I had my wedding here 24/07/24 it started off being a complete nightmare with no organisation and no one having a clue. Then Cheryl stepped in, she was brilliant. She made sure the whole day ran perfectly. She did everything that was asked of her. Yelfs should promote her to the manager she is helpful, informative and gets the job done! Sadly I think she is leaving and this is such a loss to Yelfs and any future brides. Whilst Yelfs is dated it was spotlessly clean and the staff on the day were pleasant and helpful. We had a fabulous wedding at Yelfs…would I recommend it to anyone else…..yes but only if Cheryl is there to organise it all.

Visited for Sunday dinner, it was our Aunts choice for her 85 birthday, the only menu offered is the Sunday roast, pork, gammon or beef. Most of us opted for the beef but it was very chewy, and fatty, we asked for steak knives in an attempt to cut it but then faced the prospect of trying to chew it. Very disappointed with the service as well, no one came to ask if we were happy with our meals, no one asked if we would like more drinks, your dinner was plonked in front of you and that was it. Overall badly staffed, poor quality food in a dated dinning room.

An hotel with great staff - friendly, professional and welcoming. Cheryl in particular was brilliant with some great local recommendations. Can't wait to go back.

My partner and I were visiting the island to see family, whom are islanders and regulars at Yelf’s. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. My family booked us in because the carvery is normally lovely, but when we arrived we were told the carvery was no longer on and it was a roast dinner menu. We all ordered the beef, and my partner ordered a Large plate (£6 more expensive than the other dishes), but none of us could see any difference in size other than an extra piece of stuffing. The vegetables were nice, but the beef was so tough and chewy to the point it was inedible. We did mention this to the staff but weren’t offered any discounts. One of us had a dessert which was average at best. The staff were friendly but the restaurant itself is quite neglected and we didn’t enjoy our experience. My family have said that, even as regulars, they won’t be returning for food following this experience. Wouldn’t recommend for Sunday lunch.

Popped in for a coffee and wasn’t going to eat but menu looked interesting! Coffee was delishous and well made. Very well thought menu, Food was extremely good, good portion sizes and fresh. King prawn linguine is a wow and my partner had the special fish goujon sandwich. Very well made and enjoyed it. Will be back for dinner most certainly. Very friendly service and help. Only criticism is the hotel could do with some updating but never less a very enjoyable day here. Many thanks yelfs!!!

Ate here as soon as dining room opened at 6. Limited menu but enough choices to suit all. Our two meals vegetable lasagne and vegetable curry both nice-served piping hot. Dining room with low background music very nicely decorated. This is a very nice Hotel...

Stopped by for Coffee and Teacake. The Coffee was served in good time, and surprisingly with warmed milk, which I always think is a good omen. Unfortunately the Teacake was forgotten, so my wife had to remind the staff that it was missing, which OK...

We enjoyed a very pleasant lunch at Yelf's. My homemade beef lasagne with garlic bread and salad was excellent and a generous portion!

Booked table before last orders at 2.30pm. Arrived at 2pm shown to table and ordered. 10 mins later manager came to table and said steak couldn't be served because the butcher hadn't arrived and my steak and kidney pie was still in the oven and...

Went to Yelfs for a roast dinner. Got a table in the conservatory. The meal was really nice. Had the beef and it was tender, the veg was served separately, allowing us to only eat what we wanted, fresh and tasty. The gravy was lovely. Went for the crumble for sweet and again it was really nice, not sure if it was home made but it was really nice anyway. Staff really friendly. Only note to mention, the blinds in the conservatory looked very grubby. Take them down and bin them.

Waited 45 mins for our food and was poor quality. Looked like a frozen pie, salad very salty and generally not that tasty. Wouldn’t come back.

We ate here yesterday evening. Unfortunately the barman was slow and incompetent with and had a ‘can’t do’ attitude. When I ordered my food other people were complaining and other staff were dealing with mistakes he had made on other orders. I wanted to add...

Sunday lunch. 2x roast beef, 1 x mussels, delivered with no bowl for empty shells and no finger bowl. Roasts no condiments offered. I had to leave the table twice to find a member of staff to ask for these. The second time 8 mins...

