very very bad customer service,misbehaving with me, and give a old food. foolish, very bad staff, i give you 0 stars

Food ordered 2 hours ago, cannot call no left for order queries. Our numbers have been blocked from trying to follow up. Will not use again. Shame as the food is really good, really wanted a Ye Bam Ye.

Where should I start!!! I’m shocked been coming to this kebab shop for decade now and it’s the best I’ve seen it in a while due to Being under new management the boss man was really friendly offering his new menu, honestly the lamb and chicken shish combo was amazing with they’re own homemade chilli and garlic sauce enough of my explanation but I 100% recommend this as its now my go to place to be 👍

Ye bam ye is a reading legend. Been going there since the 90s and I'm very glad to see it's under new ownership as of Nov 24 as is recently been on our of its downturns Not any more, the new owner seems intent on turning things around and restoring ye bam ye to its former glories! Home made marinades and sauces and a chicken shish that's one of the best I've tasted. Fair bloody play.

Delivery was really quick, about 20 minutes early and really friendly driver. Kebab meat was very tasty and you received a generous portion of it, only complaint was that it was very greasy and leaked all over the delivery bag.

They apparently was outside for 20 minutes and then called and knocked which they did not do and took my food back to the shop and are refusing to give me a refund I will never order from them again ever poor poor service

Did not arrive. When called they said driver was here for 25 minutes. Ring door bell proof to show driver wasn’t here. Also said driver called but no miss calls. Terrible service. Never using them again

delivery was very quick I ordered chicken dinner kebabs they were good but 2 salty and the cucumber was not sliced was just a big chunk of cucumber I use to order very often before from them and use to be better . however is not a bad kebab at all

In the past it's been 45 minutes no more . Today it was an hour plus the delivery time of 20 minutes then plus another 10 minutes. Maybe next time I'll order 6 hours before. Unacceptable

It took 2 hours to deliver the food. We had to contact the restaurant. Food was ok but there was smell in the meat. And they put chilli sauce all over the food even I requested them to give separately in the order notes.

Delivery was over 1 hour late. Ordered at 10pm arrived at midnight.

Horrendous. Time of the food kept changing on the app. Rang the shop and the man kept saying 5 minutes was really rude. The order did not turn up. Abysmal service. After checking online reviews on trip advisor id strongly advice not to order with this company

Waited 1 hour and 15 for kebab to come. They forgot the salad on my kebab. Tried phoning and couldn't get through just went to their bt voicemail system. The actual kebab is tasty. Garlic sauce doesn't taste of garlic and is very thick and creamy

2 hours later no show called several times they dont pick up left message as well finally get through to them and i am told they have been 30 mins ago then next they say they couldnt find my door number! Been using just eat for 5yrs n with no issues.

Mixed kebab with garlic sauce turned into a regular doner kebab (no chicken) with a note saying ‘sorry, garlic is gone’. There was a small amount of garlic sauce, which would’ve been perfect, but it was topped up with chilli sauce. We didn’t ask for chilli sauce and the 11 year old eating it, doesn’t like chilli. It went straight in the bin. The rest of our order was correct, but not how we remember it. Had a bad experience previously, but gave it another go as used to be the best. Never again.

Agree with the last review. Terrible service. I don’t think I’ve ever waited 2 hours for a delivery-and for food which I wouldn’t have fed my dog.

I waited 2 hours for my food, it turned up at 11pm, pretty much cold, barely any salad on either kebab when requested salad on both and one had no chilli sauce on as requested. When I requested an update on where my order was I didn't get one.

Had very good service from Asmita and team very kind and helpful quick service very good prices will definitely visit more often

Terrible place DO NOT order from here.waiting 2hrs for food had to cancel it. When I phoned he waffled about fresh kebab when I said I have been waiting almost 2hrs he just laughed. This place isn't worth the wait. Useless. Stay away!!!

Everything about this place is bad, unhygenic very bad customer service and can’t explain how bad the food was. The frying oil must have been the same for months. Very bad experience

Food came late after predicting time. Food said was deliver at last moment of predicted time. Contacted place and they then rescheduled the time and said it was out for delivery. Nearly all the food was cold and there was orange bits inside of the mayonnaise not the garlic mayo the normal mayo! I’ve taken photos of all this and I’m not impressed.

Dont order food from here, the drivers leave fake missed call messages and go home with your food. Scam artists, fraudsters and lies, tried to call restaurant and they don't even pick up. Thank you for taking money and giving me nothing. Great service.

Took an hour for 2 bags of chips and a wrap. Food was cold and the order was wrong. After purposely calling about what salad we wanted, it was wrong and I couldn't even eat it. Waste of money, I wouldn't recommend in the slightest.

The food was all cold when it arrived and had to be reheated. Making it all very unenjoyable to eat. Some of the containers were squashed do my son ended up with a flat burger. Normally have a very good meal from this restaurant so was very disappointed with the standard today.

Food was collected quickly from restaurant but because delivery was a considerable time later the food was stone cold! Distance from restaurant to my house is 5.9 miles at around 20 mins. The food was out for delivery for double that time

Awful delivery time. Advise 45 mins to an hour. Some 36 mins after!!! Told it was busy. Surely they should factor that in upon the initial delivery time?

Kids food didn't arrive. Wrap was missing the halloumi and falafel so was just humus, very expensive for £7! Chips where cold. Apparently the kebab is good though if that's all your after. Wouldn't recommend anything else though.

As always, no problem. Best half pounder burgers in my area, speedy delivery, order always right, friendly drivers. You don't need to ask for anymore...perfect! Always highly recommend

Portion size was not good, next to no salad in the Shish and it was very spicy? . No salad came with the pitta, salad + hummus Paid £1.90 for extra pot of sauce and it came in a pot the size of a 10p! Not impressed at all & definitely not worth the money spent

Also had an item missing, was told they’d bring it back. Still waiting! Food portions were much smaller than usual, price has gone up, quantity’s gone down ALOT

Best kebab shop in Reading. I've been a customer for over 20 years. However, this evening, I ordered cod and chips on Justeat from them Received a phone call saying 'no cod'. So I suggested a large Donner kebab instead. Received a large donner but no chips I thought this was very mean of them, even though the kebab costs more than the fish Portion of chips would cost pennies! Need to look after your regular customers! Best regards

All my food was cold, the chips were soggy & the nuggets were hard & really chewy

The meat was cooked very dry, very over cooked, will try again but it needs to be moist not like leather!

Was sat at home the other day and fancied a kabab gotta say I asked for a.karge and wow it was huge would recommend this place good prices too
