Totally NASTY even shop looks dirty

I placed a mix donor order yesterday. Food was cold when arrived and eating the food lead me to food poison. Don't recommend.

Waited 1 hour and 15 for kebab to come. They forgot the salad on my kebab. Tried phoning and couldn't get through just went to their bt voicemail system. The actual kebab is tasty. Garlic sauce doesn't taste of garlic and is very thick and creamy

It was very late it came very cold . Also there was 4 men that come to drop of my food

Missing 2 drinks and order 3 drinks only one came

Mixed kebab with garlic sauce turned into a regular doner kebab (no chicken) with a note saying ‘sorry, garlic is gone’. There was a small amount of garlic sauce, which would’ve been perfect, but it was topped up with chilli sauce. We didn’t ask for chilli sauce and the 11 year old eating it, doesn’t like chilli. It went straight in the bin. The rest of our order was correct, but not how we remember it. Had a bad experience previously, but gave it another go as used to be the best. Never again.

Agree with the last review. Terrible service. I don’t think I’ve ever waited 2 hours for a delivery-and for food which I wouldn’t have fed my dog.

my food came extremely late had to change time but still didn't come on that time.my kids where hungry didn't realise it take soo long tried calling the restaurant no one answer or even call me back

Wrong order we order chicken doner we get lamb doner and a driver he didint even get out from his car we waiting long time and we get wrong food.

I waited 2 hours for my food, it turned up at 11pm, pretty much cold, barely any salad on either kebab when requested salad on both and one had no chilli sauce on as requested. When I requested an update on where my order was I didn't get one.

Had very good service from Asmita and team very kind and helpful quick service very good prices will definitely visit more often

Terrible place DO NOT order from here.waiting 2hrs for food had to cancel it. When I phoned he waffled about fresh kebab when I said I have been waiting almost 2hrs he just laughed. This place isn't worth the wait. Useless. Stay away!!!

Everything about this place is bad, unhygenic very bad customer service and can’t explain how bad the food was. The frying oil must have been the same for months. Very bad experience

Food came late after predicting time. Food said was deliver at last moment of predicted time. Contacted place and they then rescheduled the time and said it was out for delivery. Nearly all the food was cold and there was orange bits inside of the mayonnaise not the garlic mayo the normal mayo! I’ve taken photos of all this and I’m not impressed.

Sadly the food was delayed and was later than expected.

The food was over an hour late with little to no explanation from the restaurant. When it eventually arrived, the food was luke warm at best. Shall not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Went in there got a cheese burger and it was burnt £4.30 they charged very disappointed customer service was rubbish and takeaway was looking filthy these lot seriously need up their standards

Kebab was dry and fish over cooked asked for no salad in the burger and got salad

My food was meant to originally arrive at 6o clock I gave it half an hour they then said it would come at 7 gave it another half an hour still hasn't came I called and the lady on her other side basically told me me wait and hang up the phone its not her problem. absolutely rude. will never order from here again

Dont order food from here, the drivers leave fake missed call messages and go home with your food. Scam artists, fraudsters and lies, tried to call restaurant and they don't even pick up. Thank you for taking money and giving me nothing. Great service.

Took an hour for 2 bags of chips and a wrap. Food was cold and the order was wrong. After purposely calling about what salad we wanted, it was wrong and I couldn't even eat it. Waste of money, I wouldn't recommend in the slightest.

The food was cold and not what I ordered I phoned them up and they said just to contact just eat and that they where not going to do anything about it!!!!

The food was all cold when it arrived and had to be reheated. Making it all very unenjoyable to eat. Some of the containers were squashed do my son ended up with a flat burger. Normally have a very good meal from this restaurant so was very disappointed with the standard today.

Food was collected quickly from restaurant but because delivery was a considerable time later the food was stone cold! Distance from restaurant to my house is 5.9 miles at around 20 mins. The food was out for delivery for double that time

Awful delivery time. Advise 45 mins to an hour. Some 36 mins after!!! Told it was busy. Surely they should factor that in upon the initial delivery time?

As always, no problem. Best half pounder burgers in my area, speedy delivery, order always right, friendly drivers. You don't need to ask for anymore...perfect! Always highly recommend

Kids food didn't arrive. Wrap was missing the halloumi and falafel so was just humus, very expensive for £7! Chips where cold. Apparently the kebab is good though if that's all your after. Wouldn't recommend anything else though.

Portion size was not good, next to no salad in the Shish and it was very spicy? . No salad came with the pitta, salad + hummus Paid £1.90 for extra pot of sauce and it came in a pot the size of a 10p! Not impressed at all & definitely not worth the money spent

Best kebab shop in Reading. I've been a customer for over 20 years. However, this evening, I ordered cod and chips on Justeat from them Received a phone call saying 'no cod'. So I suggested a large Donner kebab instead. Received a large donner but no chips I thought this was very mean of them, even though the kebab costs more than the fish Portion of chips would cost pennies! Need to look after your regular customers! Best regards

All my food was cold, the chips were soggy & the nuggets were hard & really chewy

The meat was cooked very dry, very over cooked, will try again but it needs to be moist not like leather!

Was sat at home the other day and fancied a kabab gotta say I asked for a.karge and wow it was huge would recommend this place good prices too

I've used these guys online and in store for years and never had a problem. However this time was a disaster. Although the food turned up on time when I checked the status saying "it's with the driver" the gap between that moment and the actual delivery meant the food was practically cold. So yes it arrived by the estimated delivery time but that's not a lot of good if between the dispatch and arrival it's gone cold. Then as I was eating the food I realised the order was totally wrong. I'd ordered a medium chicken doner and got a small meat doner (I assume lamb which I don't ideally like to eat). I'd also ordered the onion rings & chips in salad combo and just got onion rings. Both items were supposed to be in garlic sauce, both were clearly in burger sauce. The only saving grace was as usual the food was tasty but even so not an ideal experience. I can only assume my order got mixed up with someone else's, hope they enjoyed mine!

I did not receive my mix done wrap which I payed for. Shame as I've never had a problem ordering from here.

Total wrong order everything was wrong want my money back

Shocker-order sent knowing it was wrong (ordered mixed kebab large) received Shish and i small piece of Kofte but no Doner, when challenged they knew order was sent without Doner. On phone they promised to send another at 11.50pm, writing this feedback at 0.55am after waiting up for promised kebab. Shocker. No offer of money back/credit. Won't order again unless credited. Just Eat review your quality supplier promise.

Been a customer of Ye Bam for decades.. tonight's order was dreadful. Thats all it takes to lose a customer. Portion was pitiful, meat was dry and reheated from previous. In future I'll drive to mo's and get a decent kebab! Rubbish.

I have had to wait nearly 2 hours for my food to be ready and out for delivery being only a 15 min drive to where I live from the food shop and when it says it’s out for delivery and it’s delivered it’s not here! Terrible service and terrible communication when calling the place to see what’s was happening.

Really speedy delivery. Really lovely portion sizes the only thing is I think I got the meat that was in the warming tin but still tasted alright.

The worst take away we have ever had. Took well over an hour, part of order was missing, Part was wrong and quality of food was poor, so much so most went in the bin. Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else.

Just avoid this place completely. They forgot food we ordered, the food that did arrive was burnt and dry. Just honestly avoid it. They should be out of business

Sorry but the doner meat was not good! It had a funny smell to it and tasted ‘off’ they didn’t read the notes and delivered the wrong salad items. Onion rings were soggy and very undercooked. Overall I don’t think I would order again. I raised a dispute which was denied. So that was £30 wasted.