My husband and I plus two friends had a meal on Weds evening, we all had a mains of chicken with a mushroom and bacon sauce accompanied by new potatoes and green beans from the blackboard and it was delicious, we all ate every bit and then followed by a delicious sweet each again from the blackboard ( part of the deal for I think £13.25 ) I had tiramisu, two had cheesecake with black currant sorbet and one had apple and raspberry crumble with custard, we all loved what we had plus three of us had 2 large glasses of wine each and one had 2 pints of bitter, it all came to an amazing £87 what a bargain. I forgot to mention that when we arrived the table was set up beautifully with bread rolls and butter and a jug of chilled water with lemon all sitting on a proper linen table cloth and napkins, very nice, lovely service too, we will definitely be eating there again

The meal I had in Yelfs was basically decent, but the steak & Stilton pie came up lukewarm (I couldn't detect the Stilton in it), though to be fair it was tasty. Fortunately, the peas and chips were hot, which helped me enjoy the meal. Had a couple of decent Ales of Wight served by a friendly, lively barman.Yelfs has a spacious set of seating areas that have a pseudo plush vibe to the design. Up close, though, there's a certain amount of tattiness setting in.

As a regular visitor to the Island I frequent the restaurant/bar at the Yelf. Brilliant hospitality, good customer service and a wide range of food. Last weekend I took a family relative who lives on the Island to the Yelf for a cup of coffee, her first visit. With dietary requirements it is sometimes difficult to have either a snack or lunch out but I wanted to see whether we might manage a first at the Yelf. Well I have to say that the staff in surpassed themselves. I enquired about eggs on toast and whether gluten free bread was available as they mentioned GF rolls on the menu. The member of staff informed me that didn't think they had bread but would have a look and if not they could pop across to see about getting a loaf from a nearby shop. Well they did and for the first time ever we had a superb lunch out and my cousin was so impressed that she is definitely going to return. So a very large thank you to everyone involved. It is the simple things in life that make customers happy.

Beautiful rare roast beef sandwiches in peaceful bar with very nice staff, welcome respite and rest halfway up union street, lively conservatory and gardens

Today - two of us with a nice window seat- we really enjoyed our Sunday roast- beef and vegatables cooked to perfection - The Rest. really is delightful, spotlessly clean, bright and roomy- and avoids the overcrowding of tables to close one experiences so often these days-Had a large glass of house red Shiraz which was really good - well excellent at £5 .50 Staff were friendly and attentive

We had four days on the Isle of Wight to tour round and the closest mainland Ferry was Lymington to Ryde ,so we booked into Yelfs Hotel . The car was parked off one road ,the bedroom was accessed through a security door and our breakfast was over the main road in the main building ,hence the description " Quirky " . The toilet door handle didn`t work but it wasn`t a problem because the door didn`t fit anyway .The same tradesman must have installed the Shower door because that leaked all over the bathroom floor ! On the up side the Bar Meals were excellent value in the evening ,I don`t think that the same chef was available for breakfasts !

Yelf's Hotel is on the high street close to the waterfront and in the middle of small shops and restaurants, is absolutely charming. Its employees are helpful and kind, and the small pub/restaurant on the first (of four) floors is terrific. I stayed on the fourth floor, which had a marvelous view of the ocean across the rooftops...this kind of thing enchants me. One thing to note: No elevator! That was okay for me, but just in case...

Enjoyed my 2nd one night stay IN Ryde.Lovely hotel.Great service and excellent breakfast included..Within easy reach of Hovercraft,Catamaran and local trains.

This absolute gem of a hotel in the centre of Ryde is perfect. All the staff go out of their way to be helpful. We've stayed there 3 years running. We are always welcomed by Mark who is accommodating in every way regarding room choices. Breakfast is superb as is all the food. We eat in all the time with family living close by joining us. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. Pure quality.

Just have to say such a massive thanks to Yelfs Hotel for the Fantastic 90th Birthday meal for my Mother-in-Law yesterday. Mum is very particular where food is concerned, but Yelfs could not be faulted in any way. We all had a superb meal at a very reasonable cost for the quality of the food we all had. There was 36 of us all together but the food was all hot and well presented. They also looked after myself and our grandson who are Gluten Free really well. The staff were brilliant and very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Mum is disabled and has great difficulty walking but two lovely male staff members pushed her in her chair to the few stairs leading to the dining room and then they both helped her up them. We were very impressed all round with the service and kindness from everyone. Thanks Yelfs Hotel for making the day so special for us all.

