Ordered food via uber eats. The order did not arrive with all the items requested. Rang Hi Tide back and the man was so rude did not offer to send us a new order. Kept telling me to call uber horrible customer service would not recommend to any one to order, definitely my first and last order from here !!!!!!!!

Fui a este chippy como solíamos visitar regularmente, fue atendido por el hombre mayor con camiseta amarilla, en primer lugar tomó nuestro pedido, luego pasó a pedir el pedido incorrecto así que lo detuve y obviamente él no estaba feliz de ser molestado , luego pedimos el mini pescado y papas fritas que se anuncian con un precio de 3. 00 con salsa de curry o guisantes blandos que se muestran en una olla pequeña en la imagen, cuando estaba a punto de poner la salsa de curry en las patatas fritas cortésmente le pedí que lo pusiera en una olla a la que luego me dijo que me costaría un extra 40 p para tener la salsa en una olla! ! dije que pagaré el extra, parece que el propietario de este negocio es víctima de su propio éxito y ya no está interesado en el servicio al cliente, sino solo en sus tomas, muy triste ya que en nuestra opinión la comida también es de baja calidad ahora, no hace falta decirlo, muy decepcionado

Tenía lo tradicional aquí. Gran sabor y fue rápido también. No muy grasoso, lo cual es bueno. Me encantaría volver cuando veamos a la familia en el área. El personal fue eficiente. Bien hecho

This fish bar is always busy, great welcome and the regulars are even more warmly welcomed. food is always hot and well cooked. If there is something that they can do, they do it. After a recent operation I asked for a small prtion of food and was charged acordingly.

Hate the chips here their them all ready peeled cardboard ones and if they were honest they would agree.

Simply brilliant, the guys are so understanding always make time to speak to each customer. The are busy but well worth the waitAsk for Mucker

This excellent fish and chip shop is known as "HI TIDE" lately. the staff are excellent and the prices fair.. Just off the high street in busy kings heath this can get busy, but always plenty of staff to serve you. We have a take away once a week.. 2 portions of chips, small fish, sausage & curry sauce all for under £5.00.. recommended

Always go here when I am in Kings Heath, love the food 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ best fast food and not full of oil works for me.. 👌🏼 keep it up!
