get such a great bargain on my first go on the app. The staff were very friendly and my order didn’t take long. I can now claim a free donut until April 2nd. Will definitely go again very soon. ☺️

The best Dunkin in Manchester, The Donuts are great and James the store manager is hand down the best barista you will encounter. He deserves a payrise for his customer service and for just being a great guy.

We got a couple of coffees and some doughnuts for breakfast during our visit to the Imperial War Museum. Doughnuts were great but I didnt enjoy my coffee, I ordered a latte with a maple shot in it however upon recieving my order I found out it was Maple spiced which is not specified when you are ordering at the machines. I unfortunately absolutely hate cinnamon, so the coffee on this occasion was a miss for me

Unable to order food via website. Spoke to staff to ask about ordering hot food and was told the kitchen was closed. Ordered prepackaged food and then got moved out of the dinning area as they were closing

One thing to improve on, perhaps the staff should pay a little attention to the cleanliness of the tables.

Today, I visited 'Yo Sushi' with my partner and couple of friends. 3 of which are content creators and planned to document our meal. We arrived at 19:15 and were immediately told it was closed despite the website stating it closed at 8pm. We objected to the waitress and she was adamant it was closed and we wouldn't be able to dine inside. This is really poor operations and is misleading after we'd spent an hour trying to reach the restaurant. We won't be back.

First time at Dunkins. Inside as a seating area. A cute and delicious selection of doughnuts. We chose 6 different flavoured doughnuts which came in a cute Dunkin box for £9.99. Amazing. A box of these as a gift would make a sweet tooth fiend extremely happy.

I visited this place on Friday evening, really disappointed. The place was extremely dirty, mess on every table and underneath. There was only one stuff member dealing with all orders. Not surprised she didn't have a time to clean.

Diabetes has never tasted so sweet before, my wife loves the coffee here, I prefer the donuts... Not much difference in between donuts but the Smiley Happy one is my favourite!

Ordered a Creme brulee doughnut and a Large Americano with Milk the doughnut was so soft and airy on the inside with a fluffy mousse and had a gorgeous caramel glaze on top. My coffee was scorching hot just how I like it and good value for money. I was also able to avail a student discount with my student ID. PERFECT!

We also had a strawberry lemonade was very nice the person who had it advise Easy to find when on way from or back to train station Seating get closed earlier than closing time, which is understandable as need cleaning down prior to close well with a visit

Oh my gosh, these doughnuts are to die for. So nice and a great and cosy environment to sit and relax in all in the heart of the city.

Now don't get me wrong, I am a huge Dunkin' lover in both the US and UK, but this specific store is not painting the company in a great light. The manager/assistant manager are more concerned about keeping tables open (despite there being a fair few, none of which were at capacity during my visits) that they disapprove of business customers using the venue for work, even if you are a paying customer several times over. It is a bold stance to make being situated surrounded by offices and right near the train station. The staff however are always excellent, accommodating and provide a great service.

I'm usually a krispy kreme kind of girl but i have been completely converted! I love these donuts especially mr happy, they are so soft and fresh and they are cheaper so its a win win! The staff have always been pleasant and helpful :) no parking outside you will have to walk to it

My daughter booked for 1.45 pm, after our visit to the Peter Rabbit’s Garden show for my grandson. Realising it would be a long time for the little one to wait when we came out of the show my daughter asked if we could bring the booking forward. The gentleman was very pleasant and said, not at the moment but if you come back at 1.30 there may have been a cancellation. We went back at 1.30 but the young lady who was now on said there were no available tables, yet some people arrived whilst we were standing there and asked for a table. She asked if they had booked, they said no but, strangely she showed them to a table straight away. We waited until 1.45 and at 1.47 the same young lady arrived and recognising us said she would go and see if our table was ready! Why would it not be when we had a booking which they were all too well aware of? There were also at least 3 table quite obviously available. We eventually got seated at 1.50 pm. We were informed of the ordering system, which in itself is cumbersome and time consuming as we had to register prior to viewing the menu. Considering the time we had had to wait could the young lady not have explained that we could register and peruse the online menu whilst we waited. They were well aware we had a small child with us but they did not inform us there were no children’s meals available, because they had no edamame? OK, the child could eat fried chicken and noodles, he won’t eat rice. They had no noodles - NO NOODLES in a sushi bar??? Yo Sushi bears absolutely no resemblance to any sushi bar I have ever been to. In fact, the sushi bears no resemblance to any sushi I have had before. It was bland, tasteless, under seasoned, certainly overpriced and basically, just any old fast food.

Went into Piccadilly store today after work for some donut treats for my journey home, I was served by a lovely girl with red hair, think she was called Caitlin, she was very cheerful and helpful, knew all about the donuts as I couldn’t decide which to choose, very friendly atmosphere, and the donuts were delicious 😋 might be a regular visitor 👍🏻

Today I went to the one in Piccadilly where I ordered a 6 box. I was served by a lovely young girl with red hair, think she was called Beth. Very polite and was so friendly. Made me feel very welcome and had great knowledge of the donuts and helped me decide which ones I wanted. I would have put a 5star but sadly the other staff let it down.

Changed for the worse. Now a very small selection of dishes. I really just wanted to order salmon sashimi but had to order a whole super salmon box to get that. The prawn katsu curry was the worst I’ve had - two prawns were hard and rubbery and one was soggy and tasted funny. My husband got a large chicken katsu curry yet here you get the same amount of rice as when ordering a normal sized one. There is now only seating along a couple of benches facing out (no more tables to talk to each other) and the plastic/disposables wastage is immense. You have to have your sushi in non-reusable containers, the wasabi and soy sauce come in small disposable plastic containers (no ginger available either), plastic forks and chopsticks are automatically put into your paper carrier bag even if you’re eating in and don’t need a bag or forks... we won’t be back to this branch.