This restaurant is within the Yelfs Hotel and it serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners to a very high standard. I stayed there recently, and I have nothing but praise for the quality of the food presented to me. There is a notice up to say that everything is cooked fresh and there could be a wait at busy times. Huge care is taken with not only the quality of the food but also the presentation. They offer deals which are very reasonable indeed. One of the offers is either a starter and main or a main and dessert for £9.95. The mains are (when I was there) a meat dish, a fish dish and a vegetarian dish. There are also bar snacks available if you do not want two courses. The menu is suitably varied to cover all taste buds. The place is busy at all times which is a sign of a successful restaurant. I wished I lived closer!

We booked online and requested our favourite room which was given to us without a problem. Then decided to go for 2 nights.. called and they gave us the suite for the same price. When we moved rooms ..staff loved our luggage and unbeknown to me I had left my sentimental bracelet behind .. Which was given to me when they found it. It doesn't look like much but to me is very precious. All the staff where obliging and happy. We were pleased with the service. And will definitely be back. We recommend yelfs.. it's fits perfectly in the love It town of Ryde. Thank you once again yelfs for making my husband's bìrthdsy perfect.

We had our Christmas work do here last night and it was lovely. The staff were really nice and helpful. The food came out quickly and all tasted lovely. The disco was fantastic entertainment and kept us all going late into to the night . Will definitely be back .

I can not comment on the hotel side of it but the bar side is great, the staff are so friendly and helpful

I'm usually not a fan of eating in Hotels, however gave this one a spin last week. Friendly and helpful fairly young staff. Decent beer from one of the Island Breweries. The fixed price three course Meal was good value and with no complaints. I'd go again............

Walked past a couple of Café`s in Union street before coming upon Yelf`s, they looked to have the best offering especially for Gluton Free, the Wife has Coeliac`s and it is quite difficult when all you want is a sandwich, She had a gluton free sandwich which was fresh, very tasty and nicely presented, I had a Brie & Cranberry Ciabatta which was just as good, well done yelf`s

We stopped just for coffee in the Dutch Room and sat in the large comfortable leather armchairs by the window. Other tables again had nice comfortable chairs around higher tables.Order and pay at the coffee bar itself and your drinks are then served by the waitress.It was very busy and the young lady taking orders, serving drinks and food, and waiting on tables was struggling to keep up with demand....more staff needed, particularly late morning on a Saturday.Good coffee, nice atmosphere, comfortable seating. More civilised than some of its rival establishments on Union Street.......but an extra member of staff would have ensured quicker service.

Poor service from the “duty manager” When ordering food and drinks, the manager did not gain any eye contact with myself, was very abrupt and only turned to look at me to collect the money. Very unpleasant experience. Food was ok.

We treated 21 friends to lunch at Yelfs for my wife's birthday. The service, food and private room with garden were excellent. We were particularly pleased with the help we received when booking the room and planning the occasion. Everyone enjoyed the day immensely. Good value for a special occasion.

We’ve visited Yelf’s for a meal several times in the last few years, and not been disappointed. You can dine in both the table service restaurant section, or the main bar area (including a conservatory) where you order from the bar or ‘coffee shop’. The menu is the same in both.Apart from its normal menu of differing starters, mains and snacks, on Mondays to Saturdays there is always a set 2 course deal for £9.95 with a choice of starter and main or main and dessert, or 3 courses plus a coffee for a few pounds more. On a Sunday, it’s just the 2 course option of a main (including 2 different roasts) and dessert for £9.95. On weekdays, the set mains consist of 2 meat, 1 fish and 1 vegetarian option. The same set menu runs Monday to Wednesday, and then another from Thursday to Saturday, with the Sunday ‘Roast’ set menu just on those days.We’ve always been able to find something we fancy from the set menu when we’ve fancied doing it, and it’s always been freshly prepared. When the meal contains vegetables, a hearty portion has been provided, and with serving spoons to easily put on your plate, unlike a lot of establishments! The service is friendly and efficient, and a good and reasonably priced range of drinks and beverages. The ales on the latest visit consisted of Bass, and 2 local ales from the local Goddard's brewery, ‘Ale of Wight’ and ‘Special’. Happy to recommend to others.

Stopped at Yelfs for some lunch whilst visiting Ryde for the day. Had two courses for £9.85 the food was excellent and plentiful. We sat out in their garden in the sun surrounded by beautiful flowers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit.

