We were looking for a none chain eatery in the centre of town and walked past Yehetian Spicy Hotpot which looked very interesting. You select your raw ingredients from a buffet and it's cooked into a spicy broth. The selection is reasonable but not any meat with the protein coming from either tofu, shrimps, crab sticks or white fish. The dishes were tasty and very spicy which I did enjoy. My biggest issue was it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, the chairs were a bit sticky and my handbag was stuck to the floor.
