Ordered a ham and cheese panini with chunky chips. Chips were good. The panini though looked underdone. Checked the filling. A single piece of ham, so thinly sliced that you could see through it and a slice of cheese of similar proportions. Obviously the panini has to be underdone otherwise the meagre amount of cheese would totally melt and disappear! Altogether an unpleasant and disappointing experience never to be repeated.

The manager off the cafe is so so rude!!! 3 times I have been she is miserable rude. She brought half my food I asked where he rest was she said she didn't know. And didn't intend to find out she makes my experience miserable every time and clearly hates her job!!!!!

Been a while since we tried this cafe and haven't been impressed in the past. Is it any better? No. Expensive, poor quality food, coffee luke warm and like dishwater it's so weak, crowded, tables dirty, and very limited natural light. The only positive thing about it is no more queuing, faster and more accurate orders, thanks to order points

My friend and I meet in Camberley on the first Sunday of every month. First M&S went cashless in the Cafe, now Tescos. 4 of 7 machines not working, no way of adapting the order beyond the norms and a totally ridiculous system that frustrates me on each visit now. No menus so all visitors literally need to clog access to the machines whilst they scroll, review and decide. We've decided we are now going to meet somewhere else and take our business were cash is acceptable!

I recently visited the Pizza Hut restaurant earlier this afternoon with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty, with only a few customers seated. We chose a table slightly away from the entrance, near the kitchen and counter area. However, just as we were about to sit down, a staff member approached us and rudely told us not to sit there. He claimed that another staff member had been waving at us to indicate the table was unavailable, but we hadn’t seen him. He then stated, “Now he is mad at you,” while another man gave us a rude look. The explanation given was that the table hadn’t been sanitized after the previous customer left, although the seat looked just as clean as the other empty seats, with nothing visibly dirty. We assured him that we didn’t mind, but he didn’t listen and continued speaking to us in a condescending manner, questioning whether it was our first time at the restaurant and if we had eaten there before. His tone and attitude were far from friendly or professional. Feeling unwelcome and insulted, we decided to leave. Neither of the staff members made any attempt to clarify the situation or address our concerns; instead, they simply watched us leave and then returned to the kitchen as soon as we stepped outside. This experience was deeply disappointing and left us feeling disrespected. We still can't understand why the staff behaved this way. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and that future customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their appearance or any other factors.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered via Uber eats and it took 35 minutes from collection to delivery, food was stone cold, complained to Uber eats and they appreciated my patience? Will never use either of these companies again and would strongly advise you not to either.

I just had the worst time with this place I will never order from this company again I just worked a 14 hr job and got off the people had me pay twice on the phone for an order then told me that my payment was successfully tranferd and then the woman on the phone said my transaction was unsuccessful i watch my bank account get 40+ removed from my account and they then tranferd my call to a local dominos and decided to put me on hold to evoid the issue that I was having my family doesn't need to rely on our once favorite pizza service and we will not be takin advantage of again by this neglect people I will not be robbed by this company il wait for the 24-48 hrs to receive my money back if not by then I will contact the proper authorities. If could give zero stars, I would! Cancelled the order despite accepting it with no issues 20mins before. A call would have been appreciated than now a very late dinner and disappointed birthday treat! Very poor, won’t ever entertain coming here in the future.