Friday evening dinner. walked down Union St looking for a place to east. show the 3 star AA sign and the menu outside look very good. I am sorry to say overall not good.The food was not that bad. i had soup problem it was it was so hot. must have been in a microwave . was still too hot to eat after 5 mins. it was also very very thick i could stand my spoon up in it. Mains Chicken curry. food fine looks very presentable . problems. too many i am not sure what they were .nuts/stones for flavour. i had 10 on my plate at the end. my wife who had the same had none. lastly the serves very poor. inattentive. restaurant was not busy. a couple who came in after us had 2 courses left before us. 10 mins waiting to pay our bill. so in the end i just left the extract monies and left.. i will also say we were ask severely time if everything was OK . but we chose to say nothing

We didn't realise that yelfs served food to the public, the staff were very warm and welcoming and there were quite a large group of us. They were very accommodating and got tables and chairs together for us too.Everyone ordered from the pub menu which is very fairly priced. A range of dinners and sides were ordered. All our dinners came out at the same time, we were all very impressed, the dinners ranged from steaks, chilli with rice and nachos, burgers to hunters chicken, everyone was very complimentary of the food and not a bad word was said. We will be back again soon thats for sure. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Yelfs

We stayed here at the beginning and the very end of our walk around the Isle of Wight. Big hotel rooms, clean, friendly staff, centrally located on main street in Ryde. Good breakfasts.

Very pleasant staff and beer garden, enjoyed visit, the food is fresh and well presented we did not have to wait long, price good too.

A really nice hotel to drop into weather for a snack or a main meal. Caters for non residents and situated on the main street which leads to the seafront is a great place to drop in or meet friends. Has an excellent function room and bar as well to cater for parties. The food is excellent.

My family and I had a lovely 3 course meal here for Mother’s Day. All the tables were decorated beautifully and there was a really busy good atmosphere in the restaurant. All our food was well presented, hot and all came out in good time. My mum is gluten free and the kitchen provided gluten free options for everything she wanted. Mark and all the team were attentive and friendly. We had a lovely relaxed meal and are looking forward to going back for our Easter get together. Thank you again for a lovely meal!

Five of us went to Yelf's restaurant for a 'Christmas meal' on Friday, 22nd December. It was awful. The turkey was served as slabs, tasteless and colourless, roast potatoes were hard and cold. The waiting staff did their best. Food was being brought out that we had not ordered, this may explain why OUR food was not hot. I promise we will never again darken the doorstep of their restaurant.

We stayed one night at this hotel, we arrived in the early evening, but managed to park opposite on the street for free, never yet saw their car park. Very nice people on reception and nice clean room, shower not brilliant, but ok for one night.We really enjoyed our meal in the restaurant, very nice service, and lovely white tablecloths, quite old fashioned, but a lovely change. We also have lovely white tablecloths in the breakfast restaurant too the next morning. Breakfast buffet also very nice indeed, would recommend restaurant and hotel for a short stay.

Old fashioned decor and menu. We had club sandwich which had lots of fatty bacon, wasnt asked if wanted it toasted, cheap type bread used. Also jacket potato wasn't fully cooked and beans again tasted like a cheap alternative. All in all not a great visit. I have resisted this restaurant over the years purely due to my views of it being a bit outdated but was influenced to try it..it appears my initial perceptions were correct. Service was friendly however.

We visited here for the first time this weekend and it was a pleasant surprise. Unassuming from the outside with a simple but varied menu. Inside we sat in a really nice restaurant and chose an exceptional value 3 course meal with food of outstanding quality and great service, we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Went for a weekend trip to IOW and stayed here for the location, It's a bit in need of some modernising , decorating, and a little tired in places,That said its clean , we had a lovely big room , with some views of the sea, the staff are lovely , couldn't do enough for us ,and the breakfast was wonderful !!Thank you !

The wife and I spent a couple of nights B&B-ing on the Isle of Wight, staying within a few miles of Ryde. On night one we went looking for somewhere to have dinner and found Yelf's Hotel. It doesn't look much from the outside and we went in not really knowing what we were walking into. In fact, it was great. The bar staff were very welcoming and there was nice mix of regulars and visitors in the bar. We ordered from the bar menu; I decided on spag boll whilst wifey went for the beef lasagne. After about 20 minutes, two enormous meals turned up; wife's lasagne was huge and served in a sea of cheese sauce with garlic bread and salad and my spag boll was equally huge and also came with garlic bread. The good thing was that both meals were hot and so were the plates. With pre-dinner drinks and post-prandial coffee the bill came to just under £25 for the two of us. We were so impressed, went back the following night and I had a massive bowl of chilli and rice whilst the wife went for the Chicken caesar salad. Both were excellent and if you're looking for good food at an intelligent price, Yelf's Hotel bar is highly recommended.They also have some very nice local beers on tap.

