Yasser's Fish Bar in Birmingham

Ordered naan breads from here during Ramadan. The naan were burnt from the top and edges were so thick there was raw dough around it. We were promised replacements “next time “ we ordered but when the next time came, the manager claimed it was impossible such a thing could have been offered. I won’t be arguing with an employee for a small order of naan. The “manager” Shahzeb is obnoxious and has no courtesy how to speak to customers. If you cannot expect a business to honour their words, says enough about their standards. Definitely not using any service from here again. Hope this review prompts some improvements.

beware!! cutting corners and deceiving like typical yardy's. claim to sell cod fish yet it had bones in it and i am definitely sure its not cod. the mayo sauce they put on the chips was more watery! seems they added water to make sauce last longer! and the chicken was cold. lastly there more expensive for the crap they serve.

La carne de donner no tiene sabor solo tiene la consistencia de la carne de donner pero no tiene sabor. Si tuviera que arriesgarme a adivinar, diría que es la cosa barata. Las patatas fritas estaban bien, pero un poco poco cocidas y grasosas, pero las pocas que estaban cocidas sabían bien con el vinagre, yo diría que Ben's, que está en el mismo tramo que Yassers, es mucho mejor en lo que respecta al sabor.

La comida es increíble especialmente la carne donnor! Realmente no hay tienda de chips como Yassers! ! ! Ninguna tienda no la ha vencido, pero nunca lo hará. ! !

Buen servicio y buena comida. No puedes equivocarte con el wrizzy envolturas. Justo en el clavo cada vez! Estaba en y fuera a tiro de 6 minutos cuando estaba muy ocupado. La comida era muy calientes y contentos con la entrega final. Los precios eran también muy barato, así que no puedo quejarme.

Go here very often, everything is ideal about this place and nothing is ever out the ordinary. Always expect some good fast food with great service.

ownership has changed multiple times over the last 18 months or so. you know what to expect when you get there. for those that aren't after some of the cheapest prices around they tend to go there as everywhere else is shut or too busy. changes in ownership haven't helped, vast menu massala fish is decent everything else has declined massively since it opened way back when

La comida está mal preparada y la cocina debería ser inspeccionados por los inspectores de salud local, es asqueroso.El personal toma varios pedidos y luego preparar e inevitablemente (como me pasó a mí) los artículos equivocados o qué falta nos traían e. g queso hamburguesa con queso o patatas fritas no con chili y mayonesa que sólo tenía chili.Este lugar necesita una renovación total y el personal necesita capacitación en serio.Aléjate!

This is my regular chip shop, and it's the best in this area of Brum. Even though others are closer to me, I will go to this one.The service is good, and the food is of good quality. It's usually quite busy around 5-7pm, so the food is never left around to get stale.

A small chip/kebab shop in the middle of Showell Green Lane in Sparkhill and always busy. I have been there a few times now and never been dissapointed. Each time I have been there it is always busy and have had to queue..... for a shop on a side road up against a lot of competition on Stratford Rd it is quite surprising until you have the food. I recommend their donner meat on naan, make sure you have it with all the salad with chilli and lemon. It's served almost as good as from the originators of the donner meat Mcturks. Their fried chicken is also good vvalue.

My local chippy, good food. Used to be very good back in the days, cues used to be outside the shop almost everyday but not so good now. Food is still allright but not the best. Cod and chips are the best feom here. Good decent size portions and reasonble pricing too.

Good food and service. Very reasonably priced. Clean. Friendly staff, quick service. Nice food. Wide variety. Only thing is not many healthy options, but it's a chippy at the end of the day.

This is a cheap takeaway but don't expect food that tastes good, go to Broadway 2 Stratford rd for better quality.

Boom boom boom. The line might be 20 people long but youll stand in queue and be amazed as you will have waited only ten minutes. slightly above standard chip shop food. Fast food is what you want. lightening speed is what you get. Very famous locally. And probably the best chippy in that area.

Yassers fish bar is my local chip shop, and out of the many in the area, one of the best!! Huge range of food to choose from, and all massive portions! Customer service is excellent. Place is clean compared to some of the other chip shops around, however no seating. Get the chicken fried meal, comes with donner meat, chips, chicken, salad and drink! Best thing there!