No pude recoger un fallo en el hotel! Fui con mis amigos para algunas bebidas hace unas semanas y me quedé muy impresionado! La marca dirigido creo que se llamaba, era muy encantador y servicial, a pesar de su ocupada agenda, todavía sacó tiempo para hablar con mi grupo ya que pedimos el almuerzo! Es un buen cambio ya que la recepcionista parecía tener un poco de actitud y parecía irritado que tuvimos la molestaba a preguntar. Ella era muy torpe y grosero, pero afortunadamente el director lo oyó y vino a ayudar. No recuerdo el nombre de la recepcionista, pero ella tenía pelo negro que era claramente virutas en un lado. El hotel tiene suerte de tener un gerente dedicado como si no se lo hubiese entrado en nuestras vistas del hotel habría sido muy diferente.

5 de nosotros visitamos noche yelfs el sábado pasado temprano. 4 de nosotros elegimos a la junta establecer campo especiales (2 platos por £9. 95). Las opciones eran muy buenas y pudimos combinar de patata y verduras; opciones de comida sin gluten también había problema para 1 de nuestro grupo y el personal amable me sacó todas las paradas para acomodar. En general, la calidad de la comida era excelente y el campo de juego es una auténtica ganga. Inconveniente fue tener que pedir cada vez para el curso siguiente a ser servido, pero al menos la comida no era apresurado. El servicio fue posiblemente debido a frenado un nuevo chico detrás del bar que podría haberse beneficiado de un poco más de capacitación, especialmente cómo abrir una botella de vino con un 'amigo' que los camareros abridor tuve que fuera de él en la pinza final y enseñarle a usarlo correctamente :-) sin duda volveremos otra delicia gastro.

Only called in for a drink one night with friends, who live in Ryder. They like this place, but they agree it needs re decorating. It was quiet a friendly pace, but the drinks were a little expensive.

Had lunch today at yelfs with my family, and halfway through eating my partner discovered a caterpillar in his salad (washing salad leaves is hardly difficult so this is just laziness on the part of the kitchen) but when I showed it to a waitress (she had purple hair with a shaved side, hopefully someone from management will read this and can train her) and she just said 'oh, god' and walked off, no apology. We waited a while to see if she had gone to the kitchen and would come back with a 'sorry' or maybe even offer us something as an apology but no, nothing. So rude, awful customer service, staff need to be trained to know how to deal with things like this in order to get people to come back. As it is, I won't be.

We had the special lunch menu 2 courses for £9.95, the service was quick and the food was top notch , excellent value for money, warm and sunny in their conservatory.

Goed hotel, helaas geen lift aanwezig.Echter hebben de meeste Engelse hotels geen lift, maar alleen smalle trappen.Kamers zijn ruim en zuiver.Bediening is goed, en ze hebben een nachtportier.

Cenamos aquí como una familia mientras visitaba la isla de Wight y tenía reservada para el almuerzo ya que era fin de semana santa. Fue agradable ver que habían hecho un esfuerzo por semana con un menú especial tirada de desplazamiento y la mesa repleta de pollitos mini. El menú era interesante y de temporada y los postres eran excepcionales. Una experiencia muy agradable, con una buena atención oportuna del personal. Nos cuidaron sin ninguna prisa, así que fue una experiencia muy agradable almuerzo.

El Yelfs hotel era bonito, gran ubicación, personal amable y servicial, la comida era preciosa (el desayuno era genial con mucha variedad), las habitaciones muy amplias muy buen tamaño para familia con todas las comodidades. Tener un bar que sirve comida (además de restaurante) era bueno para una familia también había una habitación tranquila escribiendo así si quería espacio. La única cosa que diría es el principal necesita una alfombra nueva y la decoración es un poco anticuada, mi primera impresión fue 'oh' pero luego me aparté las sábanas de la cama y eran blancas limpias, así como las toallas, no había polvo y el lavabo del baño y aseo estaban impecablemente blanca. . Así que para ser honesto para una familia que hayan elegido un hotel de tres estrellas que fue bueno. Realmente era justo el suelo y papel como había algunas manchas. En resumen, pasamos una estancia maravillosa aquí, muy relajante.

We held a surprise 40th anniversary party for my parents on Sunday and it was lovely, food tasty, staff friendly and helpful and great value for money, definitely recommended 👍🏼

Mi pareja y yo llegué con nuestro hijo por un poco de comida y el quiche de salchichas. Tengo que decir que era un poco demasiado para ser clasificado como entrante pero probado fantástico. Llegó en una ensalada (que no fue sólo su media lechuga Tom, etc. ) y col, estaba claro por el gusto fue casero! El personal era amable y un ambiente encantador. Quedé muy impresionado y volveré. Gracias muchachos.

Reservamos la comida de tres platos para el Día del Boxeo a 30 libras por cabeza. Nos llevaron a nuestra mesa, no nos preguntó si queríamos una copa. Tomé el primer campo pedí que no estaban cocidos queso brie correctamente, el segundo plato estaba bien, pero ¿es difícil cocinar pollo. Último curso nos preguntó si era posible tener como para llevar como uno de los partidos no me sentía bien y me dijeron que no era posible, así que nos quedamos y francamente fue terrible. El refresco vino en un vaso sucio y parecía un niño de cinco años había hecho y el ruibarbo era algo preparado con algunas especias mezcladas apple y apenas cualquier aspecto y dudosa pastelera estuvó, bien creo que era natillas. En retrospectiva, debería haber cancelado y perdido el depósito de 5 libras cada uno y los otros cincuenta libras pasamos en el pub de la calle.La mesa de al lado nos reservamos en media y en cinco a dos aún no habían recibido sus entradas y no personal y estado cerca de ellos. Finalmente conseguí la atención de alguien y dijo que alguien desee asistir a ellas algún día hoy.En general, sin duda no volveremos a Yelfs.

Well.... this place was my local favourite to visit for meals and drinks with friends /family. But after visiting thee yesterday on a last minute idea abd nice treat for myself and other half was very sadly disappointed, we have never had any problems with eating the food there as up till now the food was always fresh,hot, tasty not the case yesterday 22/12/16 . I ordered the lasagne which was previously excellent and moreish, there was no taste no seasoning very bland, ordered a side of so called beer battered onion rings again no taste. Partner had jacket potato with so called chilli &extra cheese!! It looked like a thimble of topping again from previous choice earlier in the year. After going home in was awoken with terrible stomach cramps,hot,thumping headache and proceed to be ill (vomiting and upset tummy) in the early hours this continued for another hour or so. I had to cancel working so loss of earnings had the doctor out as I couldn't even keep water down .she told me I have FOOD POISONING. Not very good when this hotel was the best place in town to eat,my partner was also not very well after eating here. I shall be contacting the hotel about this. It's a shame as since new chef etc in it seems have gone rapidly down hill and shall not be eating in there ever again. You will be hearing from me as you have made us both I'll. DO NOT EAT HERE.

(4) nos reservamos para la comida de Navidad en el cenáculo la función y nos dieron una mesa que honestamente hubiera sido un estrujón por sólo 4 placas. La mesa para Navidad con placas laterales, vasos, galletas saladas, etc. Estaba bien presentado, pero no nos dio ninguna habitación de ningún tipo para mover o soportar las cosas extra como la bandeja de verduras.El Pavo era buena, pero las verduras de acompañamiento eran duras y (en mi opinión) muy poco hecha y relativamente frío.En general, fue 'Bien', pero no digna de cualquier mayor mérito.

Nos alojamos aquí por 4 noches, el personal era muy amable y servicial, especialmente llevando nuestras maletas y desde la habitación.El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación, que era delicioso y acogedor cada mañana. Personal atento y bien servido todas nuestras necesidadespersonal de recepción brillante de intentar de cambiar nuestro regreso en ferry.En general lo recomiendo para familias, parejas, amigos, etc.

We used the restaurant for a family and friends Sunday lunch to celebrate my 70th birthday. We we given the Conservatory room, near the bar which was perfect. The 3 course choice on the menu more than satisfied everyone, and the quality of the food really was of the highest restaurant standard. We were all so impressed and huge thanks to the chefs and service staff for making our special occasion so enjoyable.

So I turned up after a 10 hour day at work to this hotel work put me up in and oh my. It was not very clean its really old and tired looking some serious money needs to be spent here. My bed was made poorly and as for the shower head in my room!!! Just look at the photos. Never stay there again the only good point of the yelfs is that the food is good which can be the only thing keeping if afloat.
